Though it may not be as great or big or interesting as other museums of modern art I have visited, I give this one 5 stars because I really enjoyed my time there and I really liked some of the works!

Cascade consists of 5 columns of stairs which is a very beautiful place for tourists to visit.
I really liked and enjoyed it.
You can spend hours here, and there are different types of restaurants at the bottom that you can use and rest there.
It was a pleasant place.
But the big problem was not having a toilet, which I think is a big disadvantage for this place.

It is the most visited site in yerevan. It was constructed during soviet period.just a walking distance from the opera. It is somewhat hard to climb the stairs, but I heart that there is an escalator. At the top you will have a great view of the city. You can continue to the memorial statue to the victory park.

It's the most interesting part of Yerevan. It's a pretty long walk from opera - down town - to Mother Armenia statue via a chain bridge, a chain stair and victory Park...

A historical place since Soviet you can’t take stairs if you have fitness or you can take a escalator from inside. Then to reach last point you will take like hundreds stairs.
You will see all city

The cascade takes you up to a beautiful and scenic point overlooking Yerevan.
The way up is not that hard if you have little bit of fitness. The way up is filled with artistic pieces and different modern art work that adds extra taste to the attraction.
Unfortunately once you reach up, nothing much to do!! There is no food kiosk or coffee shop to sit and enjoy the view.

A wonderful place to visit in Yerevan, also inside there are some old work of Arts that you can see. Definitely you can say that Yerevan seems an old City. You can almost see the whole city up from the highest steps.
Nice place, exciting arts. I was pleased to visit this place

A Marvelous Vista of Yerevan and Mount Ararat

The Cascade Complex in Yerevan is nothing short of a visual masterpiece. As you ascend its grand staircase, you're treated to a breathtaking view that encompasses both the city of Yerevan and the majestic Mount Ararat.

The sight from this vantage point is unparalleled, offering a perspective that captures the essence of this historic city against the backdrop of Armenia's iconic mountain. It's a view that lingers in memory, a testament to the natural and architectural wonders that grace this region.

Visiting the Cascade Complex is an absolute must for anyone exploring Yerevan. It's a symphony of urban beauty and natural grandeur, creating an experience that resonates long after you've left. Don't miss this opportunity to witness the heart of Armenia's cultural and geographical splendor.

Beautiful complex with many sculptures and nice views! It has an escalator inside so that you don't have to walk up and it is free and openly accessible to the public! A really nice place and a must visit if you are in Yerevan. I do recommend it!

Breathtaking views are only one of the many offerings this unique location has. There’s also the playful and unique art pieces in the Cafesjian Center for the Arts. The ascent to the top rewards you with the beautiful vistas of Yerevan. It’s not a difficult climb by any means but it’s also a nice way to stretch your legs. The Soviet architecture and fountains provide a feast for the eyes. I don’t think a visit to Yerevan is complete without a visit here, but that comes from someone who’s only been there once. But if and when I return to this lovely city, I will definitely make a visit to the Cascade.

One of the highlights in Yerevan. It gives you an amazing view over the city with the mountains in the background.
Two things though:
1. It looks like it's not finished. When you're all the way up the viewing point there is some serious work in progress. And looking at it,.it didn't gave me the feeling they're in a hurry to finish it. If at all.
2. You need to be a bit lucky with the weather and clouds for a clear mountain view.

For the rest, a 100% must do and must see when you're in Yerevan.

Very Nice place for art lovers
Most displayed pieces are paintings
The Cascade is an imposing grandiose staircase that serves as both an architectural wonder and an open-air art gallery.

It features a series of large-scale art installations and sculptures, making it a hub for art enthusiasts.

Climbing the Cascade offers panoramic views of Yerevan, making it a popular spot for photographers and tourists.

The Cascade hosts cultural events, exhibitions, and performances, contributing to Yerevan's vibrant cultural scene.

The terraced gardens surrounding the Cascade are well-maintained and provide a serene environment to relax in.
Not only can you see the city of Yerevan from above, but you can also see Mount Ararat in the distance on a clear day.
The cascade is illuminated at night and is very beautiful.
You can take the escalator up, but I recommend walking up.

One of the main highlights of Yerevan combining soviet architecture and modern art. The structure consists of a long staircase that was intended to connect the center of the city to the hill of the victory park to the north but was never completed. There is an indoor escalator inside and several pieces of art all across the structure and in the park at the lower end. The area is also surrounded by restaurants and cafes and is highly recommended for anyone visiting Yerevan.

It's a beautiful place. It has close to 500+ steps made of limestone with greenery around and enough resting place and security guards. You will find loads of beautiful cafes and restaurants around offering great drink and dinning options..mostly international cuisines.

. Once you reach the top you will witness that it's surrounded by beautiful hills and cotton clouds floating. We thoroughly enjoyed.

Great example of soviet architecture in Yerevan.

I’m so happy because of my girlfriend took me there and I really enjoyed my time over there. For entry fee you have to pay 1500 Armani’s currency and for photo shoot need to pay 500 extra but it’s worth it!

This is not a huge museum but it has an unexpected variety of the most talented artists.
Expect to spend 1 hr in here.
I was blown away when I saw the works of Minas Avetisyan. You’ll see some nudes by Jansem (prints were available for sale). There is also a piece by Garzu, Emil Kazaz and many more. It’s a pity I didn’t know about this museum. Tickets were 1,500 AMD/person (less than $4)

The Modern art museum is tucked away, just off the high street. Keep left, enter and be welcomed by 3 Armenian women that will gladly turn the lights on to the multi roomed gallery.
The layout of the exhibits allows easy access to the artworks. The exhibition area is well lit, and showcase the craftsmanship of the pieces.
It will take you all of 30 minutes to walk around, but it is worth the small effort.
Rather small, but cheap entry fee (500), and another 500 for taking photos.
The museum has a very nice collection.
I was very impressed with the quality of their exposition.
The temporary exhibition did not impress me much, but I believe other people might like it.
The small lane behind the museum has some great graffiti art.
Well worth a visit to this museum.
The best art museum I visited in Yerevan. It is mostly Armenian artists dealing with Armenian subject matter, which is really what I want to see when traveling to a new city and trying to discover the history and culture.

The staff is very welcoming and I’m glad I paid the extra to take pictures because I enjoyed so much of the art.

Not only are the paintings/sculptures themselves fantastic, but whoever organized them within the museum did an excellent job. Everything flowed so nicely.
