Fresh, exquisitely made Mexican food. Portion sizes are generous. Vegetarian options are many and taste delicious. I keep coming back here for their lively cocktails as well.

The margaritas are fantastic but our fish tacos were a bit of a disappointment. They come with a slaw that makes the tortillas wet. They basically fell apart while eating them and I was forced to use a fork. The flavor was ok but I wouldn’t order them again. Great place for margaritas, chips and salsa but I’m going to pass on the food. There is much better Mexican food in the area.

Another amazing lunch at Riviera Mexican Grill in Redondo Beach. Saul started us off with chips and two of their delicious salsas. Tori was our server and bartender and was nothing short of fantastic. Tori is professional, knowledgeable, and most of all kind and a joy to talk with. We started with Don Julio Blanco with club soda and three limes muddled with mint, and they were so good. We also had the chicken taquitos for an appetizer. For our entrees, my wife had the chicken enchilada plate, and I had the chile relleno and chicken enchilada. Both dishes were hot and tasty.
The ambiance is cool and comfy. This place is definitely a local favorite.
Highly recommended for great food, great people, and great service!

What a great find. This place is awesome, and the local clientele are very cool. Martin, Saul, and PM B. were all amazing. We started with chips and salsa, and their salsa is homemade and awesome. We had several Don Julio Blanco cocktails, and wow, fantastic. We had the chicken taquitos for the appetizer, and they were oh so good. Martin was great with fantastic conversation and efficient service. I had the Carne asada plate with a chicken enchilada, and my wife had two chicken enchadas. The place was awesome, and the decor was perfect. Jose, one of the other patrons, bought me a shot of Herradura Ultra extra anejo, and wow, what a great taste. I returned the awesome blessing with another round. The food, atmosphere, ambiance, and people were stellar. I will definitely be back. It's like Familia.

Excellent Mexican food. Plenty of outdoor seating. Waitress was super friendly and super helpful. We had a very enjoyable lunch.

Loved our dinner. Authentic homemade Mexican. Chicken enchiladas were loaded with shredded chicken. Salsa was phenomenal! Highly recommend this jewel!

Amazing place. Fantastic service and delicious food. Every person from the bartender to our service was the best. Seriously, this place was packed, but we still had a table for 7 and our food on the table in less than 20 mins. You guys are awesome. Thank you again.

Word is spreading quickly around the Southbay that the bartender Michelle, refused service to a handicapped patron with a Federally Registered Service dog. People are organizing to meet with the owners and demand that she be terminated and that the rest of the staff be educated about ADA rights. The minimum fine for violations is $4000 and can be much more with punitive damages. We will not settle for discrimination!!!

One pool table... Sometimes there are players here. Mild to medium drama but good to watch. Beach City people... Usually quite nice

People there are always friendly, drinking 🍸 are good 👍 and I love the peanut 🥜 😍 🤣🤣🤣.

Was only there once. Rude bartenders. No doubt won’t go back.

I came here after a day at the beach and ordered a drink they brought out chips and salsa which were incredible. And it took a bit to pick something off the menu as they had many great options I wound up getting the baja tacos with rice and slaw. And I was satisfied with my choice the tacos were amazing and just like the rice it was cooked to perfection. It was honestly like a home cooked meal. The patio has an amazing atmosphere and the staff are so friendly. I'm glad I wound up in Redondo Beach during my travels or I'd never found this place. I recommend anyone who passes by to stop in and try it out.

Fantastic old school bar. Drinks have a great kick at a price that makes way more sense than those fancier places. Lola was our server and she was a gem. If you want to just chill and feel the warmth of a wood panel hug this is your place.

Strong drinks, very affordable- and decent atmosphere- no Dj or playlist being played. Everything a dive bar should be.

The food here is amazing, and the staff are super friendly... you can tell a great restaurant by the cleanliness of their bathroom..
And this bathroom was spotless.

The only thing I would suggest is freshen up the interior a little... ripped booths, fresh coat of paint.

But the chips and salsa were great along with the beef taco and chicken enchilada.

I will go back next time I'm in LA

This just a basic bar a couple of pool tables and wall to put your name on it, and no food just drinks.

Awesome little LGBT dive in the South Bay. Fast service and super friendly barkeeps. Also can’t beat a pool table and an outside “smoking section” when you need a break!
Themed/events nights are always fun. Drag queens, karaoke, local DJ’s, etc
And the drinks are really reasonable. I’d be here every week if I wasn’t an hour away lol

Went in there one night had a good time. went in there 7-13-2023 a second time and was thrown out. I'm not a drunk the cops were never called there were no fights no disrespect toward employees nothing happened. The bar back still would not give a reason. I was dressed decent and tried to sit at the bar and was completely refused without reason. I was given the owner's name Natalie still have not been able to touch base with her. very shady people!!

For our first time there it was Awesome . My wife and I had so much fun . The atmosphere was amazing , we haven't been to a location like this before . Come on a Wednesday you Will not regret it

Thirstys always shows love and support for those of us who have addiction I look forward to going back especially on karaoke Nighy I may even bust out frank Sinatra song nice and easy this time I' may even do it at a volume 14 after I do an early morning clean up formation to my afro American soldiers out there as I am one that was showed love there 😀😊 :0)

Cute small neighborhood GAY bar with karaoke, pool table , smoking patio and good looking bartenders. Dive bar feels, but not dirty or dark enough to truly be a dive. Its a gay bar but wont make you feel uncomfortable.

A very fun bar with a chill crowd. They do karaoke on Tuesdays and Thursdays, always a good time. Strong drinks, unisex bathrooms with condom expensing machine, outdoor patio "inside" the building you can smoke in. No real food options nearby though. The Mexican place next door closes early and isn't open much

This is a wonderful little tucked away establishment that's LGBT friendly and tolerant to all it's patrons. They serve good drinks at decent prices, are very safe, private, and well-received by the community. One of the few gay hangouts available in the South Bay Beach Cities area, outside of Long Beach, Hollywood and Downtown, that tend to be a lot more risque in every sense of the word.
They've been closed indefinitely due to the coronavirus, but they're much missed by all their patrons, assuredly. OPEN SOON!!

Great bar. V low-key but like not trashy low key. Bartenders have always been really cool (they put up with a lot), and most of the time it's my shenanigans. Great pour. Great prices (4/5$ well until 9 I think are the prices ).

I love the Bac Street I’ve been going there since I was 21 years old all the way back when Dave was the bartender love the place such chill atmosphere. And now my favorite bartenders now are Sal and Brandon they are so cool. I will continue going there Ihighly recommend this bar and Kristi the owner is totally cool too😎❤️

Had my 21st here, everyone was super friendly! Dennis helped a whole lot and was very accommodating to my party! It was on a Thursday night, karaoke night, and the energy couldn’t have been better and everyone was having a great time (even my straight dude friends were up on the stage singing and having a blast!). Back patio is a perfect spot to sit and chat, since inside gets a bit loud, though it is open air so if it’s a cold night bring a jacket. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun but casual place and I will definitely be coming back soon!

The Artesia Bar is fun and festive. The mood is always cheerful and lively, and everyone is always having a good time. On Thursday evenings, there is Karaoke night, and lots of patrons get up on the small stage and sing their favorite tunes. There is also a really good smooth jazz sax player, who plays instrumentals but also backs up some of the singers on their tune selections. Only thing is that I wish there were fewer Top 40 tunes being picked to sing, and more of the fantastic hits from back in the 60's, 70's, and 80's, because there was so much great music written then!

The wine is good, and you always get a nice sized glass. Though it is considered a gay bar, you can go there if you're straight, too. Anyone can go there and relax. It's a fun place to hang out and unwind, so l recommend it!

Great service. Employees are the best. Just need to get new Keno machine. Poor bartender has to take time to punch in winning numbers when it's Bussey. Takes time to do when they need to sell drinks!!!!
