Clean location. The lady at the cash register was super friendly and cute. She was nice to my baby boy and other staff gave me proper directions throughout the store.
Really like their new cashier setup. I experienced online orders and pick up from here for few times, it’s very convenient and staffs are nice and helpful.
We did our birthday here and just want to give a shout out to Layla our host and the team there. They took care of everything and made the birthday party so simple. Kids had a blast and we were quite pleased. Highly recommended. This took the madness from play places and complex offerings away. Thanks Team!

After getting a rude sales clerk at the Billy bishop store, telling head office staff they would not give me my discount on my purchase Talked to 3 people to help me out finally was sent to store and after not getting any help , Jason manger found a solution. Awesome store has t shirts at good prices. Self checkout machine to buy your stuff. Employees were good too. This store is very good if you need some art equipment for any projects
I've used Viva La Balloon multiple times for balloon arrangements and they have done an amazing job every time. Kim and her team are professional and reliable and their arrangements are beautiful. I just had one done for my mom's 80th birthday and she loved it!
I purchased a stunning balloon set for my friend's 30th birthday celebration. We were absolutely delighted with the balloons as they managed to stay inflated for over two weeks. The compliments from everyone were non-stop. Without a doubt, we will be purchasing more balloons from them in the future. Came here to buy a picture frame for my poster had asked for help choosing the correct size jessalynn was the person helping me out she was very kind , professional and helpful, we ran into a small complication with my poster how ever she found a quick solution for the problem! I ordered some balloons for my partner’s birthday and they were perfect! I loved them so much & so did he. The customer service at Viva La Balloon was amazing and their prices were very reasonable compared to other competitors. 10/10 would recommend. Michaels is a great place for people who are interested in art and crafts, the store has a wide variety of products that they carry regularly and many seasonal items for different holidays and events, the store is clean and organized, all products are well placed and visible the only star missing out of perfect 5 is that because some isles we were interested in were blocked by stairs from both sides and we were not able to check them, the merchandise is a bit pricey but when they have sale or with one of their coupons pricing becomes more competitive with other stores.
