Fabulous hotel and the service was better than 5stars - the staff couldn’t do enough

We decided on a special one night stop after a fortnight in Provence and we were blown away with how attentive and kind all of the staff were. They initially thought we were on our honeymoon but only 35 years too late for that, but everyone saw the funny side. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

Exceptional hotel in all aspects! The staff are very attentive, the family suite very generous and well appointed, and the location was perfect to explore the old town of Nimes. I highly recommend staying at Margaret - Hôtel Chouleur!!

Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of a wonderful city. Absolutely stunning hotel and delighted we chanced upon it. Will definitely be back again. Staff went out of their way at all times, even helping me improve my language skills. Our evening meal in the reasonably priced bistrot, sitting in the courtyard, was gorgeous. The bedroom was purely luxury. Nîmes, for a smaller city, really packs a punch, and should be on everyone’s list. Thanks! Simone
Quality pillows, robes and towels. A welcome night of luxury after our extensive travels.

This is a nice hotel and would probably stay again. I thought it was a little weird that they’re still offering mini toiletries (seems outdated because of the plastic waste). They also had a hard time understanding what to serve a vegetarian for breakfast.

The rooms are wonderful with luxurious bathrooms and other facilities. The public areas are likewise elegant and most pleasing. The staff are extremely accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff was kind, professional but not at all intrusive. The hotel itself is a gem, beautifully restored and ideally situated. Our room was spacious and well appointed (and the receptionist let us in even though we arrived early morning). I strongly recommend the hotel’s restaurant too.
The only slight disappointment during our whole stay of 3 days was the loud music played till 1am on our last night as they rented the hotel lobby for a private soirée. But even with that, we already look forward to coming back for our next trip to Nimes!

A true boutique luxury in the heart of Nîmes old town, within easy walking distance of all the sites. We stayed in the Suite Georges, à total treat! Super high ceilings, terrace and sitting room. Loved the bed, the towels, the decor - top attention to detail. The staff were attentive and charming. A beautiful hotel for a special stay!
