Stayed for 4 nights on a motorbike trip. Friendly and helpful staff. Let us keep the bikes in the courtyard. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, there were noisy road works that started early in the morning outside. Free coffee and tea available throughout the day.

We have booked our room on the same day and we were warmly welcomed by the reception. The service of the hotel is great , the location is just perfect. Breakfast is rich with great choices. We are a family of 5 and we have enjoyed very much our 1 night stay as a stop over to Pairi Daiza Zoo.

My wife and I are from the US and stayed here for 3 nights while we explored the city it Tournai. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, everyone spoke English, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Tournai.

Strange long corner shaped room. Good isolation from walls. But very bad wooden floors, giving noise from above they let me work in their resto the whole morning. I mean I could do me office work. Very kind people.

We called at 19h to hear if there was still a room available for one night for two. The receptionist told us that it was no problem at all and that he would be waiting for us. We got there (a lot of parking in the neighbourhood) and were welcomed kindly. We got the Reggae room, which is very large and beautiful. We would surely recommend this place! Right at the city center at a fair price and with a lovely staff.

Very friendly staff and the room we stayed in, 'Jazz' was quite unusual. A lift was being installed so it was a bit of a haul getting our luggage to the 2nd flr room. Parking, although for residents, was not that close to the hotel, otherwise 5 stars.

Clean, comfortable hotel, 5 minutes on foot from the grand place, connected by a charming small park with the heart of the city. All rooms in the hotel are named by music style. We slept in the 'pop' room,... with the fab four above our bed.
