The one running the front desk was excellent. The nurse or medical assistant who took me back and took my blood pressure and did the test was excellent.

Came in to bring my son today for a physical for school. Staff was polite, office was clean, and the Dr that seen my son was great. She provided information my own son’s primary dr never did and probably wouldn’t. I recommend this place 100% thank you everyone for your professionalism and politeness.

Be prepared to wait, even with an appointment. I made an 11 a.m. appointment for a drug test, physical and TB clearance. Per the site, I was to arrive at 11:45 to fill out additional paperwork after I had already filled out a lot of it online. I arrived at 10:36. There were about 5 other people there. At 10:50, one of the women waiting asked how long it would be for her to be seen since she had a 10 a.m. appointment. The girl at the front desk said she was next and would be called soon. At 11 a.m., I asked how long it would be for me to be seen and was told they were getting a room ready for me. At 11:45, I was finally called. The entire appointment didn't take too long once I got in. I walked out at 12:36 p.m. - exactly two hours after my arrival time. A patient without an appointment was seen within 30 minutes and another one was done with her test before I was done with mine. One of thos fast patients even asked if she should've made an appointment and the guy at the front desk said it didn't really matter. Clearly! I realize that everyone's test/need is different, but they should attend patients based on their appointment time versus whenever. I'd go elsewhere if given the chance.

On the positive side the place was clean and the staff, in the back, were nice. The girl at the front desk had a sour face every time anyone asked her a question, so don't bother her. LOL

The PA Andrew is awesome! He is very caring and listens to my needs, he also gives me good recommendations on how to remedy my medical condition. Best doctor! Really recommend him!

I went here several times and I had a good experience overall. One doctor compel me to take care of problems beyond today’s issue. I like that.
Sometimes you get a doctor sometimes she only gets a physician assistant.
But they all seem to care and do a good job.
The only reason they got four stars is because the wait time can be long.

Went for leg knee pain.

1. Physician really spent hardly 1 minute without asking any questions, examinations..etc.
2. Physician was rushing very fast to finish up my case. There were no advise provided in taking care. Said I would get a med prescribed and didn’t say what. It ended up as Ibuprofen which I could have just bought over the counter.
3. Pharmacy I preferred was not understood and went to CVS in a different zip. Struggled for 3 times going around just to get this ibuprofen.
Very unsatisfactory overall ! Please improve guys.

Nicest urgent care I’ve ever been to. Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. Quick and and easy in and out.

Don’t often come here but when I do need to go to see a doctor, this is definitely always been my go-to choice for the past 5+ years. The facility is very clean, the staff is great, visits are always pretty quick for an urgent care. Much smoother if you have an appointment scheduled. I’ve come here at-least I saw Dr. Maria F. Pa and of all the doctors I’ve seen, she’s hands down amazing. She was very thorough with her exam and very warm and inviting. Definitely someone I would come back to even for regular check ups. She was great and I highly recommend if there’s anyways to request her. Request her!!!

If I can give negative stars, I would! This place is so unorganized. The reception or doctor assistant sent my lab work to wrong places that is not covered by my insurance 3 times! I was charged over $1000 because of this. Yet their attitude was complete unacceptable. They said I should have called the lab first. But the lab they put in the order for never answers any call! So I have to basically drive there and find out for if their order is correct each time?!

Didn't go for treatment, but I went to retrieve old medical records and they were so nice! The new offices are great. Parking is a bit confusing at first, but they have signs in the underground parking structure for Calligraphy apartments of which spaces are available marked "MEDICAL OFFICE PARKING"
