We like the food there (not wings, these are too flavorless and not tasty) , the design and atmosphere. The only thing, which is super annoying, that's why minus one star, is that the drinks for the patio are served in plastic cups... Not up to date, not cool, not comfortable to hold and drink. We sometimes decided not to come due to this plastic cup policy. I hope they can change it and respect customers by providing normal glasses.

Super cute place and the menu caught our eye when picking it for lunch. However, the food was not that great. The tomato, basil, mozzarella flat bread had zero basil and had a very thick layer of shredded cheese that was not really melted, and one garlic clove on each small slice of tomato. It was terrible. We complained and got 10% off our bill. The steak on the kabobs was tough. The veggies were perfect. The bacon wrapped dates were awesome!

Everyone at Chatterbox is so welcoming. They've added lots of fun events over the last year and even faced my fear of karaoke there one night - to which many people helped calm my nerves. Will always recommend the nachos 😅 pretty sure I get them every time I'm there. Ask the girls for drinks suggestions, they have quite the creative minds when coming up with festive sips.

We enjoyed a lunch at Chatter Box on the Patio. Atmosphere was nice along with the staff. My husband had the Spinach salmon salad, with nuts and strawberry. This was absolutely the delicious. Hope it will be a staple on the menu for the summer months

It was the first time there, the food was good and plentiful. I thought the prices were reasonable. The decor was rustic, and I especially liked the lighting. The service was very good.

Ava is such a great hostess and very attentive as well as friendly. From being welcomed to answering my questions, it was a very pleasant experience that I expect from a cute little winery. The snacks are tasty (herb and garlic cheese spread and crackers), and the wine flight was perfect for an afternoon break. The venue seems warm and comfortable, and one feels like they can stay here for hours. We love this place and are so glad we stumbled on it during a Sunday escape. I would highly recommend coming to try the wine and snacks.

Sliders were a great lunchtime choice. Sat upstairs which felt more restaurant-y vs the bar. Lots and lots of TVs on both levels to catch a sportsball game. Solid option in Long Grove and adjacent parking.

We had our daughter’s 40 th birthday party at Broken Earth last night, what a wonderful evening! Most of the guests had never been there, but let me tell you, they will all return. We started planning the party about a year ago with the help of Karen. Karen was amazing from the planning through the night of the party. Always making sure our glasses were full. The space we had the party was beautiful and spacious. So glad we chose Broken Earth for this memorable occasion. Thank you

My husband and I recently discovered Broken Earth Winery and it has become one of our favorite spots on a night out. From our first visit, the staff's warm and welcoming demeanor left a lasting impression. They are not only kind but also incredibly knowledgeable, providing insightful information about their wines and helping us find the perfect match for our preferences.

We've returned several times already, and each visit reaffirms our love for this charming winery. The selection of wines is superb, the ambiance is delightful, and the service is consistently outstanding. Broken Earth Winery has become our go-to place for a memorable and enjoyable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a fantastic wine destination🍷✨

Our son proposed to his girlfriend last night in Long Grove and then brought her over to Broken Earth Winery for a surprise party with 35 family and friends. The party room(s) were absolutely beautiful and cozy. There were 2 fireplaces going, comfortable couches and chairs along with tables for eating. There were tiny red and white lights strung across the ceiling which added to the ambiance. There was a beautiful wine bar set up but guests were also able to order other alcohol and soft drinks. Buffet tables were set up for catered food (we ordered delicious appetizer trays from The Chatterbox nearby). Karen, the winery owner, was wonderful and kept our glasses filled. Everyone commented on what a beautiful place it was. We will definitely be holding other events here.

They have world class service, the best drinks & AMAZING food!! A couple classics are the deviled eggs, speciality soup, tacos, loaded fries, nachos with BBQ pulled pork… I mean seriously endless.

The owners are hands on, very personable & so kind. Becca we always come in for, she is the BEST. The whole staff is amazing, Mari, Lizzie & Felicia! Great pours & even bigger love! I would recommend any family, friend, couple to come experience chatterbox, see you there!

We stopped in during apple fest. Enjoyed the outdoor patio, had some awesome fish n chips with fries. Perfect setting for a perfect day. Highly recommend...just keep in mind that this historic group of shops/eateries is a busy hub, especially on weekends. Bring your good cheer and patience, and always be kind to the hardworking people serving you.

What a gorgeous venue with excellent service and attention to detail. We hosted our daughters bridal shower there this weekend. Karen was SUPER attentive to all our guests and made sure the delicious wine was flowing. I am so glad we chose this place for our party. 10/10 would recommend! We have also been there on weekends with live music and Thursdays for trivia with Brad. Definitely one of our favorite places to chill and relax. ❤️🍾

I loved their outside garden and outside service and seating. Inside seating/design was ok. Grenache Rose was really well done. I highly recommend on a hot summer day. Too bad they don’t have a strong snack game (no food either but can be ordered from nearby restaurants), otherwise I would have stayed for another drink (sparkling rose).

I just had a family party there. I had the best experience from service to wine quality. We had support in planning, room arrangement and even set up on the day. Our support person Karen was with us through the event and was so very helpful with individualized care of our guests and making sure everyone knew the wine differences as well as a charming resource! The set up was beautiful and wine quality good. They had tables ready for food and a welcome table at the door. Just perfect charming spot with lovely people. Highly recommend.

We just celebrated my daughters Jack and Jill Wedding Shower this past weekend at the Winery. Everything about it was perfect! The party coordinators Karen and Lisa were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything happened as planned. Ryan was our bartender and did a great job tending to our large parties request. Looking forward to going back to visit them all and have a glass of superb wine. Thank you to you all for making my daughters day even more special! Much love! Wish I had more pictures to share, but the rest have guests in them.
