I recently dined at The Goan Majestic Hotel in Ponda, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food quality left much to be desired; all chicken dishes were overcooked and dry, and the portion sizes were disappointingly small. The Squids rava fry was more Rava than squid, and the mixed fried rice had an overpowering seafood smell. Even the French fries were stale. The only saving grace was the veg sweet corn soup and prawns curry rice, which were edible.
The service was another letdown; it was nothing short of terrible. I had to repeatedly ask the waiters for warm water, and even then, it took multiple reminders. To make matters worse, when I ordered one full vegetable soup, the waiter brought only half and then openly combined the two halves in the same small bowl, serving me a messy soup.
To top it off, the food was exorbitantly priced for its subpar quality. Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. Instead, I recommend trying Abhiksha, located immediately to the right of The Goan Majestic Hotel. They offer amazing food and top-notch service, providing a far more enjoyable dining experience."

Had an unexpectedly delightful dining experience! The food was excellent, and the service was impressively fast. Highly recommend trying the Bangkok Chicken; it was outstanding, and the Dragon Chicken was equally fantastic.
The starters at The Goan Majestic were delicious, but the main course didn't quite meet expectations. The ambiance is pleasant, and the service is impressively quick.
The taste wasn't even that good of what people are saying. It was like the staff didn't wanted to work that night. Very less Quantity in every dish we ordered. I'd come from vasco to try here after reading the reviews. Better choose other restaurants in ponda like The Goan Majestic, Abhiksha, Savour, Laxmi. Even this are priced same but are worth of what u are paying
This is my third time here,firstly I had a wonderful experience for my wedding anniversary,secondly family dinners were fun with a cool ambience you are enjoying every moment with your family.

Restaurant is famous for seafood, but you get veg and chicken options. We tried Goan squid chilli , chicken 95. Both were yum. Nice ambience.

Food was good with good quantity. Nice outdoor seating with nice garden view. We had been there on Valentine’s Day. So to take the orders, it was late.
Best restaurant. I like the quantity of food they serve.
Great place to host a birthday or small get together.. there is a small garden outside and inside its a hotel .. the starters were nice and well cooked .. the. Hotels interior was also decent and the vibe is also good .. the problem is the washroom outside the hotel is not clean and taps are also broken and they don’t kept soaps or handwash there .. but inside hotel its a completely different story.. they had handwash and clean toilets.. the staff was also kind and they also managed the event well
We have dined at the restaurant multiple times and it's one of the best. Food is delicious, with a good quantity and totally worth the money. Service is fast and the ambience OMG 😍 all in all, a perfect place to dine with friends and family!
Chicken Cafreal was superb, masala papad was good and the drinks were reasonably charged...
Located besides ponda vollyball court, fine dining restaurant with indoor aircondition and front open air space seating, seafood is tasty, fish thali is good, many north indian and kabab items to try, a small private parking available infront, fast service, polite staff

Wonderful place i was satisfied but the rating doesn't match the taste of food.i tried shcezwan fried and gobi Manchurian it was good but not the best.fred was good but it was not having shcezwan sause .it had just red color in it.and manchurian gravy was best but the ball where not so good they where just some what raw in side . Service was best. The environment and interior was good .over all it was good but need changes in perfection food.

A small resto-bar with amazing Goan good. We had rice, fish curry, fried fish and the taste was heavenly. Quick service too. This place is truly impressive in terms of its food and service. Must visit for Goan cuisine.
Will not visit again. Price on menu is different n billing price is different. After asking Owner gave irrelevant excuse. Weak management.

I visited this place last night and I was amazed by the delicacies they serve here. This place is located in ponda in commerce centre, its kinda hidden but very popular within the locals as the place was crowded.
The ambience of the place is very nice, the place is nicely renovated , the staff here is very good & co-operative.service is very prompt and quick.
Coming to food this place serves Goan sea food and other Indian dishes & also delicious veg food as it's a Family bar & restaurant. So we tried some of their sea food & some Chicken dishes.

One of the best places in Ponda which serves a typical Goan fish thali with the fish being pan fried which brings out that extra flavour of the fish. Fish curry is on point plus it's a bar so you can probably chill out with a drink.
Chicken crispy is best dish you can order here. Service is very good.

Good food & fast service, prior have been to the place multiple times had chiken biryani and other dishes. This time we had simple ,
*veg kadai which was spicy enough and tasty portion was enough for 2-3 people.
*King fish fry- fish was ok not wow small 4 prices of king fish.
* Chicken rava fry- price to quantity ratio I would say quantity is less and small pieces thin slices.
*Roti- were medium soft .
Overall - i would rate it 3.8 out of 5 overall quality of food is satisfactory and taste is decent enough, ambience is simple service is quick.

The food being top-notch and every dish on the menu being tasty is definitely a highlight. The must-try items, Bangkok chicken, and dragon chicken are delicious! They have decent service to complement the excellent food.

One of the underated place and is best for its chicken dishes. I would recommend people to try Bullet Chicken and Junglee Chicken. Serving here is quiet decent.
