It has such a warm welcome when you first walk in these people who work here are people of GOD 🙏✋🤚

Our daughter started Pre-K this year and so far she has been doing great. She comes home every day with a bright smile. Also, she gets up every morning looking forward to going back, so I know she's happy. Finally, we are so pleased with the way the entire school has gone above and beyond the minimum requirements to protect the children. You all make our day much better knowing that our daughter is in a safe, well cherished, nurturing place. We highly recommend Epiphany of the Lord Catholic school.

I have a K5, a 2nd-Grader and a 5th-Grader who attend KCA and I will tell you all that they are being given the best education in the Houston area. They are learning way beyond what the public school system has their grade levels learning and I am here for it. The staff are exceptional and the atmosphere is very positive and encouraging. They pride themselves on setting up their students for success. I am a huge Katy Christian Academy fan!

We absolutely adore Epiphany Catholic School!!! Our daughter just started first grade, but we've been there since the school opened. She was in their first Pre-K class in 2018.
From before the school opened until now dealing with the current pandemic, we've been nothing but impressed with the administration, the faculty and the entire staff. Our daughter has some behavioral challenges and it has been a wonderful blessing to have her in a school with such small class sizes. She is thriving and absolutely loves going to school everyday. As parents, we've also enjoyed getting to meet some other wonderful families of similar faith and academic dedication.
Without hesitation, we highly recommend Epiphany Catholic School to anyone interested in a small community learning environment. Having our daughter in this school has been worth every penny of tuition.

Our son, Parker, started school at KCA his 8th grade year. We had just moved from Louisiana that Summer due to a job transfer situation. He had to leave all of his childhood friends and make new ones here in Texas. It didn’t take long for him to begin making new friends. They helped him get acclimated quickly, which made it nice with him moving to a different State and a new school. There were lots of changes for him during this time. KCA Staff, Teachers, and students were all very welcoming. The Teachers helped him adjust to a new curriculum. His Teachers have been excellent and have always gone the extra mile to help him along the way.

Office staff is very unprofessional and not welcoming to kids with special needs.

Honestly my kids they graduate from this school bt the only problem I have in this moment is the mr Pham is been bullying my son and making fun abaout my son honestly that’s bad my son is one of the best students in this school smart kid he have a lots of diplomas a lot scholarship and this men is talking mess to my son for no reason that’s crazy we send r kids to school not to be bullying from a people who works there we trust r kids we this school and people work there not to treat r kids like nothing is not the first time this me Pham tack mess to one of my kids that’s crazy some one need to stop this we need respect and professional people to work we are kids to encourage not to put them down or bullying them. This is really serious

It has been such a blessing to be part of the Epiphany Catholic School's opening year! We are enjoying small class sizes, ancillary classes such as STEM and Spanish, and a caring environment.

they need a better basketball team, the gym is very small, the boys are not allowed to have mustaches, i geuess that means they cant be a man, its not like real high school were u can actually switch classes, u just sit in a room all day long, i Think the boys should be allowed to were shorts cause its not fair, they legs needs to breathe, i know they getting tired of wearing warm-ups/joggers, to A BASKETBALL GAME, im confused, how is that every basketball team they play is allowed to wear shorts but this School is not, the school needs MORE SPORTS, the kids needs more freedom, it should be able to be free.

I am a graduating student of 2018 and would have to rate Cypress Lakes quite a mediocre score. You have your mix of good and bad teachers, although the good teachers far outshine the unremarkable experiences presented by the bad ones. The campus looks average and adequately maintained. The administration will work with you with anything that you need and there is a bountiful amount of extra curricular activities. Some gripes I have is that the bathrooms are absolutely filthy, some teachers shouldn't have the privilege instruct classrooms, and that the school has the same population density as an Indian slum. Additionally, there are fights nearly every week and that the concept of tardy sweeps are absolutely pointless and ironic.

Great staff, education, and counselors that really care. But many top 10% students cheated their way to be top 10%. Student body is so big that you're just a needle in a haystack unless you do something great. Drug trafficking is prominent but secretive. Sexual abuse and harassment happens often. I've seen it firsthand and have been a victim to it. Overall, most of the students are good but there will always be a few bad seeds. Not much bullying (except for sexual harassment/abuse). Athletics are some of the best as well as academics. Many clubs to choose from and to get involved. I would say that most students come from parents making six figures or more. Pretty good school, just don't get into trouble and make sure to surround yourself with good people. Counselors and staff are always willing to help.

entitled rich kids, more than any other katyisd hs

Good school. Love elementary convention: academic and arts competition and presentations!

Best highschool in Katy. Fun people, fun teachers, fun classes, fun clubs. But too many snakes up in here...

They have the opportunity for our kids to show they talented to. My personality I am proud of my son and the people who make his face happy when is in home. I ask all time how was his day at school he responded awesome and learning more!

A great school. All of the kids here are really smart and it runs very well. It is very organized and just a great school overall. I wish thay I got to go to high school here!

They hosted a 80's themed Prom for adults! Loved it - the idea was great!

My daughter is currently enrolled at Cy-Lakes and although the school has a bad reputation it isn't nearly as bad as some may say. The AP courses are challenging and thought provoking. She was going to a charter school where these courses are stressed, however the courses at Lakes have been more difficult. I agree there may be a few bad apples but it doesn't make the whole tree bad. The school isn't perfect, but it's okay. If you're looking to challenge your children then I would recommend Lakes but if you're not then take them to daycare. The teachers do care and are there for the students and will help when ASKED. The school is clean as evidenced by the times i've been there which has been several times. Go Spartans

I am moving to a community close to that school and would like to know more about the school other than the bad reviews. Mr. Andy White, you as a teacher there, what would you say about the school if a new student ask you to? If a parent ask you also?
Would be great to know the opinion from other parents and students too.

I've been teaching at this school for 7 years and I can say that many of these harshly negative reviews are very misleading. The views presented do not bear any resemblance to the things I have seen and experienced in my time at Cy Lakes. These vitriolic one star reviews seem to come from a small minority of parents and students who seem to have a personal beef against a small number of individual staff members. What's more, I feel that the embarrassingly poor grammar and spelling employed by these individuals speaks to their credibility. I suggest that anyone who wants to know the real students and staff of our school should come and visit. Our building is clean and safe and the teachers work tirelessly to educate over 3,500 students who come from honest, working-class families. Our school is not perfect, but it is certainly not what some people claim in these very negative reviews.

While at this school my daughter began doing drugs such as lsd and marijuana behind the tennis courts and had skipped class a whole week before the school had even notified me! Do not enroll your children! This school is a very unsafe environment!

Most sorry school probably in Texas. Besides Texas state's stupid policies. This high school is very dirty. The staff do not help the students at all until the student bugs them. Do not enroll at this school. It is horrible, dirty, and the staff members are very rude. They believe you should respect the teachers but they can disrespect you. They force you to stand for the pledge. And another thing i find funny is that they told the staff members to rate the school a 5 star and you can see the 5 star reviews the people are "google user". Again, please do not enroll at this school. It is horrible and disgusting. Either you apologize or they wont help you.

this school is so huge and if my mom decides to move to texas next year this is the first one I'll come to ASAP And once iam there we goin we go make the school shake if it already doesn't like turn up the best school in texas ever

This is a great school it looks bigger than it is as a student at this school i only have to say that this school amazing and never has any fights also its a great school academic and sports this school has a club or class for about anything you can think of !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic School. Fantastic Students. Fantastic Teachers. Mr. Vierling is a fantastic Pricinipal and Mr. Paul Moussavi is a fantastic grade level AP.
