Was excited to sign up and support a small business. They have not responded to my calls or multiple emails. I wanted to give them my business and now I certainly won’t. Horrible communication! If I can’t even sign up imagine if something goes wrong and you need them to respond?!

I am so happy with my service from Paradise Water.
They’ve been very flexible and adaptable to my crazy schedule.
I’m a total water snob since I used to have land that had natural spring water on it so I got pretty spoiled. I have to say this water definitely stacks up with that and the company is run by people who are genuinely kind.
I also love that I am not forced to deal with a phone routing system with a bunch of prompts. They actually pick up the phone!

Great Customer Service! The prices for the PH9 is far cheaper than anything else I've found and they make is so simple to order. Even if I forget to place an order for extra waters, Sarah will always remind me so I don't run out. Working with companies that care about their customers is becoming harder these days but I'm happy I found Paradise Water

I must say that these holidays have thrown me for a loop . It has been a long while since we've had our house full for Thanksgiving . I missed our water schedule but our driver Mr. Nuñez went above and beyond to leave us our bottles . They sure came in handy because we also use it for cooking . That's going the extra mile for a customer. He just dropped off our bottles and it felt great thanking him for what he did.

If I can give this company, a zero stars I would The lack of communication they have is crazy. Also, they deliver water that you did not request and they still charge you the only way that you can make a payment is through PayPal. Also, the driver skips go delivery day and you go without water the empathy that this company has is crazy After calling and emailing numerous times you have my situation fixed, they refused to deliver any water and still have me pay for the bottles that I did not request This has no good customer service skills, and they need to do better on communicating

I love Paradise Water...used them over 25 years ago & when I needed water delivery again I knew who to call. Been back for 3 years. They are the best & WAY BETTER than the service I was getting from Arrowhead Water. Plus supporting a small business is the best. Highly recommend!
