Amazing sailing club with beautiful views, it's easy to get help, all the equipment is accessible, and a welcoming team!
It was fine. But man, if you go there for a BBQ, make sure they cook their burgers. A big chunk of them were sent back cause they were severely undercooked.
We were there last night with some friends who are members. We had a great meal-the California wrap is really good! And then the music started. Our friends told us they'd seen this band before and that we would enjoy them and they were so right! Two guys, one with amazing guitar skills and the other one with an incredible voice. He can sing everything from old blues songs to folk stuff to rock classics, exactly our wheelhouse. Pat and Searle (spelling?) were their names and they were great. We'll be coming back for the great food and especially for the music!
The food here was good, everything tasted like made in-house, the smoked meat was just a plain sandwich, toasted bread, and smoked meat no lettuce, tomato, or buttered bread, it was delicious but purely meat lover. Getting up to get your food is a little twist they have here, no real table service. The atmosphere is great so calm and relaxing, the live music was a nice touch to the vibe of the Galley, and the patio has an amazing view, the locals here are friendly, and some love to stare if you don't fit the customer demographic.
First time at this Club and it was great! We had penne (dining companion said it was spicy). I had a burger and fries. Burger was nicely cooked and tasty. Drinks were good too and the view is special! Watching the boats come in and the view of the marina, from the outside patio, is really nice. You do not have to be a member to eat there. They also had a large back room (see photos) and a secure, outside tent on the grass level for a picnic

It was ok... Went for a work function... AV equipment was buggy and not a lot of coffee was available... Didn't seem to have water or juice for the event, but perhaps they weren't ordered by corporate...
Worked here, been coming here for 25 years. It's good, food is very good quality and service is prompt and friendly. Solid tap beers, usually some local brews. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a summer or fall view of the river and a bite & pint.
tl;dr: A decent place to have some KTV fun, but with some clear room for quality of life improvements
The rooms are quite spacious with comfortable seating. Excellent sound system with some club lighting. The room had its own attached private bathroom which is a very nice addition. The food menu is fine for what it is, just some simple hot appetizers/finger foods.
Staff were very helpful, patient, and fun to chat with!
The rooms do not have karaoke machines (they have PA systems for the mics/speakers). They use mounted Android tablets, mirrored to the TV, that are fairly slow, unresponsive, and sometimes crash. The TV was overscanned and image not so great. There's a karaoke app with little to no English music, you use the YouTube app instead. That in-and-of-itself is fine in my opinion since you can find a karaoke version of any song, but the YouTube app was very old. It lacked basic features like queuing or searching other videos while one was playing. Fortunately they paid for YouTube premium so no ads.
These are all little things that added up to some minor inconveniences. Would I go again? Yes probably. I still had a great time, but would definitely like to see the KTV experience itself improved upon.

I’ve been coming here for a few years as both a client and a charity I founded (Deep Blue Cleanup) has worked closely with the NSC organizing shoreline cleanups and removing debris from the water with the use of trash trapping devices. It’s a very friendly community environment and I always enjoy spending time sailing or eating in their restaurant. They are great from both the perspective of client and partner. Highly recommend checking them out!
Beautiful location. Only negative is the building looks really run down and outdated on the outside for such a beautiful setting.
Nepean Sailing Club exceeded all expectations! Warm and professional staff, top-notch facilities, well-maintained amenities, excellent sailing equipment, and comprehensive safety measures. Knowledgeable and patient instructors made learning enjoyable. Breathtaking views added charm. Delicious food, extensive menu, and reasonable prices. Highly recommend for a memorable sailing adventure!

Ordered wings for a starter and never arrived. Got my main course along with the rest of the table. Still no wings. Finished my beef ribs. And canceled wings as they still weren't there. Server kept telling me they were coming.

For the food, there was nothing available in the menu, the staff were unprofessional and unorganized.I do not advice anyone to go to this venue as I had an awful experience.They couldn't even pay for YouTube premium so you have to wait for ads before doing the karaoke.Lastly it is not group friendly when ordering food as it takes about 30 minutes to make each individual’s food.
We were served our food 2 hours after we ordered. We stayed 2 hours and payed 330$ for a dirty room, overpriced and frozen food.
When we called, they told us their was a minimum of 250$ fee and no charge for the kareoke room but when we came to pay they charged us an extra 100$. The kareoke machine is an iPad and a YouTube app that lags, you can do that at home, don’t bother come here.

Great place for Karaoke! Very nice and accommodating staff, modern rooms and furniture! Overall amazing good vibes!

The BEST ktv in Ottawa! Really like the atmosphere here. They have in suit washrooms，which is very clean and private. My friends and I love here. The food provided is also very tasty! We love lobster ! By the way, the price here is very reasonable. You won’t regret coming here !
Very fun night. We didn’t think we would stay long but the ambiance was amazing! We used YouTube to select our songs which was easy and convenient. The staff was welcoming and drinks were yummy, I definitely would come back.
Had a karaoke night here with family at 1383 club and realized they have board games as well, what a nice feature to make the night even better! Our Room had private bathroom so it was nice not to share with anyone outside the group. Friendly staff with reasonable price. Looking forward to the next time.
It’s my go to place for releasing stress now! Great service and tasty foods! Highly recommended for those who want to hangout with friends. It will become a new little gem in Ottawa for sure.
Nice, food is very good, minus the cauliflower soup that was way over in salt, location in very nice, 15% discount if member, will try again
