Don’t leave without getting the queso - I’m telling you. The crunch wrap supremo is so good I would recommend coming here a few times and trying different things before you order the crunch wrap because it is so outstanding you’ll have a hard time ordering anything else once you try it. Good service and great outdoor seating. The chairs inside are a little uncomfortable but I barely notice because the food is so delicious.

I’ve only tried 2 drinks here, the spicy Margarita and the Paloma, I liked the spicy Margarita better.

Went here for some late night food for a birthday celebration. Lone Star Taco Bar was one of the few places that was still open. It was empty enough that we were able to be seated right away, but there was still a handful of people that made it feel lively at this time of the night (around midnight). Inside had typical bar vibes.

Got some tacos, grilled street corn, and French toast. I only tried the French toast, which was just okay, but I was craving French toast at the time and was excited to find a place that still served it at night. I wouldn't get it again if I weren't craving. I also got the oaxacan dead drink, which was stronger than most places and more drink than ice, which I appreciated.

2 hungry guys late on a Saturday night (like, 11:30pm late) walked in expecting beers and after-hour food menus, walked in and got seated by the staff (after an ID check). To our surprise, what we were given wasn't a late night menu, but a proper menu that you would expect at 7pm, not nearly midnight. Food was okay, not amazing but also not terrible, and priced right alongside the midline. Environment was noisy and dark, but perfectly acceptable for Boston at that time. We were seated near the entrance so we didn't get much of a chance to see the inside. Drinks were solid. A little more ice than you'd want, but acceptable considering inflation and Boston prices, and they tasted great. Staff was amazing, helpful, courteous and just...nice. Like, truly good people, even near midnight on a Saturday in the Boston area. Definitely worth a visit just for the staff, but the food and drinks are solid enough to consume while you enjoy the interaction.
Have gone here multiple times over many years and I love the vibe and the food is always good. I got the short ribs this past time and they were SO good. The bibimbap was good, but I’ve had better and the soy wings were good as well. Will definitely return, though looking to try some of the other Korean spots in the neighborhood first.

This is a great place to go with a group of friends and try a bunch of different tacos! The beef birria taco slaps, the mushroom taco is a bit disappointing, and the carnitas, fish, and chorizo tacos were all solid. They have an extensive drink menu, and I highly recommend the Paloma! Go share a bowl of guac with your homies, you won't regret it! Don't forget to say hi to Vasily the big Buffalo on the wall.

wow, simply a pristine experience. udon was quite healing, and the bulgogi full of protein. MIJI, our server, cares about us a lot, and let us know she does not prefer the hot sake. we tried it anyways and it was good but we appreciate the honestly. she was SO delightful and kind. lots of little guys on the side. we're powered to party now! thanks myung dong! cute sake carafe too.
Great local place with some pretty awesome tacos (highly recommend the barbacoa beef for meat lovers and avocado for veggie friendly option), however $6 for one small taco is a bit pricey. Cocktails are delicious, ambience is very nice for this area and staff is friendly and helpful. Would gladly come back for a low key dinner or a late night snack.

This is an excellent basic Korean restaurant with options from bulgogi to bibimbap. K-Pop plays across the restaurant so be ready for that. It does add to the vibe.

Pleasant, cheerful service and the food is affordable and tasty. A win in my book.

Two large pots: the military bowl and the beef intestine bowl. Not being a fan of animal intestines, the reviews from other patrons gave a 3.5 🌟 for that bowl; but the military bowl was pretty subpar, no much veggies, the spam was over cooked, and missing some ingredients I had in other Korean restaurant with the same bowl. The rice cake and tofu was tasty, that earned a 4 ⭐️.

One more thing, this is the first Korean restaurant where we only received 3 small dishes accompanied with our dishes. Usually it’s between 5-10 dishes per order. Much improvements can be done on that front.

Staff were friendly and place was clean. I wouldn’t be going back for the second time given the pierce competition of Korean restaurants in the area.

Straight to the point- 5 tiny chicken wings for $11 is INSANE. Around $11 for these chicken quesadillas fine whatever. But what’s even more insane is $5 tacos for 1. I get it the pandemic is doing numbers on restaurant owners, but if we’re going make these outrageous ask for 5 wings for $11 please make sure they are the best damn wings in town. Now the positives, the host/server/ bartender was very nice and accommodating. Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves. The ambiance is perfect for a low key date night. But as a foodie I just want more flavor even in the the most simplest dishes.

Good service and food, but they should include more pictures on the menu so I know what are those dishes...They play Korean music all the time, but sometimes I felt it’s kind of noisy, my stomach is vibrating along with the beats, I’m not joking!!! Maybe lower the volume a little bit and that’ll be better.

[Okay so here’s the update. I went there 3 more times after I wrote this review and found they did adjust the music style and the volume so it’s comfortable now.]

The prices match its value, hot pots are good for cold winter. However, the seasoning of many dishes are quite the same style, you may want to have some refreshing drinks to refresh your tastes.
Lone Star and Deep Ellum next door are jointly owned from what I understand. They’ve made indoor booth seating possible by having transparent glass/plastic barriers between each table. Excellent service combined with delightful food and really good varieties of margarita. Special mention for their queso sauce. It was lip-smacking to say the least!
This is the pure definition of a hidden jem great food great service I give it a 10/10. Perfect place to go at night and great place to go with friends and family would recommend everyone to try this place out.

Great place with rock atmosphere! Perfect match to have a beer with your friends:) amazing chip prices, especially after NYC. the staff was very friendly and paying attention to every detail. One love❤️. but food... I didn’t like my fish taco - VEGASCRUZ FISH at all 🤮. It was super fat and tasteless. Sous was bad as well. But guacamole and chicken taco was delicious!!! Would I suggest you to come and try? Absolutely💚💛

I thought the place was nice. It was very super Korean themed than I thought, but I enjoyed the service. The tables were small, but they allowed us to move to a better spot. The food was also really good.
