Great place to shop for clothes and other things. They have a variety of all sizes. One of my best stores when I need clothing and other things. Check them out to be satisfiedlike me. Great communications too. My score for this Store is 100%..

Large store with plenty of goods on sale, especially clothes for men, women and kids. They have home goods, kitchenware, bedding, suitcases, toys and few more categories. Prices are very cheap despite being at heart of Paramus. Store is reliable clean and organized. Checkout is fast and easy, lots of associates at the counter to make sure line is moving swiftly.

In found some nice comic frames in home goods section and bought two arts of Spiderman for $24.

This Old Navy is always clean when I come & always have great deals going on. It was nice & quiet and I was able to shop in peace.

This store needs more staff. From cash registers to shelf packers, just hire to put some order in this store. You stand for 30+ mins to checkout because only a few registers are open. Shelves are a mess, showing it's been days or weeks that there has been some straightening out.

This review is about Beza, my cashier. I only stopped in this store to kill time in between jobs. I found 3 items, one was a crocheted dress. Beza greeted me with such a smile, so polite, our brief conversation was cheerful. She carefully removed the dress from the hanger and complemented it. It was fun shopping here and Beza made the end of my visit perfect. I suggest you stop in this location as it was great from beginning to end. Thank you Burlington for great items and thank you Beza for being such a lovely cashier.

Lines can be a bit long with only two cashiers but there are people on the floor who are helpful as well almost makes it all worth the wait when you get up to waiting on the lines. Everyone is always looking for a deal and you can definitely find them here. Keep in mind that the gap does price adjustments for up to two weeks after your purchase just hold on to your receipt

Would have been 3 stars, but the store manager is very professional and went out of his way to be extremely helpful and nice. He's definitely a 5 star manager!

Well! I usually do not like coming into this store cause it is so messy. Such a long wait at the registers so I usually end up leaving the pots, or anything I may have found in the store and walk away.

But I went last week on a Tuesday morning and I had a great time looking at things and actually making a purchase! The store was surprisingly in good shape, not items on the floor or the usual mess. The cashiers were nice and the line went fast.

Prices are low for most items. I imagine if you have children or a big family this would be the place to go. Lots of great clothes for children at great prices.

I like going in for kitchen items, art supplies, pajamas and what ever pretty thing I may find. I'll go back

They have good sales. The staff is nice if you need help.
I like to come here when I'm not busy. Even the cleaning lady is nice

Store price doesn't automatically match the price and deals online. You have to manually tell them the price online and they'll correct it. But they won't tell you about it which I found shady. Saved $45 comparing this store's pricing to online pricing. Total shade in doing business. Even the employees said to check online price before paying next time to make sure it matches. So they know it happens all the time. Had to take the time to go back get them to get it right.

Hadn't been here in a long time but liked my experience. If you want casual clothes this is a good place to go. Got a couple of nice cotton dresses and shorts for a great price.

Love me some Old Navy. Look around for great finds. If you check the label, they are the same fabric, but with a different label

Not enough cashiers for a long line of guests, waited over 1 hour to check out, recommend improving check out experience, time is valuable.

I was there to make a return and I was greeted with a beautiful smile by the nicest young lady ever. I believe her name is Jessica. She gave me the best customer service experience I’ve received in a very long time. After making my return she asked if I needed further assistance or if I wanted to purchase anything else but I told her no bc I really didn’t know my way around the store and she said no problem I’ll show you where everything is and she did. She while ringing me up she checked my account and noticed I had accumulated reward points and she used it which was a plus. Super friendly and willing to help. She actually made my day

This place is very unorganized and is absolutely messy. I ve been waiting online for almost 30mins they are in need of more employees .It was morning around 11 am. This place should not look like this

Gap is a classic for me. You know it's a good store if you've been clothed in them since the 2000's and go out of your way to find pieces from them as an adult. I'm nearly 30 and their quality and designs last for years!

I went to the Burlington store in Bergen town center and I love the variety of clothing and other options that they carry.

Prices are great and they carry many brand name items, but a half hour to buy something? This is why I'm not going to give it 5 stars. Burlington needs to do a better job with staffing and checkouts.

Place is very organized, staff is very friendly and helpful. Store manager Freddie went out of his way to look for a outfit that my son wanted. Definitely one of the best Old Navy I been to.

Store is clean and quiet, staff is friendly. I got some awesome deals on pajamas for my kids -- including holiday leftovers for either $0.97 or $1.97! Probably going to go back for another haul!

They always carry nice products. I was in Kids Gap looking for a gift. Plenty of customer service available. When I finally asked a question, the young lady said she didn't know the answer. She didn't even bother to offer a suggestion or ask other representatives for help. This was unexpected and not typical of my previous experience in Gap stores.

Well known for quality and trendy clothes for everyone. This store has them all. Separate sections of the store for baby's, kids, and adults. Moderate, but not cheap, prices.

Excellent service! I bought couple items online, did not fit called them to see of they had it luckily THEY DID! They put it on hold. I arrived, went straight to checkout and there they were. They did an even exchange! The girl who helped me was very nice.
