Dr Fletcher is an excellent doctor who actually provides care and understands the root cause of medical issues. The medical industry needs more people like him. I will definitely be back.

I love Dr Toews and Nurse Tina like they were my own family. They have saved me from really awful heath complications several times and they actually take as much time as is needed with patients rather than "rubber stamping" you with something they're reading off of a laptop.

I have used the Southwest Care Pharmacy the whole time I have been in Santa Fe. It is undoubtedly the very best pharmacy I have ever used in my 75 years!!! The customer service, the willingness of the pharmacists to explain medications abd the delivery person is so courteous. I cannot praise the pharmacy enough!!!! Never a wait! Run don’t walk to use this pharmacy.

I would like to know who maintains these clinics to proceed legally and I will know why dentists do not last. I have been waiting for a year for a filling and always

My primary of 8 years retired, and I stumbled upon this place by sheer proximity. My new primary at LA Familia is attentive and has current knowledge on my non-standard medical issues.

I came here for the convenience, but am stay because the quality of care is phenomenal.

Had a decent visit with a nurse, who was nice but didn’t really know what I needed him to, and then suddenly left this practice a few weeks later. SWC didn’t offer a new primary provider. Wasn’t a good enough experience to want to come back and deal with trying out new providers, and clearly they didn’t care enough to help me do that in their own. We seriously need more qualified MD’s in NM. Am so done with amateur hour operations like these.

My mother was really sick and needed her medication, Dr never sent order to pharmacy, she call to make an appointment because she was coughing a lot and they told her to take camomile. My sister in law took my nephew and they told her to take him home because probably he had COVID, instead of doing a test, he didn’t received any medical attention. This is just UNACCEPTABLE!!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Julie Martinez and Dr Patrick
Samora for many years. They are both smart, knowledgeable, caring doctors. They both listen to our concerns and are quite willing to try different things to fix our problems. We feel very fortunate to have them for our physicians. Their staff members are competent and pleasant.

I have been coming here since 2013 due to a chronic illness. Everyone at this location is pleasant to deal with. The receptionists, nurses, doctors, and case managers are all compassionate and they make sure your needs are well taken care of. I am thankful to have a case manager, Lawrence Sena because he never fails me; not even once. He makes sure that your papers are up to date before your service contract expires. He asks you questions to make sure that you are not in any bind with your health or well-being. He always does follow up with you and initiate the conversation about what is important to you before you even ask him the questions, and most importantly, if you ever need help on anything, you can count on him to use all resources there is available to make sure your concerns are taken care of. Having him, as my case manager for two years now, makes handling personal and health problems a lot easier to discuss. I highly recommend Lawrence Sena as your case manager if you ever need one. My only concern though is that they seem to have constant changes in staffing. I am unsure as to why that is. It makes me wonder if management is taking care of their staff members. Doctors come and go here, I have had 4 different doctors since I became a patient of Southwest Care, 3 Case Managers, several nurses, and receptionists. However, in my opinion, they always hire well-qualified staff especially when it comes to doctors and nurses. For that reason, Kudos to Southwest Care Center. Please take care of your staff members because they are the reasons why we keep coming back to your clinic., and they do take care of us. Thanks for all that you do!

I am so impressed with the pharmacy staff at Southwest care. Perry and his crew are helpful, efficient, and professional. When I had my prescriptions transferred, I was kept up to date with the status of my medications and was notified as soon as they were ready. When I went to pick them up, Perry delivered them personally to my car with a huge smile. Thanks and kudos to everyone for taking such good care of me!

treated me like garbage on the phone. lori spoke down to me. i may be homeless/precarious but i'm a human being and i deserve to be treated with dignity. end of story. i have medicaid, why would i stay with a company that doesn't respect me?

Resourceful, egalitarian, competent and practical. Have had them get my kids in for exam and inoculation same day I called when everyone else in town I called wanted to give me their ‘first’ appointment in three weeks. Serves at-risk members of community with high-quality, accessible healthcare.

Absolutely amazing experiences with appts. and staff. They really do go above and beyond for patients. I prefer holistic options as well as more active waiting environment. Also the pharmacy is a bit flippant in my many experiences.Please implement HIPAA more seriously.

This is a terrible excuse for health care. My family member had less than respectful care from Maria M. . Rather than treating us with dignity she talked down to us and acted as if our concerns were not valid. I will be calling in to speak with her supervisor as her attitude she provided is unacceptable.

Beautiful place, with state of the art equipment. I went in for some plaque removal and was seen by Dr. Jenkins. Real efficient, and knew his stuff. I felt bad because I felt I was one of the last appointments and I was late, but they still saw me anyway. His assistant was also on the money, and she explained to me what I had to do to keep my teeth plaque free. Will definitely be back!

By far the best dental care I have ever had! The facility is state of the art and the dentist was very kind and made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Jenkins and his La Familia team! :)
