A comfortable place with good customer service and their coffee preparations are really good, keep it up!
They run out of ice everytime it’s close to 7 and wnat to fill your cup up under half full because their out of ice and have all the ingredients in cups with no lids so they can hurry and clean and go home. It’s not fair it was 6:20

I went twice this week and I had the same cashier who just seemed annoyed to take my order. She was clearly unhappy to be there. Not helpful and clearly lacked any customer service skills. Please retrain your employees.
Didn’t get to order a coffee. The young lady told me her name was Denasia, she had long braids and braces. It’s 7:46pm. The girl said they were out because she wasn’t going to make coffee because they are about to close. Why be open if your not going to serve what’s on the menu because your about to close. First it took the girl about 3 minutes to come from the back. The workers here seem annoyed when people order. I’ll definitely be leaving a review every time I come to the

I ordered a single bagel with butter from home and the notification state will be ready around 9-12 minutes at 7:03am. I got to the store to pick bagel it was not ready. I asked one of the employees for my order she search the tickets by drive thru printer and by oven printer. Ticket was still laying there and everyone started roaming around the oven operator which seemed new but still not helping him/her. I was upset as I heard one of the young lady pointed out my ticket but nobody came over to say anything to me. I was in the store up to 7:15 am and still didn't get my bagel. I left and ended up being late for work. Poorest customer service ever.
I really wanted to like this place, but my experiences have been consistently disappointing. Each time I visit, there’s only one person working, which leads to incredibly long wait times for both food and drinks. The food itself hasn't been up to par, and the drinks could be much better if the staff weren’t overwhelmed by serving a long line of customers. Given the abundance of other dining options nearby, I would suggest avoiding this place. It's not worth the wait, and you’d likely have a much better experience and value for your money at one of the other local spots.

Lots of room to sit inside if you want to work. I was there for about 2.5 hours. Many of the tables were dirty and staff never came out to clean. It was up to the customers to clean the space off before settling down. Demand embed and flowed. It was never crowded. Drinks and food came out quickly. Staff was nice.
Service and the ambience at the coffee shop were phenomenal. The drinks, on the other hand, were overpriced and underwhelming. A blue wave matcha latte with oat milk came out to be $11. My friend who ordered a chai latte wasn’t a big fan of the drink either — it tasted watered down and not spiced enough.
Very nice people but they were out of cold brew and this is their “double espresso” which was a shot cup for dine-in. 🤷♂️Lots of seats though.
God bless the employees here. The amount of crazy “unhoused” people they deal with in here is unmatched. Been here an hour and it’s non stop. They handle it all with true grace and patience.
Honestly I’d definitely go to cafe momo first for matcha. I like wave 3 matcha especially the fall in Tokyo. However the SERVICE is horrid from the Caucasian gentleman with glasses and beard. I come in quite often and everytime he makes a drink I’m so disappointed. Today I walked in and my boyfriend and I ordered the fall in Tokyo (iced) with oak milk and black seasme latte - as is which is hot and whole milk. He acted like we asked for the most custom drink. I had to point to the picture at the register. At this point I had lost confidence that our drinks would be good. The matcha had so much milk and not like the other matchas I’ve received from wave 3. My boyfriends latte was served in a sticky paper cup and no latte art. Just poorly executed. I’m so sad :( We asked for a refund but he didn’t know how to process one so we got a free bag of coffee instead! :) Anyways can’t wait to try that! The design of the coffee beans caught our eye. The barista did not even know the price of the bag. Very poor representation for the brand. Hopefully you’ll have better luck and the other Indian guy is working. He is great and never messes up our orders (perhaps the owner).
The gentleman with the long locs attitude is terrible. Very much so “we don’t do that” vs “this is what we can do or this is how we can help”. I 100% understand every job has rule and regulations but when the customer tells you and shows you how they’ve gotten their order done at several of your sister locations over and over again it shouldn’t be a back and forth on taking care of the customer. I didn’t ask for anything free or out of the ordinary i literally asked for my venti drink to be put in a trenti cup and that’s because of the way the venti is made and what i ask to be added in addition. Literally…..i asked for a bigger cup. Thats it, thats all, smh. The morning staffs attitude is dry, uninviting, and makes you not want to be here as much as they clearly don’t want to be either. While i ddint work with the young lady with orange/auburn hair her attitude and demeanor was dry and uninviting just like the gentleman with locs she was working with. Terrible experience.
Loved this coffee shop. Has a very clean and aesthetic scene going on and diverse menu. Amazing and knowledgeable baristas that know their coffee. Daniel was great to talk to and made an excellent pour over. Drop by here and try something!
They pretty much open and close whenever they want to due to staffing issues. Food options are always limited. Literally walked out this morning because the girl said they would not open for another hour due to someone not showing up.

Only went twice. Would have gone more if not for the lazy and inconsiderate staff member who was taking our order. The first time was excellent. The man helping us was so nice and friendly and very informative since I have a nut allergy and wanted to make sure I'd be okay. The second time, however, I asked a question about any nut allergens in a specific drink to which the staff member said "I can't tell you about that". I asked if there was anybody else who could answer my question and this crabby old lady with gray hair kept shaking her head and said "Nope we can't tell you if anything is safe or not. There's just too many ingredients." At this point, I was tired of her attitude, lazy behavior, and lack of consideration for an allergy. I told her we will not be eating anything there and promptly left. Her behaviour and attitude were disgusting and shameful. Do not go if you have any sort of allergy or dietary restriction.

This was the best drink I've ever had from starbucks! Our order was out in less than 5 minutes and the workers were super sweet
Walked up to the counter to order, no customers or staff were present. Ashanti came out after a couple minutes and walked past ignoring me, then walked past again to the back. When she came back out and ignored again I asked could I please order? She rolled her eyes and said go ahead. I left without ordering
The space is very nice and employees are usually friendly but their equipment is frequently broken. The last 2 times I have been here their espresso machine was broken . They have enough space to have multiple machines. Their nitro cold brew machine is also broken and has been broken for a long time. Two weeks ago I brought a very liberal friend that was visiting to this location he was harassed by a homeless person inside and was angry with me for taking him to a “homeless hangout spot”. This Atlanta location needs to do better. I am a big Amazon fan and am shocked that Amazon doesn’t maintain this property, which could be amazing.
Very rude staff. Staff turned off all the lights in the store as soon as she prepared our drinks and said to other Target staff that she needs a break, even though it was still during regular store hours.
This starbucks is open the latest & is the most convenient to the Toco Hills area, although it is far from the best. I went in recently at 9:20 p.m. or so, was the only customer inside the store in line, & it still took 10 minutes to get a VERY simple espresso order!
My wife and I had hot white mocha coffee. It smelt and tasted burnt. I've never experienced that with coffee before. We got chocolate chip cookies and asked for them to be warmed up. They were just warmed up half way. I do have to say the ladies who took our order were very pleasant and attentive attitudes.

I got an iced matcha latte with whole milk and a hot saffron latte. The matcha latte wasn’t strong in flavor (very milky). The saffron latte on the other hand was tasty and unique, but the flavor is very prominent and by the time I was half-way through, it was a bit much.
Overall, I would visit this place again to try more flavors because it is so cute. Next time I’d try a hot matcha latte and a latte with other syrups.

I've never had an issue with drinks here so they don't deserve a one star but I only go to this Starbucks because of convenience. The customer service isn't the best. I drove through one morning and the young lady taking the orders was trying her best to imitate a robotic voice. I'm not sure if she was trying to convince people that Starbucks switched to an AI ordering system or if she was just trying to entertain herself but it was a bit annoying and completely impersonal. This morning I paid with a large bill and drove away only to realize the drive through attendant took it upon himself to keep the change. It's only a few dollars but it left me a bit disappointed and distrustful of this location.
This Starbucks has been my after work pick me up for almost two years now. I absolutely LOVE the staff here. I can’t say enough kind things about Emily, Paige and Raven, they are my girls! All of them go above and beyond to make me smile and feel special every visit. I don’t just come for the coffee, I come first and foremost for the staff. Love love love you guys!!!!!!
Raven is this store!! Raven is amazing! Extremely polite , always get La orders right and is happy to answer questions. Seriously if she isn’t store manager….then it’s time! She is the only reason I drive this far because there is a Starbucks by my house but the service from raven is worth the extra miles. Give this girl a full ride scholarship, a bonus, free star bucks for life..something!!! She could be a whole spokesperson for the company
I love this Starbucks location. We are fortunate that most of the locations in this area have very nice baristas, but this one really stands out. I’m always greeted warmly and have a little conversation with someone behind the counter. It’s nice to be acknowledged right away even when they are clearly very busy. I never feel like an inconvenience. Drinks are always made as requested and available when the app says (if not faster) when ordered ahead. Thank you all!! 🫶🏻
This is literally my favorite Starbucks! I drive a little out of the way just to go to this location because my order is right every time and seems like the baristas are making your drinks with love. Sn Patrick’s energy is unmatched super pumped and spreads positive energy to every customer!
I don’t live in Atlanta and was just visiting — I have to have coffee in the morning. The young lady who took my order was bright and smiling and friendly and professional — just a delight! She took my order and prepared my coffee promptly. Everything I asked for she handled no questions asked. She was the epitome of wonderful service! I wish I knew her name so I could call her out for excellence!!! I love when I walk into a fast food establishment and get such great service. Thank you for making my day!!!
Yes there's three starbucks at least, Starbucks on this road,but this one is nice and cozy with friendly staff and lots of seating. Not as crowded as the one nearest me and parking is more concenient
Chase is amazing, he was so friendly and nice. Great store my favorite in the area because of how late they stay open and because of how sweet the staff here is. Food is always hot and good. I got a honey and vanilla latte and it was delicious. The staff was funny and created a welcoming and warm environment. Service is always 5 stars here even when they are busy or have a rush they handle everything efficiently and with a smile. Store was clean and well maintained.
Guess what?Why there is no people sitting outside in that beautiful day. The answer is: There is very fresh and smell cake. Look the floor next to left chair. We talked to manager, they many reasons to live it like that and don't clean it. Thank you for pleasant morning.
Finding a place to park is challenging. Don't park anywhere not designated for Starbucks. You may get towed. Once parked the service is awesome and drinks are great.
If you love Bold beans do yourself a favor and walk rt past the little mermaid across the street.

I pass by other Starbucks but this is THE only one where I truly feel appreciated for my patronage because here they truly give you the 5 Star treatment. Thanks Dustin, Artez, and the rest of the crew here for making this the best Starbucks in Atlanta
They actively make drinks out of order. Ordered a drink 20 minutes ahead and had others ordering after me or mobile printing after mine. My ticket stayed on the dash for my entire visit. Had to remind them twice and they still didn’t work on my order for. Waited 30 minutes for an order-ahead drink.
This was my brand new psl drink this morning before I took a sip. Both my husband and my drink were exactly like this. I noticed that it felt empty and it practically was. Is Starbucks only filling up coffee halfway these days? We always tip but it’s frustrating when what we receive is this in return.
The service is almost always friendly although sometimes condescending. This day they got my order wrong 4 times. I WAS SHOCKED. I didn't tate low because this does not happen often. Usually on point with orders. Human error happens.
The Staff here is absolutely incredible. They always go above and beyond, the best Starbucks in the city and I say that because everyone is very professional, friendly, and FAST!! I worked as a Starbucks barista ten years ago and I know how busy it is all the time and I know how customers can be when it comes to their caffeine 😅I truly appreciate the excellent customer service I receive every time I come in. Everyone here is friendly, talented, kind, quick, sincere, and just dope people all around that’s to the baristas and the management. I think it’s a shame this Starbucks only has 4.2 starts it’s an easy 5/5 for me! Most of the staff are beautiful in and out, they are the reason I come back. -kbj
I usually like this Starbucks but this morning I went in around 9:50, Sunday and stood there waiting for the guy( blonde dreads) to take my order. The employee behind him notice me & said Hello he said nothing. A lady comes in & he decided to take her order right in from of me & never took mines. I stated " Hello but I was standing here for you take my order the customer says Sorry, I told her no that's ok because u didn't know u just walk in here. It's not her fault he decided to notice her and not me. He needs to be trained again on paying attention who walks in & Greeting them.
i love the energy in this shop! this has been the Starbucks that I go to now for several months and at first I was really sad that they didn't have a drive-through. But now walking in there in the mornings is one of the highlights of my day. A couple days ago I walked in, and there was a table full of inspirational Post-it notes, you could even write your own. It brought me so much joy! Today a girl, I don't think I've seen yet before, was working the to go counter and she was just so full of energy and light and positivity! i believe her name was JOHNIA (spelling?) and I really just had to thank her for her kindness because having someone radiate that positive energy to you so early in the morning before you're going to work, it's a primer for an amazing day! This is my neighborhood Starbucks, so I walk here every once in a while or stop by before I get my nails done next door. Way faster service than the one on Ponce. The staff is kind and efficient, I've never had a "bad" drink/the one time they got my order wrong they were very quick and kind to fix it, and they are kind + accommodating to guests and homeless folks alike, which I think is a great thing. Nobody bothers anybody except for some of the uptight customers who don't come here regularly :)
This is the BEST Starbucks! I absolutely love love love the staff here! Everyone is so friendly and fun. I come almost everyday and I genuinely look forward to it. Special shoutouts to Evan, Josh, and of course my girl Jenn, who is like my bestie. I love them all so much!
This is the best Starbucks in the entire city and probably the country. My coffee is ALWAYS perfect and they are so incredibly nice. No Starbucks compares to this one.
A nice newly renovation Starbucks. Standard experience. Staff members were really friendly and accommodating. Our drinks were made perfectly and very quickly. Loads of parking near this Starbucks. The coffee shop was clean and had tons of seating!
Excellent place to go for work inside the store or just for enjoy and chill a coffee during the morning, I went to this place during a Sunday morning and was my best choice (also was my first time Starbucks here in Georgia, I'm really satisfied with my experience) for that reason I would like to visit more once again this location for the atmosphere and the good customer service 😀
I received very poor service today from two employees at the Disco Kroger location in Atlanta, GA. I also noticed that the main barista was doubling the amount of ice in customers ' cups and not giving people the total amount of ounces they were paying for. When I told them to make sure I receive the 16 ounces, the girl automatically got an attitude and said, "so you want light ice?" And I responded, I want what I paid for. Then the guy in the back started having attitude, like I was a bother. They finally made my order and the cup was half empty. I told her this is not 16 ounces, and she said - it's only 16 ounces with ice. If you choose light ice you get what you get. I was so upset and just left. I took pictures and measured the cup myself, what was supposed to be a 16 ounce grande was LESS than 11 ounces.
They scammed me out of 5 or so ounces and basically said I should deal with it. I plan to escalate this to corporate and be given a refund.

Solid location. Their drive thru is a bit slow sometimes, but baristas are always nice.
I was here while was visiting Ponce street market. Just across the road is this Starbucks. Ample seating space and good ambience to enjoy the hot coffee in chilly weather of Atlanta.

Not the best Starbucks - no cold case or hot items on display but they do claim to have all of them. I have no complaints about the service, my order comes up quickly no matter what time of day I'm there.

I frequently come to this location different times of the day. And let me say Javarrea is hands down the BEST barista @ this location. Went above and beyond after the cashier got my order wrong. Ordered 2 drinks left with 4.
Coffees are really good and within a good price range. Not too many healthy breakfast options other than parfait. A good place to grab a quick bite, while shopping at Whole Foods. Located in the basement of Whole Foods, and is also accessible from 14th street. Good seating options too, if one wants to catch up on some work etc.

This location is always a hit or miss. The best time to go is in the morning because I’m assuming the least experienced crew members work in the afternoon & evenings.

My experience was not good. Bought a white chocolate mocha latte or so I thought but when I arrived to work and opened my paper holiday cup to pour my drink into my new plastic holiday cup, I realized that the weird sediment I was tasting was actually dragonfruit from a cup they previously mixed a dragonfruit refresher in and recycled it for my drink. I understand about the supply chain management issues but they could have at least rinsed the cup more thoroughly before putting my drink in it. There's no viable excuse for that kind of nonsense! What if I was allergic to the refresher ingredients? I'm deeply disappointed because this location it was my favorite Starbuck's to visit after a hard day at the hospital but now I've lost faith in them. On top of that they have some new barista there that is completely rude and lifeless when she takes your order so you can bet it will be completely messed up when you receive it. My orders have been completely wrong 2 more times so I'm no longer going to visit that location.
This is a great Starbucks located in the heart of Buckhead. Don’t let the name fool ya - “Disco Kroger”. It is not actually located in Kroger.

I am a flight attendant and I have been to Starbucks locations literally all over the world, and this location is it for me…it has the most stellar customer service and you can tell the employees are all genuine people. The complexity of my orders is sometimes embarrassing and they have never gotten anything wrong. I’m just in love with this Starbucks and will go out of my way to go to this one!
Stopped by Starbucks as I do daily they gave me a defective cup so by the time I land at my appointment and take up my cup there is coffee everywhere I call them back and let them know the lady offered me some napkins and a remake of my drink...lol..... I refused both and requested a refund what happened to Starbucks offering cards for their f up? What can napkins do for my car or me I got burn and my car is a mess what can napkins do for me? I am slowly loosing it for Starbucks. Qt will do just fine!
Friendly service and the quality coffee you’d expect from Starbucks. Larger seating area than most locations with nice long layout. Large windows let a lot of light which creates a open feel. Has a small bar with extra seating and an outdoor patio is always a plus. Very busy in the mornings and the parking lot is pretty tight, but an overall good experience.
AMAZING Lattes. I just ordered a large pumpkin spice latte (skim w/ half the sweetener) - and it came out absolutely phenomenal. Super silky throughout and delicious tasting. I have very high coffee standards too. Best latte I've had in a long time. $5 plus tax - but it was worth it. Place has a really nice relaxing vibe and super comfortable.
Great spot to meet up for coffee/tea and to talk life/work. Parking in the garage is free for the first two hours (remember to get validation at the register), so it is very convenient when meeting up in midtown. The service is great, the staff is friendly, and the coffee is good. They have a decent selection of coffee shop food, but if you want something more substantial, then Whole Foods is right upstairs.

Whole Foods got it right in this Midtown Atlanta location. This space rivals any other coffee shop. Also, they have nitro cold brew, which is perfect on those hot southern summer days.
OK, but the staff are super noisy. They seem to enjoy banging things around and making loud, clanging noises. Otherwise, pretty standard Starbucks. Smaller than average, but I can usually find a good seat.

Such a peaceful escape within a concrete jungle! A really great location for inspiration as well as concentration, considering all the hustle and bustle that plagues the streets of the A, it truly feels cozy and relaxed. The barista created my very complicated drink order to the T, and was very customer oriented! Love the details into this store, great layout and a LOT of seating!
Been coming to this location for years. Generally they do a good job of making sure my drink is made to my specifications, and their customer service is good. If you come either before or after the initial morning rush, you can be guaranteed to pull up to the box immediately, place your order, then pull right to the window with no wait. Otherwise, you're going to have to wait for a little while---but it's Starbucks🙄; any time you DON'T have to wait is a good day lol!☕
Used the drive thru for the first time and encountered the nicest guy ever. I think his name was MAE he has beautiful eyes and a super great personality. We ordered the caramel frappes and they didn’t disappoint!!! Thank you for the awesome friendly five star customer service!
