I recently had the privilege of attending Georgetown's School of Continuing Studies, and I can't express enough how exceptional my experience has been. From the moment I stepped onto the campus, I knew I had made the right choice for my continuing education.

First and foremost, the location is perfect. Situated in the heart of Washington, D.C., the school's accessibility is unparalleled. It's within walking distance of numerous cultural attractions, government institutions, and vibrant neighborhoods, making it an ideal place to immerse oneself in both academia and the city's rich culture.

The faculty at Georgetown's School of Continuing Studies is top-notch. Each instructor I encountered was not only knowledgeable but also deeply passionate about their subject matter. They made the learning experience engaging and thought-provoking, ensuring that I left each class feeling inspired and well-informed.

The facilities are modern and conducive to learning. The classrooms are equipped with the latest technology, and the library is a treasure trove of resources. The school's commitment to providing a comfortable and productive environment for its students is evident in every aspect of its campus.

What truly sets Georgetown's School of Continuing Studies apart is its diverse and inclusive community. I had the opportunity to meet and collaborate with individuals from all walks of life, each bringing their unique perspective to the classroom. This diversity enriched the learning experience and broadened my horizons in ways I hadn't anticipated.

Furthermore, the administrative staff is always ready to assist, and the career services provided are invaluable for those looking to advance their careers or transition into new fields.

In summary, Georgetown's School of Continuing Studies exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're a working professional seeking to further your education or someone looking to explore new horizons, I wholeheartedly recommend this institution. It's a place where knowledge meets opportunity, and where you'll find a welcoming and inspiring community of learners.

My time here has been nothing short of transformative, and I can't wait to see what the future holds thanks to the education and experiences I gained at Georgetown's School of Continuing Studies.
Premier academic institution of the highest caliber. The campus intertwines with D.C life so intimately and captures the essence of academic tranquility and productivity
Like many others have said, the support staff, to include the Deans Office, is absolutely awful. Unhelpful, discourteous, unprofessional. I expected so much more from this institution, but the SCS is a disappointment and can only be described as a mediocre school at best.
Great institution, excellent faculty and resources available to students. A lot of impressive events and conferences are hosted at the institute.
The classes and the professors are superlative. However, I concur with many comments here....THE SUPPORT STAFF SUCKS!!! You expect a lot more from the admissions office, registrar and folks that answer the phones (oh, by the way, if you call the SCS you usually receive the voice mail) when you pay 60K for a Master's degree. Georgetown is truly "resting on its laurels" and academic reputation in the customer service department. Every time I needed assistance from someone, it was as if I was asking for a favor and not paying for a service (lots of attitude and unhelpful comments). CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRULY NOT A PRIORITY AT THIS INSTITUTION....
Jeden z lepszych instytutów ds małżeństwa i rodziny na świecie. Studiowałem, wiec wiem o czym mówię.
I enrolled into the Data Science Certificate Program at Georgetown. It is a waste of money and your time unless you have a robust background in Python. Most students did not because this certificate program appears to help you turn into one. I have background in SQL and data analytics and was hoping to gather some skills to make me a data scientist. Although I understand that a certificate program can’t turn you into one (although the marketing and messaging of this makes it appear so with the “robust” curriculum).

This was purely taught on slides and wish it was more hands on. It is very expensive and you don’t start learning till the 3rd class. The first class was an introduction on what is data science (around $900) for some powerpoint you could have read at home.

Second class was to get into groups to create a data product on a process that you barely know about.

I recommend General Assembly they are more hands on. Although they don’t have the prestigious name (which I think Georgetown takes advantage of to teach this way), you will learn more and actually do projects AFTER you learn the material.

I thankfully dropped out and sadly was only refunded the classes I did not take although intro to data science and getting into groups does not feel like real classes..
Convenient location, beautiful building, great instruction and great classmates. Georgetown runs a class act, even away from its main campus.
Course offerings are very good; faculty and staff are very good; and general vibe is very good.
I love being a student on campus again. In pursuit of my masters in Public Relations and Corporate Communications. This campus is for the grad school and certificate programs. The culture is professional, high caliber students.
