No stars for Dr.H.Ibrahim. Many mixed reviews on here but she's terrible in my opinion. She was extremely rude and judgmental when I brought me 3 year old daughter to see her. She made me feel like a terrible mother. Berated me for not taking a video of my daughter's cough. Also judged me for not taking video of a spontaneous vomiting episode. I guess I was more concerned with helping my daughter in that moment. Another reviewer mentioned that she was more concerned with being contaminated by the patient than actually helping them. I too experienced this. Finally, after being interrogated for 10 minutes, she asked me what I thought was wrong with her. If I knew the answer, I wouldn't be paying to see the doctor! Never again.
As for reception, I have never had any issues. I have also seen Dr R Wines and Dr. J Mckenzie is my regular GP - highly recommend James.

I have been a patient of Dr Hanaa Ibrahim for nearly 20+ years. I’ve followed her to this practice and I live in Craigieburn now. I adore my appointments with her, it’s like visiting with a relative. Attentive to my health needs and I have a few, her referrals have been on point and I am so grateful to her for guiding me. Must also add that staff at reception have also been lovely.🥰
I can only praise Dr Ibrahim for her professionalism and caring nature. Thank you

I would like to thank and show my appreciation for Doctor Hanaa Ibrahim. The loyalty and care she has for her job shows with how attentive and caring she is not only for me but my family who see her as well.
I highly recommend her as a family doctor. Thank you once again.

I have know Doctor Hanaa Ibrahim sense 2000 and have been following her from the old clinic. I am very happy and luck to have her as my Doctor.
It is very hard to find a good and experienced doctor these days and Doctors HANAA IS ONE OF THE KIND.
The clinic in Plenty Vally Medical Centre has been very supportive over the years since I have been with them.
I will be happy to travel hours to see her anywhere in Victoria.

I have been seeing Dr. Ahmed at Plenty Valley Medical Centre for a year now. From day one he has been pleasant and polite and very thorough with his diagnosis. I have been very happy with every appointment since. We need more Doctors like him who take time and care for his patients.

Just a heads up for anyone desperate to get a sick child in to see a doctor over winter. Plenty valley medical centre. I wondered why there was one doctor free… at anytime and now I know why.
My 9 year old has a disability. She has Cerebral Palsy, an intellectual disability and suffers from panic disorder just to name a few.
Community outings are horrendous for us. She doesn’t cope at most places including supermarkets, shopping centre, cinemas, play centres, airports or anywhere indoors. Medical centres included. To say this is challenging is an understatement.
9/10 we are faced with kindness, compassion and looks of understanding as we need to pack up and leave mid panic attack.
After 5 days of being very unwell I managed to get both kids to our appointment. On arrival my child was clearly distressed and not coping. We entered the room and I was trying to calm my her when the ever so lovely Dr Hanna Ibrahim firmly tells me to control my child. Surely I didn’t hear correctly. Excuse me I say. Again firmly told to control my child. Baffled, I look at her and she has the audacity to say have some control over your child. She has a disability and I do not have a magic wand to control her panic disorder, I say. I tell her that is an extremely rude comment to make and she should be more understanding considering she is a doctor and there are many children she would come across with additional needs.
She proceeds to raise her voice at me asking how is she expected to know my daughter is “not normal”? Then says clearly now I can see she is not normal. She then tells me I have offended her and to get out and not come back and in future find a new doctor because we aren’t welcome.
I left in tears. I go on to google reviews and see hundred of people saying how rude this doctor was to them. How is this behaviour acceptable in this day and age? It’s sad to think that we are that desperate for doctors that this standard is tolerated.

I would like to thank Dr Ahmed for saving my life. Dr Ahmed went beyond the call of duty to ensure the Northern Hospital would not turn me away again with chest pain. Dr Ahmed sent email with blood results two hours after bloods were taken, which saved my life. The hospital were going to make me wait in a queue with chest pain again, but with Dr Ahmed's email, they had to listen. Thank you Dr Ahmed 🙏 for your kindness and support. It's impossible to thank you enough
Thank you to the receptionist on duty Sat morning for being so supportive too. All the receptionists, doctors, nurses and other staff have always treated us with kindness and respect and thank you all.

I have been coming to this clinic for over 18 years. They know me and my family personally. The reception staff do everything in their power to make sure that when I need a doctor they can fit me in. I now see Dr Hannah as our family doctor and she is thorough and precise and leaves no stone unturned when she needs to get to the bottom of an illness. My daughter was misdiagnosed with pneumonia this week as the northern hospital didn’t pick it up on the X-ray. Dr Hannah ordered blood tests, changed her medication and personally rang the hospital for the radiographer report. My daughter is now on the mend after a week long sickness. Thankyou for all that you have done for me and my family.
