Often close the store and just have the drive through open. They should turn off the order ahead because you have to wait 20 minutes I line when picking up a mobile order because the inside is closed.

So I arrived to Starbucks Thursday, August 31 at 7:20 AM, and the screen was black and no one was to be heard. I saw an employee putting chairs outside, and nobody bothered to speak with me. If you were closed, at least say something or put a sign on the screen. But yet, I get nothing. So did the person behind me. Super unprofessional. Don’t think I’m going to go to this location again.

Great staff and a shout out to Jerry Lewis the manager. He is dedicated to taking care of his customers whom he loves to serve.

In this location, the place is dirty and the employees have an attitude.

Stood in line for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement I was even there. Asked for a plastic cup with a lid for water and was completely ignored. Seems they tend to the drive through over their walk in customers.

Okay drinks but customer service should be top priority even if you’re busy. You’re in that line of work and chose to be.

It is a little slow, but not sure how many baristas are there, as I went through drive-through. So it could be that they were short staffed. Drink was made perfectly.

Some of the finest coffee I’ve ever drank. Amazing coffee, great owners and phenomenal customer service. You owe it to yourself to swing by and grab a bag of coffee.

This place is the real deal, and Gil knows his stuff when it comes to coffee and roasting the beans. His shop smells heavenly. Do yourself a favor and order the freshest, best tasting coffee you've ever had. You can call ahead and pick up or order online to ship (whole bean or ground). You will never want to go back to that store-bought stuff again. Support local and enjoy great coffee.

I come to Starbucks often as they are one of the only places that is actually consistent in how they make their coffee. I typically order online and just come in and pick my coffee up. This location is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Even during the busy times they are very professional and work like a well-oiled machine. Starbucks definitely beats Dunkin' donuts for quality. If you really need coffee I would suggest coming here. The place was clean, the bathrooms were clean, and even the parking lot area was clean.

Since COVID this store has been very inconsistent with their hours, customer service and overall upkeep of the store. I have stopped coming here before work because I don't want to waste the time. This afternoon, not burdened with a time constraint I figured I would stop by and catch up on some laptop stuff with a coffee... no surprise they are closed again. Starbucks on the island it is for a very very long foreseeable future before I try this one in yulee again.

We found this coffee roastery and did not know what to expect when we first arrived. But wow, when we opened the front door, the aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans made our mouths water. We met Gil the owner and he was very helpful, providing us with our first two varieties of coffee (Ugandan, and Colombian). What a great experience! Thank you for having this great coffee available for visitors to the Island!

Extremely busy and no access to park in mornings because the layout blocks the entrance and cars are out into the main road for drive thru. Recommend parking in the lot before it an just walking over. Good service and nice selection of cups an coffee beans on the wall. They receive alot of call aheads and process them well. Highly recommend preorder and just walk in an pick up. You can be in an out in 2 mins. Cranberry bliss is amazing !

Around 2:30 pm (9/9/22) as we were checking out a young man around his maybe early 20s who was working at the Starbucks counter was talking to a target worker and very loudly said “guess what the queen is dead” which is fine to talk about but then loudly exclaimed “SHE DEADDDDD” to the female coworker and was laughing about it like it was a big joke. Everyone in the register area heard it and it was very disrespectful. He then made eye contact with my mother knowing she heard it and quickly looked away. So he knows what he said was wrong. A couple people gave some distasteful looks and you could tell felt very disrespected. Joke about it on your own time, not at your job where 30 people just heard you say it. We were very disappointed. Do better please

My husband and I stopped in to Nuanz this morning and were greeted warmly by Gil, the owner of Nuanz, and his wife. The aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans was exquisite. Gil, a gentleman with vast experience roasting beans (since the late 80s) took the time to show us his equipment and explain the coffee roasting process in detail. His vast knowledge of coffee, its chemical properties and the nuances of the roasting process was impressive. He gave us each a wonderful mug of coffee (roasted yesterday and brewed freshly just for us). We attempted to purchase a lb of his organic Colombian roast to bring home back in Boston. When we attempted to pay him, Gil insisted the first bag is on the house. This is true southern hospitality. Gil really made our morning with his kindness and generosity. Please support this local business. :-)

Whoever the lady who worked at Starbucks on May 18 during the morning hours, around 10:00-10:30 wasn’t very nice at all. I ordered the Caramel Ribbon Crunch and I know the drink comes with the caramel ribbons and caramel unfortunately this barista told me they don’t add the caramel or ribbons on top, but only the bottom at this location which doesn’t make sense since I order this every time I come to Target. Just to let you know if she’s telling customers this to be aware.

The baristas were very nice, I ordered a venti Carmel ribbon crunch, I only had a dollar after that, but I asked how much a cake pop was and I didn’t have enough but then when I was starting to leave, the barista asked if I still wanted the cake pop and I said I didn’t have enough and she covered it. Very nice workers, I didn’t manage to get her name but, very nice.

Great staff. I don't really drink coffee but I was tired today and decided to stop in. I asked the young lady if they had something like hot chocolate but with caffeine. She recommended the whit chocolate mocha. She even added extra sweetener since I don't like the taste of coffee. Worth every penny.

We stopped here on our way out of town and we were not disappointed. It might look like it's closed, but just knock and if Gill is there, he will open up for you and sell you fresh, and I mean freshly ground coffee from this spot. We bought 3 pounds of 3 different kinds of coffee and tried them the next day back in Gainesville. WOW! is all I can say, his coffee is so good, you can tell that coffee is his passion and not just a job for him. Thank you Gill for the coffee and the chat, see you next year!

Absolutely awesome coffee roaster! Incredible that we have this type of artisan passion on Amelia Island/Yulee. However, I also like to have mine delivered and I can't wait to receive the 2 pounds of fresh ground coffee I just ordered.

We have been purching coffee from Nuanz for at least 10 years. Since leaving Yulee 7 years ago, we have 10lbs of the best coffee shipped to us every 2 months. Gil is extremely knowledgeable and offers suggestions based on our preferences and we have never been disappointed. Nuanz coffee is far superior and fresher than any of the well known brands available and we are firm believers in supporting small local businesses.

Out in the middle of nowhere is a specialist coffee roaster primarily serving high end restaurants in a converted house. And it's open to the public! When you walk in the smell of roasting coffee beans is incredible. Jute bags of fresh green beans are neatly lined up waiting to be custom roasted. Husband and wife team, very friendly. They'll ask how you like your coffee and how you brew it and right on the spot make up a pound of coffee ground just for you. Around $14 a pound for fresh custom brewed coffee is a bargain. Bet you can't go just once! Make a unique gift for the coffee lovers on your list.
Of course I'm hooked. Can't go back to store bought coffee. Didn't realize coffee could have such a complex taste. I'm still exploring new tastes and the selection changes every season depending on what's coming in FRESH!!
