I’m a new patient here. I just read the reviews so I want to comment on my experience so far. I will update as I learn more about this place. I’ve called twice, first time was to make appts for my daughter and I. The wait time was about 10mins and we got our appts in two weeks. The male on the phone was very professional and quite nice. The second call I made was to make appts with the behavioralist for my daughter and I. Someone answered immediately and said that there was 1 call ahead of mine. The came back on after 4 mins. The woman that helped me was pleasant and professional. The behavioralist wasn’t available to make the appts but she sent an urgent message and I should be getting a call back within 24 hours. Again, I will update my reviews as I have new interactions with this facility

I have been getting the run around since NOVEMBER & it's now the end of March. I am a patient who has had spinal surgery and am currently still having issues. I have been trying to get a Pain Management & Ortho referral this entire time and still have not seen anyone. My doctor is completely ignoring me and my medical history when it comes to my pain treatment because of what SHE WANTS. She has beeb completely derailing a pain management system that has been in place since 2013. I have talked about this with her several times and I'm just being ignored. After exhausting all my other options I stated that I was just going to contact the medical board because I have gotten no care and every person I speak to basically puts it on the other team and tells me it's not their job. WHO'S JOB IS IT TO ENSURE I AM GETTING CARE? IF ITS NOT THE DOCTOR'S, THE DOCTOR'S BOSS, OR ANY OF THE OTHER "TEAMS" AT THE CLINIC, WHO'S JOB IS IT TO ENSURE I GET CARE? The doctor couldn't answer that question at all, yet I'M disrespectful for reporting my mistreatment. The referral team has been completely ignoring me, and my doctor told me it is not her job to make the referral team do their job. I had a referral be denied for months before the manager for the referral team actually listened to me & confirmed that it was denied to redirect it somewhere else. She got really nasty with me because she was WRONG and kept ignoring me when i kept saying theres an issue with my referral. It took 2 months before I spoke to the doctors supervisor and she promised that she would stay on top of my case and keep in contact with me. I NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN. ITS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS!

This place works like a well oiled machine. Even though they don’t schedule appointments, the whole experience from check in to walk out did not take more than 15 minutes. The staff is welcoming and respectful.

Waited over a month for an appointment. They called me the day before my appointment and canceled on me. The lady on the phone was so disrespectful. She would not let me talk or vent my frustrations. She kept cutting me and talking over me. She would not let me get in two words. I will be going somewhere also for now on.

Amazing service great people amazing doctors. This place dose care for its patients with passion. My mom went in with a tough condition she got taken care of staff doctors are amazing. Truly recommend this hospital.

Definitely recommend this place took great care of my family member I do think they deserve an applause as my family member came in in a near death condition place works like an oiled machine it’s experienced staff and quick decision making save my family members life. Do recommend this hospital.

I don't have enough words to express my negative emotions about the pediatric department of this clinic!!! The workers at the reception are constantly rude and refuse to help. Usually all medical institutions provide interpreter services over the phone if a person does not know English well. But the receptionist named Lenny apparently doesn’t know this, she refused to let me in and ordered me to look for an interpreter myself in the next department of the hospital, it’s very difficult for her to get up from her chair, so patients have to solve their problems themselves... My son Denys broke a bone in his arm 3 weeks ago and we turned to this clinic for a referral to a doctor who could help put the bone in place so that the arm could heal correctly. But the doctors of this clinic were very negligent about our request. Because of this, my child still cannot get to the right doctor. He is in severe pain. We have already been to emergency twice. I sincerely wish the doctors and medical staff of this clinic that when they get sick, they will be treated by the same doctors as them. And when this happens, let them remember my words: whatever a man sows, that will he also reap.

Staff were very friendly and professional. I was seen for a physical for work and the building was packed when I walked in and by time I left it was empty. I wasn’t even there for an hour, and I didn’t have an appointment I walked in. Definitely will be going back!

It was very easy and quick, however I was a bit confused on how to report any prescriptions that I take. Wasn't sure if I had to submit it later or to the doctor. Didn't really get to talk to any doctor.

I went to the location in West Sac to get my drug screening done only to be told that they didn't do the oral testing specified on the instructions I'd received. I had to call other locations to see if they offered oral drug screening and found one in Natomas that does. I then had to race over to the Natomas location to get there before they closed. All in all the experience was fine but I had to spend too much time driving to get a simple drug screening done. It took me about two hours including about 1 1/2 hours of driving. Their offices were clean but smelled funky.

My Appointment was continuously rescheduled 3 times & I still can’t be seen when asked to speak with the manager I was refused and spoken to very rudely by the Lead. They are not understanding and don’t care about their patients I now have to go pay 80$ for a simple physical since my doctors office keeps putting me off , I’ll definitely be finding a new office , don’t waste your time here.

I can't say enough about Nurse TEE.. Giving the COVID vaccines, . My grandson has autism and ADHD.. it's really hard for him to stay still, he stood still for her. It went so fast and so smooth.. Thank you so much Nurse TEE

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I just got out of the hospital and my case manager scheduled an appointment for a follow up which also included a request to sign off on a referral for a specialist that is urgent. I was told when I arrived that this office doesn't sign off on referrals and I also wasn't seen for the follow up appointment that I needed after leaving the hospital. Now I am being told I can't get in until February. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism and quality of Care. There was no resolve, I was told a manager would call me in 24hrs. I won't hold my breath. I would not recommend wellspace for any medical services, especially if it's urgent.

Jennifer is awesome, she takes time to explain and care about the patient. I feel warm welcome and able to talk to her about my mom symptoms and feel better after she explains. Will come back again for check up.

The staff was really 🙂! They will answer any questions you may have over the phone as well as in person. I recommend you set an appointment because the wait times can be long but it's understandable it's a work doctor. You can not make an appointment for TB testing and they don't do TB testing on Thursday's. I highly recommend this location for any work related doctors appointments!

I'm still waiting afterr2 hours my son has to wait in the car with my husband dr Roger's said he wasn't seeing a referral and had me still waiting when I called right before and spoke with Ashley who said the referral was in the computer in so frustrated right now im crying. Had a great experience here with clinician, Jennifer, and Tom the medical assistant. They were very warm and friendly, and took care of my minor injury. Would recommend. Quick tip: they are closed for an hour between 1:30 - 2:30.

Everyone there, Jennifer the PA, Thomas the MA, and Ky at the front desk were very nice. Jennifer was especially knowledgeable. It was great to find urgent care so close to my home, near Sacramento State Univ, Larchmont Riviera area. I highly recommend this urgent care!

Made an appt for this morning at 9am 11/4/2023.
We have medi cal upon getting to the clinic gave our social for insurance because we don’t have the card on hand. They denied to see us without the card and said it would be $170 to be seen without insurance. Everyone and every single urgent care/doctor office can run your social and pull up your insurance info we’ve done it EVERY SINGLE TIME. Nothing worse than being so sick and making an appt thinking you’re going to be seen and get some relief and they then you away. I will never recommend this urgent care to anyone ever again.

They forgot I was waiting and nearly 3 hours passed. There was 2 Juan’s so they got us confused and forgot. I was waiting there till I said what was taking so long to take a drug test. Then they were like oh our mistake I am not a pushy person I just assumed they were really busy. Till I started to see everyone ahead of me leaving and hours passed.

This place needs a better system, like video or phone appointments as an option. They cancel your appointment without calling you, have you wait 3 hours to be seen with a scheduled appointment, and sometimes have you wait on the phone for 40 min just to schedule. I’ve been seen by their medical director, who’s agreed that the place needs work. From what I’ve seen, little has been done to resolve the staffing shortage to prevent them from moving at a sloth-like pace. I wish I could switch clinics but unfortunately workers comp won’t allow it.

I was able to be seen same day. The schedules an appointment online but it didn't go through on their end but they still saw me at my appointment time. they took good care of me and gave me the information I needed. I really liked the doctor I saw. The people working were very helpful

The quality of care and concern you will receive from the staff of Concentra is sub-par at best. They operate more like a DMV than a medical facility, and they will make sure you feel about equally as cared for as you do in the DMV. I have been through more than one workers comp case with these people at Concentra and between all of my appointments I can confidently say that they do not care about us. 99% of your appointment will be spent watching your examiner type on a keyboard. Their only goal is to complete charting as quickly as possible so they can move onto the next patient. They will not make eye contact with you nor will they even face your direction. From the moment they enter the room to the moment they exit, they will be typing on a computer and will just prescribe you the same bare minimum that they prescribe everyone, you’re gettin ibuprofen and physical therapy. They don’t even attempt to try to make you feel as if they understand your injury. They almost flaunt how little care they provide you. The physical therapist is the only person who acts like they know what’s going on.

Appointments easy to get online. Wait time was not out of line. Jennifer, the P.A. is just a super person. Compassionate, good listener, does not rush her appointments, and very good at figuring out what is causing the issue for your visit.

Great experience. Person at front door was very welcoming, nurse practitioner was very helpful. Space was organized, efficient, and clean. Much better than the medical service I am accustomed to receiving at Kaiser.

They give you a run around for your referral to be processed! Cannot count the number of times i called just to BEG them to PLEASE process the referral!! So much for an “URGENT” referral that is still not processed in a month! Very very disappointing - I think its faster to change a PCM/Facility than to wait for them to finally get it done right! - Preposterous!!

I met with Dr. Rodgers for the first time this morning and I would like to say, I have never met a Doctor like him! He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. He explains everything thoroughly, making sure you have a clear understanding of all of your options. I really appreciate that he took the time to answer all of my questions and did not rush the appointment. He earned my trust with his transparency. I wish more Doctors were as attentive as Dr. Rodgers. The facility was very clean. Thank you!

They are always packed. Do not answer the phone in a timely manner. The front desk were polite and kind. It was a lot! I was told I would wait 45 minutes so I could get to work. It took 3 hours! Ask anyone could do was apologize. The TB shot only took 4 minutes and I waited 3 hours. I missed work. I came back to t hand the test read and the front desk did it right away. You cannot hear your name being called outside or in the standing only vestibule. But there is no room to sit or stand in the waiting room. Front desk said they will call your phone. No one ever did. I kept walking back and forth inside to ask if I was called. No one told me I couldn’t hear outside until I asked. They need help here or a bigger facility. They need to answer their phones so I could have made a more informed judgement about time and location of facility to go to. Thank you for your time and consideration.

6 hours for a 10 min exam. I went in for my DOT physical examination and was told it would take 2-4 hours but ended up being over 6. I was told I would be notified via text and would have 5 min to make it back for my appointment which meant I couldn't go anywhere. No appointments could be made because they're technically an urgent care but having to wait 6 hours and not being able to leave was absolutely ridiculous.
On the flip side, the nurse/doctor who saw me was very understanding, nice and made the actual appointment a breeze.

The employees were super friendly & helpful. Wait time was to be expected due to the volume of people waiting. Once my name was called the appointment went really fast. I would definitely recommend this location for employment screening.

Wish Dr. Wong was still here. He was amazing! His replacement Andrea Gonzalez Falero is absolutely terrible. She DOES NOT care about her patients and blames them for her shortcomings and failure to even sign and send over paperwork to get life saving diabetic supplies. It’s ridiculous. Talking about patients medical history IN FRONT OF OTHER PATIENTS IN THE WAITING ROOM. HIPPA violation! I’ve never had my family be treated this way by a doctor before, and we will be looking for help elsewhere. This doctor is either overloaded with patients or flat out just doesn’t care. Either way, I will be complaining further.

I had the pleasure of having Dr Rodgers and he is AMAZING! Facility is clean and front desk were friendly and accommodating. The ONLY reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the answering service. PLEASE NOTE: The ladies answering the phones are NOT the individuals that are physically in the office. Answering service is rude with NO customer service. They will book appointments the doctors have no idea about and will never transfer you to speak with someone in the Norwood office. They are causing a lot of people to turn away.

As a fist time mom/ teen I didn’t know much about pregnancy. I had an older Asian Dr. and he never cared to answer my questions, he would always tell me “don’t worry about that” to dismiss my questions, and never check my information until I would tell him I wasn’t a new patient. NO Customer Service. The staff are very generous to allow others to watch them. Conversations that should not be in the work place, definitely need to keep it away from the front desk. The staff react towards the client in a huff; listening doesn't apply therefore asking the same question 3 or 4x's is the normal.

I braced myself for the worst based on the reviews. To my surprise the facility was clean and updated and I was greeted by friendly and professional staff. I've had 2 appointments in the women's health office and had a great experience both times.

Staff and doctors were awesome. However there is a system wide problem of not letting patients know of copays before seeing the doctor. Every doctor I went to always verified insurance before the appointment. Max co pay would be $20 or $100 out of pocket without insurance. Also, front desk would always tell me if I was fine with the fees before starting and would offer to reschedule if I didn’t feel comfortable with the fee. I had anthem blue cross but they seem to be out of network because my copay for a doctor’s visit at Sutter Health was ~$550 and my insurance only covered around $20. They didn’t let me know of this beforehand. I just don’t understand how they could just send patients bills and not mention anything at the front desk. I have heard from multiple friends that this has happened to them too and there is no clarity on fees. I work in healthcare and it is important to let patients know how much tx would cost for the day so they aren’t shocked by a seemingly outrageous number in the mail that could have been discussed beforehand. I am still talking to my insurance and filing claims as that’s what my friends did to get their money back. I am overall satisfied with the quality of healthcare service and knowledge of physicians, but fees should be stated up front.

I got enrolled in the healthy partners program and so far it has been the best thing. I’ve been here twice twice, once for a regular check up. The second time was for an emergency that I had. The doctors are awesome. The staff also very nice very friendly. I also love that you have my chart App and there they have all your medical records you can set up appointments check the pharmacy for your prescriptions. You can also look for the doctors notes, reviews from your visits. I used to go to wellspace, and they will literally take months to give you an appointment. Here less than two weeks. I really like it here. I remember coming to this clinic when I was really young and they would take all day to see you. They have changed so much.

I was recently admitted to Sutter medical it was the first time going there since I moved to Sacramento in March 2022. It turns out I was pretty sick and had to stay in hospital for a week. After I was released I was asked by a friend of mine what I thought of the hospital. I told her that I would never go to another hospital again. I've been in hospital my whole life and Sutter medical is the best I was treated like I matter like I was important the care I received from the staff was awesome. I was really terrified,so scared that I was going to die but the doctors and the nurses did everything to calm my fears and for that I'm grateful. Thank you Sutter medical

The Office Sutter Pediatrics Audiology is a JOKE. I waited one year for to get a hearing test that was referring in 2021. I never had worst service location at Stockton Blvd Pediatrics Audiology. The clerk is a JOKE with excuses and push my child's appointment to 2023. The hospital Audiology and staff are really the worst service. I am going to another refer Audiology doctor and location. This place has so many excuses since COVID. I have better and faster service in ROSEVILLE SUTTER.

First off, my referral was sent and approved the first couple of days of October. It took them a month to schedule me. I did call trying to see if I could get an appointment, they told me that I would have to wait and that they would call me back. Why wait if they had everything needed to schedule me?
Secondly, I was told that the doctor only comes in twice a month, which is fine. BUT the doctor wants to see 60 patients per day. WTH ??!! so the other comments about the wait times and the time that the doctor spends with you are true. I was scheduled to be seen at 9 but I was told that wait time ranges from 1 hour to 4 hours. THAT IS JUST RIDICULOUS. WHY WOULD YOU HAVE TO WAIT IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. On top of that, all the other comments say that the doctor does not even listen to your concerns and rushes you. If the doctor was good, I would consider waiting those 4 hours, but after what people are saying about the dermo dcotor NO THANKS. I just called my primary physician office to be changed to see a different clinic and doctor. YOU SHOULD DO THE SAME AND AVOID THIS PLACE !!!

To day the 10/17/2022 at 2:00 pm I had appointment, I was on time , 10 minutes before, and I waited till 4:10 pm but not the doctor visited me. And they waist time around. They don’t think about patients priority. They don’t care about patients, i am seriously in pain and sick , it’s been a while that I have abdominal problem, also the doctor knows.

My ex-husband, Glenn Holmes Senior took his wife to the ER on 29th St. They have been there for three days in the ER. His wife is terminal with glioblastoma. She has recently lost the ability to walk and has fallen four times in the last three days before going to the ER. Due to a glitch in insurance She is currently without insurance. My ex-husband is a disabled Air Force veteran with both tri-care for life and Medicare. They are being discharged with no services as the ER has qualified her as non-emergency. Her husband has no ability to care for her in the home and they are discharging her with no services. THIS IS ABANDONMENT OF A PATIENT.This goes against all ethical guidelines of medical care and California law.

They canceld my July 1st appointment after I had scheduled it on from May 15th.

Booked three rapid COVID PCR tests for international travel. Zero room for error given the time constraints imposed by airlines. We booked and confirmed three tests. Pulled kid out of school to go do test and I missed work. The Noctor who was manning the clinic told us they could only do two tests because one of their test cartridges didn't work. She was nice but really powerless to help us. She was at the mercy of corporate CVS just as we were. She tried calling around and finally just was like, "Well you need to figure it out. I have other patients to see."
Calling the CVS corporate line was less than helpful and wasted another 2 hours and 2 wild goose chases. The CVS corp number people kept sending us to minute clinics that didn't exist. When we got to the one on Arden street (the website says it has a minute clinic and we were booked) we were told there is no clinic and that they didn't offer the test we needed (this was after thoroughly explaining the situation to the online operator).
The worst part was when the CVS corporate number tried sending us BACK to the original location and assured us that they have tests.
We ended going an hour away to one of those janky pop up places, paying $250, to get my daughter's test.

ZERO STARS! Went in to be seen for strep throat that hasn’t cleared up from initial visit 11 days ago. Nurse told me she’s not allowed to test for strep and they can not prescribe me any medication, only can refer me to urgent care or emergency room. Took 2 hours and charged me $140! What a scam and absolutely criminal they can do this. The nurse was texting the doctor on her phone and the doctor said she can not give me the microbial test, and she also told the doctor that there were white spots on my tonsil, my glands were all swollen and the little bit of fluid behind one ear and still, nothing. $140!!

My children go here. This is a pediatric facility only. They have quite a diverse range of specialists as well as just general pediatric practitioners here. We've had pretty good success with the doctors for my children here. There's a lab on site as well. That makes it very convenient. It's clean and the waiting room is large. It is never busy, probably because the building is very big. Free parking on site as well.

The absolute worst doctors office I have ever been to. Joy (doctor) is not helpful. Cares very little about her patients and will waste their time. There is always a super long wait in the lobby room. When your call you can never get through. The last time I called the voicemail box was full couldn’t even leave a message. When you do actually get to leave a message you will not here back for at least two weeks. And lastly the office is located in a very trashy part of town. Would not recommend to anyone.

While I LOVE all the doctors we have seen at this facility, the building’s covid regulations are over the top. The doctor we were to see called us 5 minutes before our appointment to inform us that because she had been symptomatic earlier in the week (mind you my daughter had a negative covid test that week- the symptoms were allergy related) that she would not be able to be seen. I rearranged and wasted an entire morning driving 45 minutes to an appointment where they wouldn’t even let me in the door. Frustrating to say the least. The doctor who gave the covid test cleared her for school and other activities, but we can’t go to an OT appointment?

The Dr.' s here at this office are some of the best!They have been my kids' Dr.' since they were born. My oldest is 26& my daughter is 15. They truly have their patients best interest and are very professional yet compassionately personal with my children and myself. I would &( I always do)highly recommend to bring you children here!

Some of the doctors are very caring(Shaheen) and some are just okay, but overall dealing with the place itself is a nightmare, just trying to get through on the phone will waste your whole day. And if they do call you back it will be from a private number so if you missed the call you are stuck and have to go through the whole situation all over again. I typically am on hold for over an hour today it was an hour and 20 minutes I finally got frustrated and hung up without reaching the advice nurse or being able to leave a message for my doctor and I am currently dealing with shingles.

Terrible experience! I went there to have my immigration form (I-693) filled and do the physical exam required by USCIS. They made 6 mistakes on a 14 page form. The receptionist refused to acknowledge their errors and went to blame me for not thoroughly checking the form. Instead of apologizing for their mistakes she was upset at me and threatening me that the doctor will not sign the form cause we had to redo it over and over again to correct their errors! I wasted many hours trying to catch their mistakes and correcting them! Wouldn't recommend! Stay away! They are negligent, incompetent and have poor customer service!

All i have to say is that i have NO RESPECT for DR NUNNA.. I have a 5 year old daughter with special needs and she sees DR NUNNA. I live all the way in oroville ca which is over an hour and a half drive. the reason i have this Dr is because of all my daughters special needs and specialist that she sees. The last time i came in to get my daughter her check up shots DR NUNNA proceeded to degrade me cause i missed a couple of Dr appointment's. I find that her attitude towrds me was very unprofessional she a zero reason to talk to me that way cause she had no idea what was going on. I will no longer be coming to this Dr and i will be looking for one closer to me.

Same as every where. Only difference is not alot of people when I was there, which makes me think not alot of business (could be wrong). I just picked up my sister from her 2nd trimester ultrasound appointment, and from what she described the doctor made an exaggerated effort of finding her age on the paper and then said, "you're going to regret this." Regret what? Being an adult and having a healthy baby? We don't pay medical bills for your judgmental opinions after you've known my sister for all of two minutes. So to any young mom to be I would recommend you use other services for your ultrasound needs.
