Very clean, nice and polite and helpful associates!!! My doctor is Brilliant Amy pound!!!

I went to the urgent care in a lot of pain. And a sample of my urine was collected and the doctor diagnosed a uti, a prescription was given for antibiotics that did not help. My urine was never sent for a culture and I had to start a different antibiotic from another doctor in a different office. And now I am having allergic skin reactions to rhe antibiotics. If my urine had been analyzed correctly I would have been given the right medication and had been on antibiotics for less time

I highly trust Dr Chahbouni with my parents’ care. He genuinely cares and will never hesitate to offer help and guidance whenever needed. He’s very efficient and very professional. Dr Chahbouni’s nurse Tanya is a sweetheart. Everyone one I dealt with in this office was really nice and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Chahbouni as a physician as well as Imperial Primary Care Medical Group as a facility to anyone especially the elderly.

I wanted to come in to get tested for strep. They said I had to pay for a virtual visit and if the doctor suspected strep I would also have to pay for an in person visit. There was no possibility to go in person right away, even though strep requires in person testing. In the virtual visit, Dr Dalprat did not take the time to listen to my symptoms and was rushed. He interrupted me and jumped right into medications I can take but didn’t take the time to explain to me what he thought I had or what that medication would be until I directly asked him about strep. He said he thinks I have it even though he didn’t take the time to listen. Then said he could prescribe me antibiotics right then and there without testing me. I said I wanted to get tested and he said I could come in but if it wasn’t strep he couldn’t medicate me. (So he was willing to incorrectly medicate me instead of make sure I needed that medication!) He seemed impatient when I asked follow up questions and kept looking at his screen instead of making eye contact. The nurse told me I had a medication at the pharmacy but the doctor did not take the time to explain to me what that medication was and the pharmacy never got an order in when I called. Unfortunately this is not the first time at this clinic I’ve had a doctor whose given me poor care. Earlier this year, the doctor left the room during our appointment and didn’t communicate to me if my appointment was over or if she would be back. After waiting a while, I had to ask the front desk if I was ok to leave and the doctor called me back since she wasn’t done. The doctor did not tell me that she had in fact prescribed medication for me, she didn’t tell me what medication it was, or what pharmacy she sent it to. I asked the nurse who told me I had medication and where. When I got to the pharmacy, the pharmacist asked me if I had received instructions on the medication from my doctor and I said no. They said no instructions were given from the doctor on their end either. The pharmacist gave me their best guess as how I should use the medication. All this to say, I felt like the doctors at this clinic couldn’t have shown me more clearly that they don’t care or respect their patients at all but are willing to drain their check book.

Waiting time killing us!

Fractured my ankle and came to this facility as a walk-in patient for an ankle x-ray and an examination. First and foremost the office is very clean… everyone who attended me from the receptionist, to the nurses, to the X-ray technician were very efficient and organized making my visit very easy and brief. Dr. Yohannes Assefa was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He thoroughly explained the severity of my situation and offered me the best treatment plan while also being mindful that I do not have health insurance. He even gave me a coupon for my prescription! 10/10 recommend. So happy I came here.

Nurses and staff were great, but the Dr. Was Amazing! He made my child feel.super confortable, she was so nervous, and tmhe explained everything so thoroughly. I appreciated that he had her best interest at heart. He was so kind and easy to talk to!

No stars. After 3 hours of waiting to pee in a cup and watching stupid pet videos, I got up and left.

This place is terrible. I needed to see the doctor right away and instead I got an appointment with the doctor at 7pm at night over a facetime/zoom call. My reason for wanting to come in was because my throat had been hurting for a few days now, felt like it could have been strep throat.

This doctor had the audacity to ask to see my throat through a video at night with terrible lighting. Thought this was joke seeing as how could he possibly see anything and diagnose me properly.

He never once saw me in person, checked my vitals or anything (neither did the nurses). All the doctor did was ask what my symptoms were, which I had already told the person/nurse prior to speaking to doctor twice already. So all I did was tell him what my symptoms were and he prescribed me medication.

not sure how any of that was legal or possible but it happen or what kind of medicine they are practicing here but it is terrible and I would avoid coming here altogether

BEWARE APPLICANT ATTORNEY OFFICES!!! AFTER WAITING FOR A MONTH TO GET AUTHORIZATION FROM INSURANCE COMPANY, THEIR OFFICE CANCELLED MY CLIENTS APPOINTMENT. I WOULDNT SEND ANYBODY TO DR. CARL SMITH AND THIS FACILITY.

What a super bed place just to take a Pee test . Wait for 2:35 ridiculous.

The doctors there don’t even pay any real attention to you and talk over you. I requested a different doctor after my first and second visit but it’s whatever doctor they have on sight. Finally get a new doctor and he’s just as bad. Finally after a few visits with him I get a new doctor and he releases me and cancels all of my physical therapy even though my test had shown my improvement decreased. It’s also so busy that if you’re there after your first visit for a follow up they take hours to see you

HORRIBLE !!!

This place is a RIP off center, paid for class B physical and was not told I had to bring data in ,doctor says just come back and will pass physical. I brought it back and they are changing me full price again to get paperwork filled in.

This urgent care is ok if you have a cold or earache or other minor ailments. I wouldn’t recommend if you have an urgent matter as there appears to be no doctor seeing patients there. The Physicians Assistants, although very nice, do not seem to have much experience or knowledge in the medical field. Have been there two times. Both times I left feeling the need to see a Doctor.

I came in with only 4 other people waiting and 2 of which are here for a drug test. I have been here for almost 2 hours to piss in a cup and I am still waiting. I see that they are an urgent care but I don't see that many people walking in. Now there are 10 people waiting.

Came in here with a lot of pain and he send me back to work full duty so if you want to destroy your life visit Dr Smith
