Delicious and affordable but our request of being seated where we are more comfortable were not met. We felt crammed but it is what it is. The food are very well seasoned and just overall good but nothing noteworthy to talk about. It’s typical of filipino dishes. I do like the atmosphere and nicely designed.

The food here is really outsanding! We enjoyed the food because it is really delicious. Big servings plus great food and good service equals very staisfied customer. I want to commend the staffs also. They are very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely come back! Thank you for serving quality food and providing great service :)
Saw cockroach crawl from the floor up to the wall.. fell on the table and crawl back to the wall. Staff just non chalantly picked it up. No apologies whatsover! Like they did not even feel embarassed na may ipis na gumagala sa dining area?!! Like its all normal to them there was a full grown cockorach roaming around. They did not even volunteer to change the plates nor clean the table until we told them to. Just lucky I guess that at least this happened before we ordered.
Serving of orders was also very slow. Need pa mag follow up ng follow up. Staff seems dazed. But when it came sa bill- ang bilis bigla! Also negative points because ang init init ng resto nila. All of us were sweating big time!!! We also saw a small hair (maybe eyelash) sa isa sa mga food. Did not complain anymore kasi feeling ko lang they won't do anythibg about it.
Mesa Restaurant in Trinoma offers typical Filipino dishes with a twist. While some items are good, others are just average. The 2-ways laing, a specialty, stands out positively. However, the sinigang na salmon head was disappointing due to the fish not being fresh and some dishes not served hot. Overall, the food quality is okay and prices are reasonable, making it a convenient option for a quick meal.

Hindi sulit para sa presyo. Napaka unti ng ulam at di pa masarap. Hinding hindi na uulet. 👎

Their sisig pizza is a must try culinary experience. When you add that sour white sauce, you get the full sisig experience. It’s unbelievable. Their tres leches halo-halo is also a must try!

We celebrated our 22nd anniversary here at Ombu Kusina and we enjoyed our visit. We ordered sizzling pork sisig. It's good, it was authentic as it doesn't have mayonnaise. But it was kinda bland, so we asked for a soy sauce. It has an egg, the red chilli, no hot sauce though, but it's fine. It tasted like those original Kapampangan sisig. We also ordered for garlic rice for sharing. This one tastes so good, don't skip this one. Their salisbury bistek Tagalog was also good. Big serving, good-tasting sauce just like the original bistek Tagalog, and the touch of kalamansi made it taste better. Their calamares was a big serving also and it was perfectly fried and marinated. Somehow bland also but it's fine. The sauce that comes with it is just okay, but it's better if they can serve two different sauces for the calamares. We ordered cucumber kiwi lemon shake. This one is sweet. We suggest they lessen its sugar-level and add more lemon or kalamansi. For the dessert, their mocha sansrival was good! Add this to your order if you visit Ombu Kusina. And lastly, don't forget to try their tres leches halo-halo. It was sooo good. I'm not a fan of milky halo-halo, but this one, I highly recommend! The place is cozy, the play good and relaxing acoustic OPM music, the waiters/waitresses were all courteous and attentive to all customers, and even the guard at the parking area. The place is not that big but it's better if you drop by earlier before lunch. Ombu Kusina is at the ground level of Sequoia Hotel in Mo. Ignacia corner Timog Ave, Quezon City.
The beat place to eat pares here. Before i moved to another location this is my go to place to eat food. Back then they’re really cheap not it’s a bit expensive like around 180 pesos but the food taste the same which i really like. Even the place is isn’t pretty and modern build i still love eating here.
sorry but no. the taste of the food is so bland, it's really not giving.

It was our first time here and we didn't regret it. The ambiance was relaxed, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. The food were filling. We wanted to order more but our tummies were already protesting. We just decided to come back in the future for another filling and satisfying dining experience.
Taste still the same!! Dont confuse this eatery from the rest of the pares house in Manila! It’s the only one 💕
24 hrs open, really good and tender pares. Stuffed shrimp is also a must try
THE LEGENDARY ORIGINAL PARES MAMI HOUSE RETIRO 💯

This is definitely a gem worth trying. Their Beef Pares is like no other and you will surely order more extra rice 'til you can't anymore. It's easily accessible via commute or if you're bringing a car, don't worry because there are lots of parking spaces around. Just ask the attendants for some help 👍
This is the restaurant that made beef pares popular which is an anise flavored beef stew that goes very well with fried garlic rice. Aside from beef pares, their beef Bulalo, chop suey, stuffed shrimp, tapsilog, kiampong, and butter chicken are very popular too! Parking is difficult as there are no provisions for it but despite this, people come here at all hours. There's a toilet here in case you need to go. Take away is also popular

One of our favorite restos! The food was a flavorful journey, the cozy ambiance added to the experience, and the attentive and kind staff made us feel right at home. It's safe to say this is one of our top choices, and we can't wait to return for more delicious meals!

Expectations vs Reality.
We expected atleast a whole pusit but 5 slices of it was served (and no, it's not a sliced whole) it seems old na rin, the texture isn't fresh. We didn't even took a photo of it as it's not appetizing at all, I should've took one for review purposes. No next time for this.
Great atmosphere. Place is cozy and seats are comfortable. Just a bit slow in serving food. If you're craving for Filipino food with a twust, you should try this restaurant. One of my favorite is their laing! Perfect place to dine with your balikbayan relatives or friends. My Lola lobed their chicken. Haha. Great place, nice interiors, good lighting.
The service was prompt, and the staff was attentive. We got their beef pares and porkchop rice, which I enjoyed because the pork was tender and easy to chew. I didn't see anything exceptional about their specialty, beef pares. Janet's pares, in my opinion, are superior.
One of the original and best parest in the metro, full meat pares serving that will satisfy your graving, bit pricey but worth the serving. Crowded during lunch and night time, attentive food servant and friendly security, limited parking space, Worth to visit for a real good taste of pares Mami experience.
We went to dine in at MESA SM NORTH EDSA on New Year's eve at around 5.15pm. We had to have a quick bite as the staff told us that the restaurant and mall would be close at around 7pm.

This was our first visit to the restaurant and we ordered a few dishes. The food was good and my favourite was the Halo Halo. I also must add that the staff who served us was super friendly and did not rush us to finish our meal as the closing time was near.

I will definitely recommend this restaurant and hope to be back again.
Been in Mesa Tomas Morato, although the experience there was exceptional this branch is totally a contrast:
Staff --> too slow, not easy to communicate with, poor customer service, no star for the staff category we still gave them a good tip.
Food --> Very oily, everything was all oily, food quality was poor. I'll give their food 2 stars.
Ambiance --> It's good, for this branch I'll give them 4 stars, this is the only good thing for this branch.
We recently went there for dinner, and we tried to avail a promo c/o a credit card. Our request to avail the said promo was initially decline coz we were told that we need to reserve the said promo in advance (but the CCs promo mechanics did not mention the said requirement). Fortunately, they still accomodated us, albeit they still reiterated the said requirement for future availment.

The set that we ordered was said to be good for 4-5pax, but we still opted to add another set that was good for 2-3pax. There was a waiting time of around 15mins before they served our order. The food that were given to us was generally good, albeit some was rather salty, at least for my taste. Serving size were decent, too. The staff were really accomodating and attentive.
First and foremost, I superduper love the chicken binakol of them.. kuddos to the chief 👏
We also try the one that they offer the fried beef pares na super delicious ,na my crunchiness plus samahan mo pa Ng flavoured suka.
NAKU PO ERLINDA HAHAHHA 😂
Sabi best seller nila Yun to there entire menu.👏
WE GOT also sisig of course haha!
D din mg papahuli Ang smoothies nila .ohmygoddes
Mesa is the best 👏👏😋🧡
You must try it everybody. 😎
Still one of the best Pares in my honest opinion (the other is Jonas Retiro). Nothing will replace them as the Pares Kings. Highly recommended. Since 90s my father and mother used to take us here and at Jonas, until now, I’m bringing my wife once a month. Taste is still the same. Highly recommended. Almost all their foods I’ve already tried, one remains my always go to, Pares.

Magkakasakit ka sa bato sa sobrang alat ng sabaw, portions ng ulam ay luging lugi.
