Went here with my family for the first time for a lunch during the weekend. In short, we were very satisfied and would definitely come back, details as below.

Venue: the ambience is very nice with some european-styled hall, which makes the dining place really spacious. The location is also really accessible, but need to have a valet to park your car as there's not parking spot on site.

Food: we ordered several foods and they're all very tasty. The pork belly carbonara is creamy, fresh and with a generous portion of pork belly bites evenly distributed on the plate. The pasta bisteka is also nice, beefy, creamy and well-seasoned. Although I prefer the pasta carbonara more as it is lighter. We also ordered the qutro fromaggi pizza which hits every marks. The crusts are crispy, the pizza itself is well-cooked and not dowy, you can taste the cheese which is the mvp of this kind of pizza. Other food we ordered: crispy pork ear, sea-bass beurre-blanc and pasta frutti di mare, all are tasty and fresh. Love it.

Service: the service is impeccable, they make sure that we are served well and our food are out quite swiftly despite the restaurant is full-booked and quite hectic, it seems. The manager on duty (MoD) came to the guest's tables to ensure that everyone is happy which is a very nice gesture.

In conclusoon, it was s a very pleasant experience for me and my family. This restaurant is definitely a recommended place to spend your time with your loved ones over lunch, or maybe dinner.

The decor and ambience of the restaurant are tastefully decorated and they serve great Italian pasta and focaccia bread . I love the truffle mushroom croquette, very soft and melts in the mouth, a great starter to begin with. A great place to entertain customers with spacious seatings and quiet surrounding.

The service: We need a minimum charge of 500 per person, which is okay but annoying. We havent had this issue with the other The Garden in Puri Mall. We have a lovely experience in The Garden Puri that's why we choose the Garden Osteria for our dinner and we have high expectations.
The seating arrangement was bad. We are seated close to the group party which is very loud and noisy. There's other seating that available when we come. I don't know why they didn't give us that seating.
The food is so slow and not serve accordingly. The pasta come first. So my partner have to wait until my mains come. Then come the antipasti, then after a while my lamb chop finally served.
The waiters is not really attentive probably because of the big group birthday party was taking their attention. But overall they are polite and helpful. Not as friendly but okay.
The food. Got a surprisingly tasty bone marrow as starter. But the mains is not as good. My boyfriend got the pork belly carbonara which is okay. But the pork belly is so bland. The lamb chop is a BIG NO! It is chewy, hard to cut, and also so fatty. The ratatouille is edible at least. But really not enjoyable. Definitely not worth the price.
The drinks: my mocktails is okay but nothing special. The cocktail that my partner got is nope. Choco something but nothing chocolaty except the outer glass.
The dessert: the molten lava cake is not as melting. Mind you we have a very lovely desserts in the Garden. This cannot be compared. The magic garden is very good looking but taste so so and that mousse or something is too hard to be scooped. After the magic presentation done, nothing magical comes from it. More like a overly hyped and confusing dessert.
To summarise I won't recommend the Garden Osteria. But surely check on other the Garden they have better food and service there.

A pleasant dining experience. Service was superb, shout out to mas Nevin for always being aware and fast in taking actions throughout the whole dining session. Wine recommendation is good, pizza & pasta also taste great.
As for the bailey misu, their fingers are dry and crispy as they are, me personally prefer them to be fully soaked with rum & coffee. (A lil dissapointment)
Overall, a good place to come and enjoy a beautiful evening with good food & service!

Patience is a requirement in trying this normal steak taste. Waited for 39mins.

Everything good from the ambience, food quality and service as well. Mas varrel is the one who serve us and he's really nice. It's a best thing for us to celebrate our special moment in here. The decoration and vibes are perfect.

For ambience, very impressive. It looks luxurious, classic ornaments, comfortable place, neat bar table and high chairs. There are really good photo corners. Also, friendly crew. There are lots of really photo-able spots. Very good place for gathering friends or family.
For FnB, hmmm...yummy. Try their steaks...mouth watering. Before that, open the session with their salad.
Recommended.

Me and family had a good time. We enjoyed the Burrata. We enjoyed the scallops and last, but not least the pastas. It’s one of my favorite places to go.

This restaurant offers good value for money. It's a bit noisy due to the crowd, but the food is delicious, which is why it's always busy. We were very satisfied with all the dishes we ordered!

Been a while since I last ate at LOEWY in 2016. Happy to say that the quality is still good. Had French onion soup and tenderloin Steak frites. Both were done well in standard / classic style. Ambience had a dark and moody vibe. Good for drinks/dates. A bit annoyed that I was seated near smoking area but that's more personal preference.

I can't say that the food is not good, it's really good. But there is a strong after taste that appeared in my mouth after second or third spoon and it feels really salty. I know I supposed to combine all the parts of the food and eat it at once, but there is a huge gap between condiment one and another that make it so plain when you it this one and so salty when you eat another one. I don't know if it's my mistake for have no knowledge about the food, I am no expert, it's only my basic opinion as a guest.

But I can't lie, the ambience is superb, it feels like I am in another dimension whenever I stepped in into the main hall of this restaurant. The fountain, the props, the sceneries, all of them is pretty amazing.

All the server, they are very nice and really amazing, they are helpful. You can ask them to take your photo, and they are welcome to explain everything about the food if you confused about what you have to choose. And their recommendations is never failed.

One thing I have to say is, this place have no parking spot, you can use their valet or using public transport.

Had some good expectations considering the place, nice atmosphere, and the price. turned out the food was just ok and not outstanding.

The steak was just ok, not the best steak I’ve tried. Pasta selection was ok too. The wagyu carpaccio tho was delicious.

Service was proper, but on the slower side, despite not many people. The ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice.

Came here the other day to celebrate a special day. The atmosphere was nice. The staffs were super helpful and nice. The food was great overall, their steak was cooked perfectly. The pasta was nice too, I don't have any problem w it. It'd be great if the beef tartare could be less citrusy, but it's just my preference-- it was still good. Anyways, would def come back.

I love the place, the food is good but it would be nice to get a smile there.
It might seem silly, but the first time I ordered, and the food was served I didn't get a smile even though I only ordered juice, pasta and dessert and no requests.

But still their food is good ♥️♥️♥️

Went here for brunch and they have a brunch menu so do expect to have different menu on your visit. Ordered:

1. American breakfast - the best sauteed mushroom i’ve ever tried. so rich, umami and has lost the fishy mushroom smell. However every other component in this plate is bland (except for the sausage). The mushroom save this dish but I would not recommend.
2. French toast - Great. Bread is warm, perfrct texture, not too soggy. Not too sweet as well because of the berries. Perfect blend of texture. A classic brunch staple, must order
3. Hot chocolate - meh. too sweet, too watery
4. Latte - so so

Conclusion is, maybe if you’re in the area, have a visit. Can use U+ reward as well.

Ambience of the place is very cozy. Suitable to hang out with friends.

One of the best macaroni n cheese in town! Steak was super delicious! Pasta was fantastic and dessert was WOW! Would love to come again with family!

One of the best steakhouse establishment in Jakarta. It's inspired by many bistecca in Firenze. Served high quality steak, seasonal special beef such as wagyu a5, rubia gallega, and many more. Their clientele are many with deep pockets, so expect special off the menu item, sometimes rare caviar and other fresh selected ingredients. Dress code is a must here.

The service was superb as always. Food were cooked to perfection. Try their pasta, you won't be disappointed. Great for business meetings and or casual dinner with your special one.

Hangout with colleagues after work, nice restaurant/bar with plenty of choices for cocktails and finger foods. We ordered calamari, fries, chicken wings and nachos.

Overall service is good, and nice place to hangout with friends. The only cons was it’s not smoking free restaurant, so customers are smoking inside the restaurant too.

Great for lunch meeting, and hangout with colleagues for happy hour or dinner. Not advice to having a dinner meeting here cause they turn into a total bar in night, music are loud with low dim light.

Great food, coffee, mocktails and cocktails. A little bit pricey, but worth the price. Range IDR 150-200k per person.

- Grilled Chicken Breast (9/10) best for your protein intake with cutting calories options, less oil but taste so good.
- Orange & Mint Coffee (5/10) not my favorite, mint are too strong.
- Raspberry Coffee (10/10) great taste, raspberry & coffee blend super nice, taste like mocktail coffee a bit
- Chicken Tandori Skewer (9.5/10) juicy texture, 10/10 dipping sauce
- Sides creamy spinach (8/10) great taste, but make your mains feels really full
- Truffle Mushroom Tagliatelle (1000/10) Literally ultimate 5⭐️! THE TRUFFLE was cloud-nine heaven.

Good place to eat high end food. Especially the steaks. But a bit uptight and condescending service during the afternoon/evening less busier hours. Understandable since its relatively quiet between 2-5pm. But for a restaurant that boasts fine dining quality, they should be at their very best every hour for the whole day they are open.

Food is INCREDIBLE! Duck ravioli is highly recommended 🦆 😋
