When raised about why they took our beers away when we have not finished them. gave us an attitude from staff to manager. Managsr asked why are you doing this over a just a drink? staff asked to stop yelling, calm down when we werw not even drunk! We did not have alchohol for the whole day! And took us as a joke! Worst customer service! Will not go again! Ruined my precious graduation celebration

We had a great experience celebrating my son’s birthday party here. The party coordinator (Michelle) and the hosts Hannah and Jess made everything possible for us even the last minute amendment. Greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

Security needs to know the difference between drunk and intoxicated. No body in security wants to talk because they know they are wrong and just trying to spoil night of people having fun. Girls should never go there alone.

Unfortunately i did not have the best experience at the kingpin and by their staff.
They cut off our game in the middle of the play.
Tables are not cleaned and maintained.
Takes forever to order a drink
Games get stuck while playing them.
I’d rather go to timezone or strike instead of kingpin anyday.
Only a few staff is good apart from it all of them are rude and thinks they own the place and can do whatever they please.

Unfortunately I have to change my review from 5 star to 1 star.. all that good effort made by the ground staff gone down the drain just because a decision from upper management to change the super bonus value from power roll machine to 350.. used to be 1000 then 500 now 350?? I mean you called that a super bonus? It’s now very personal to me coz I just feel like you want people to play and spend money but doesn’t want to give the tickets (it’s a rip off mate).. Kingpin wasn’t used to be like this but new management seems to be making this place a lot worse. Shame on you kingpin.

Don't ever play the claw machines, it’s a scam. Each claw machine was set to +/- 75x $2.80-$5 / game before it starts to pay out. The claws are often weak and unable to pick up the toy before it pays out. The giant claw machine is advised to be set to 200x that equates to $1000 powercredits for $50 toy at Benson’s website where they get most of their stocks from.

The ‘over the edge’ machine prizes were replaced by cheap funko $12-15ea (refer to pic) where it takes a good $50 for players to get one item (it’s no joke). The ‘big rig’ machine is another scam where the rings stuck at the pusher and the manager Elan just placed them on top, leaving a big gap behind so you need to play in order (another 20x swipes) for it to push the rings to the chute ‘Not worth’, guess what the rings then stuck again.
Most of the arcade machines are either broken or not functioning as they should due to poor maintenance.
My family saw a rat in the venue, as well as half eaten chocolate inside the ‘Big Sweet Machine’, quickly advised the staff and they didn't clean the machine when advised nor they stopped people from playing (we were there the entire day). I was told by their staff that upper management took a week to finally clean the machine - not sure it that happened. You won't believe it but check the photos attached.
We used to love Kingpin and spent a lot of money there but don't feel like going anymore especially after seeing their good staff left one by one.

Had a wonderful experience. We celebrated our daughter’s 13th year birthday and all the children had a lovely time. The party coordinator Michelle collected all the required information for the party and completed all the arrangements. Party host Britney was amazing with the children and kept them occupied the whole time. The food was amazing especially the donut cake and fried chicken. Totally worth the money. Thank you!

Expensive entry. Mates birthday, staff at the door said the whole party can come in for free, got in to get a stamp past security, then made the guys pay $25 whereas the girls could get in for free. Not very accomodating.

The bar has an amazing setup and creative decorations. I went there for the three-B Thursdays, where you can get a burger, a schooner, and a free bowl for $35. The venue has 8 lanes, a nice bar, a spacious dining area, and a huge arcade for games. Overall, it was a bit disorganized, and most of the staff didn't know how to order the burger and beer as part of the deal. We were initially told to order via a QR code, but then we were provided with cards to order the burger at the reception. However, you still need to go to the bar to get your beer and any additional items you want to add.

There were 2 bartenders at the bar, but they took a long time to serve the customers, even though it wasn't crowded. There are 4 beers on tap to choose from, and they are served at the right temperature, which is great. I selected the Smo'King Signature Burger, and I did see the waitress trying to smoke the burger before serving it, but the smoke gun didn't produce enough smoke, so it ended up being just a regular double patty burger. The burger had a good flavor, but the beef patty was too dry. I didn't expect it to come with a small basket of chips as well.

The burger took a while to be delivered, and I overheard another group of customers complaining that their food was delivered after they finished their game. So, it's best to place your order before you start playing.

Attended few parties there, place is just to enjoy and dance 💃
You can get drinks inside but not food options.

Celebrated a 35th birthday at kingpin this Saturday had the best experience. The staff where amazing and friendly the atmosphere was so much fun. Would like to thank Melissa and Jack especially for making my birthday one to remember. I definitely recommend it for kids and adults for there next event.

Clubbing here is like getting a kebab at 3am - it's always a good idea at the time. Not the best music on a Saturday night - Miley Cyrus Party in the USA is more suited to a Grade 6 party than a nightclub. Always an interesting crowd. I think save your hard earned money and go elsewhere if it's a planned night out. If you are kicking on and you are already at crown it's OK and usually the promoters downstairs might give out free entry before 11 or you really want that kebab...

Surprisingly great cocktail we had in Kingpin! The Zombie is great and the bar tender did the flame thingy in front of us which was amazing!!

So many choices to choose from too on the menu (yet not all of them in the ordering app). Hopefully they can more and more customers here so they can have all the options available! Really good experience!

And they have the eat and play policy which will guarantee you a 20 bucks voucher to play at the arcade!!

Great vicinity and this place has its own vibe , can’t compete any of the night clubs in Melbourne, must visit if you’re a party animal 💙❤️
