I've been calling for days either no office is in or no one answer. I called kgn branch and May Pen branch. The female officer in Mandeville need training speaks as if she is underpaid and over worked. EXTREMELY poor customer service lack knowledge and reasoning ability. If I could give a .00 just for that experience I would. It was awful!!
