Of all the areas at the airport ,this is the most cozy to get a good coffee, and quick food to sit or take away. People that woris there were helpful, fast and treat customer right like it should be. lots of space to sit comfortably and have some charging point everywhere and the cafe workers or owner would not hurry you up. So for me its was a good experienced being in Bilbao .

Embutido de MUY BUENA calidad.

No esperaba encontrar una franquicia en un aeropuerto donde poder comer productos de tanta calidad.

Hemos comido unos bocadillos que estaban recien hechos, es decir, los han hecho al momento y no como en otros lugares que ya los tienen preparados.

Pan crujiente y calentito, al bocata le untan tomate y añaden aceite. El mio era de lomo y estaba riquísimo. El de mi amigo de jamón (era paletilla ibérica en realidad) y brie (con el queso medio fundido). Solo recordarlo me entra el hambre.

El servicio muy amable y rápido. Me ha sorprendido ver que solo había un camarero y a ratos veía salir una cocinera, entre los dos llevaban el local 🧐. La terraza es grande y siempre que podían el camarero o la cocinera salían a recoger las mesas o limpiar el lugar. Personal muy profesionalizado.

Sin duda un lugar que recomiendo.

Delicious sandwich!

Tostada was probably heated in the microwave...after2 mins it was chewing gum . Not much alternative made this place my alternative. Staff is nice, though! 😂

Bad service and very expensive

Incredibly overpriced food, even for an airport, and bad service.
Thanks to covid, most restaurants have been closed on the airport, giving this place a virtual monopoly.

Ausgezeichneter Kaffee vom Siebträger.
Das Personal arbeitet sehr schnell und rational. Da ist keine Zeit für Freundlichkeit.
Den Preis für den Kaffee hab ich nicht verstanden. Wer hat jetzt schuld?
Ich doch auch schließlich spreche ich die Landessprache nicht spreche oder ? Englisch wird nicht geantwortet. Vielleicht kann die Dame das einfach nicht.
Einige Gäste können sich hier nicht benehmen und lassen alles auf den Tischen liegen.
Es ist ein Flughafen und und kein romantisches Café.

A good place for a coffee, beer, or a snack. Of course you will pay airport prices, for example a chorizo baguette plus 2 cups of coffee cost 7€. The service was fast and friendly. There are also charging points where you can charge your device while enjoying a coffee.

Very good meal at this airport ! Nice fish and desert.

Last sunday, we ordered two of the 'beef and sweet potato' dishes, as described on the card next to a sample of the dish, at the counter. What I received contained no 'sweet potato' and was not something that we would have chosen for our two young children. When I very politely explained this to the lady who served me, she quickly moved the card from its current location on the counter, to a new position, next to another dish. She then told me it was impossible to now receive the correct dish, or a refund. She checked with her manager, who agreed with her. I left the two meals with the waitress, uneaten. After a hugely enjoyable two weeks enjoying great food and service in the Basque Country, this left us frustrated, out of pocket and our two young boys hungry. What a shame.

I was treated disrespectfully by one of the staff ( badge nr 21 ) after ordering food in english. I felt very discriminated when he told me no english...and that we were in HIS country and he doesn't have to speak in English.

Viel Trubel, aber leckere Sandwich
Vor dem Abflug, nach der Sicherheitskontrolle, ist das „Mas Q Menos“ eine der wenigen Möglichkeiten noch etwas typisch Spanisches schnell zu essen. Leider war das Lokal ziemlich voll und alle stellen sich nicht wirklich diszipliniert an der Theke an. Das Restaurant ist ein Selbstbedienungslokal mit typischen Spanischen Snacks. Trotzdem hat das Bocadillo mit Käse und Schinken zu dem frischen Bier gut geschmeckt. Alles ist frisch zubereitet.
