If I could put a zero I would. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I am a regular at this store and everyone is always great! One employee Michael is very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He rang my items in incorrectly and proceeded to blame me. When I expressed my disappointment with his attitude and treatment he proceeded to laugh in my face. He did not apologize at all. Im sure this not the way Lululemon would like to be represented.

I am absolutely furious with my recent experience at Tommy Hilfiger Kids in Las Vegas. I purchased pants for my daughter, only to discover that the store staff mistakenly put the wrong pair in my bag. This error only came to light after I had returned home, a two hours drive away. My attempts to resolve this issue with the store and customer service were met with astonishingly poor response. Incredibly, they insisted that I bear the cost of returning the incorrect item before issuing a refund. This is an unacceptable burden placed on me due to their mistake! The interaction with multiple staff members over the phone was exasperating and utterly inefficient. Despite my long-standing loyalty to Tommy Hilfiger, this incident has left me deeply frustrated and questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. Their handling of this situation is utterly disgraceful, and I'm appalled at being treated this way.

One of the worst stores in Las Vegas they never answer their phone for one. Also the management here is awful and the employees have attitudes and pick and choose who they help worst customer service for such expensive products that are bought by us the customers.

My wife loves this store. She always finds something she likes. They have a lot of employees working here, so we had plenty of good help. The employees were friendly and not aggressive at all. Their clothes are on the pricy side, but they seem to last a very long time. My wife can sometimes be allergic to different types of stretchy material, but never these products.

Quite old fashion and still high prices. The worst is the bad quality. Almost every shirt I inspected was very bad manufactured. A lot of sloppy seams. You can only buy with a lot of discounts. Some stains as well. Staff was not very helpful. My husband found a shirt but only because of the additional discount.

As a father of three active daughters, our house is filled with Lululemon gear. Several days ago, our family purchased several shirts from Lululemon Caesars Forum (#10626). Sadly, our bag was stolen moments later while at dinner.
Today, we received an e-receipt showing our clothes had been exchanged. We called the store's General Manager, Samantha, to explain the situation and see what could be done (cameras+criminals+police+justice).
Samantha responded in the most perfectly unexpected way... While listening to our story, she had her team review our receipt and secretly pull replacement items off the shelf. By the time we were done explaining, she empathized and responded "come on by, we have your cloths" and then offered to even ship then to our house if we so desired.
These days, customer service seems like a long forgotten skill! Today, Samantha (and her team) turned a unfortunate event into noteworthy example of how going above and beyond secures customers for life!

I want to share this experience because I was so impressed with the level of service I received. I went in, first time in this location, with a jacket I bought in November that had a damaged zipper. Love the puffer jacket and was bummed thinking I’m stuck with it and the zipper doesn’t work. A really nice blonde lady helped me, didn’t get her name but educator number ending in #3119. She made this return so easy and ordered me a replacement no questions asked. I will definitely be coming to this location for my future shopping needs. Thank you!

Had an awful experience with an employee here today. I was waiting for my wife to try on some clothes. He harassed me until the point he made me walk out of the store and accused me of taking pictures while I'm the store. It was the wierdest experience ever and I will never recommend going here based on you might have to deal with this guy. Lululemon, please reach out if you want the name of the employee. That was unbelievable.

Every time I’m at Caesar’s I visit this store and always leave very satisfied. They have a great selection and the staff here is awesome. I had two girls help me find the perfect pair of align pants and even though there was not a pair in my size I was assisted in getting them delivered back to NJ. Great store with awesome staff.

OK so this place has a lot of nice activewear. Sort of high priced but they do have a pretty decent clearance rack. They do offer a military discount and the workers are generally happy to see you and willing to help you locate anything. I liked it when you use the Dress room they asked for your name and write it on the door that’s such a personal touch.

Worst customer service. They were not able to lookup my order for return even after providing the email, phone number and order ID. Instead of being sorry that they can’t help me with the return, the manager chose a different route made sure I should feel ashamed for not bringing the returns fast enough :/ fix your systems to lookup orders before you blame it all on customers.

Great location. Parking can be tricky but lots of it if you go to the end of the block. Cindy helped me and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me find sizes and offered different color options. Sad to learn that they'll be lowering their military discount this month.

Came in last Wednesday and the two associates working were so friendly and helpful. I was shocked there were no other customers in the store (I'm from the East coast and the locations there are always mobbed). Bought several shirts, a leash for my sunglasses, and some stickers. Absolutely enjoyed my time and the assistance of the two employees.

Our son loves this place. Originally we had no idea, but in October 2020 he asked to go into the store. Naturally with being in there, we bought stuff. Fast forward to 02/2021. While inside, we stopped in and were in the process of buying stuff. Nothing crazy, much like last time, a few shirts. While shopping, the sales lady was able to recognize us from back in October and along with what we bought. Totally out there that she was able to remember us and our previous trip. We purchased a few unique items they had and the trip was worth it to come here.

I was trying on a pair of shorts and I grabbed it 2 sizes larger than what I normally wear. I was confused as to why a size 8 fit like a size 4. The sales associate says, "People normally size up in that style of short because they're made for a more 'leaner' figure." What a nice way to call someone fat. After showing my reserves ID(DD Form 2) for a military discount, he asked if he could see my dependent ID again. Really insulting to those of us who served being called a dependent.

You know, for all the love for Lululemon, I was really really disappointed as a first time customer and someone whom prefers their competitor, Nike. I received a tagged, brand new gift that I have not worn or touched because it’s hideous. Unfortunately the buyer never gave me a gift receipt and I’d prefer not to ask for one as I don’t want them to know I hate it.
I visit the store to inquire about exchanging... w/o a gift receipt, of course. I’m immediately given a disgusted “we need to verify this was actually purchased, you could have stolen this” look. I’m then asked to provide the buyers phone number. I look in my purse and realize I left my phone in the car. One would think that upon seeing this sweater is brand new and I’m not a Lulu customer, I would be extended a courtesy but no, I’m told to keep the sweater or return to my car in the 107 Vegas heat to get my phone. So, I do.
I return, provide the info and then am told the sweater was purchased in April which means it’s past the exchange date. Again, terrible service and first impression. I would have given the store/brand one star but the sales assc gives me a card and tells me to call their GEC line as they might be able to help. Thanks for making me work Lulu. And the most ironic part of this all is the quote on the back of the card (see pic)... I guess friends/customers aren’t really more important than money. I’ll stick with Nike.

staff is incredibly friendly and helpful at this location this is the only location in Nevada so if you want a iHeart vineyard Vines Nevada shirt this is the place to go. when we were there they had a lot of great deals and specials I ended up dropping $200 and actually got a fair amount of shirts as compared to shopping the normal stores which means you can only purchase two strongly recommend if you're at the

So I had a date that night, no time to go home first, Polo didn't have a white shirt that matched the Polo Sports Jacket, so I popped in at the Las Vegas location in the Premium Outlet North, and found a white shirt. Let me tell you, that shirt is the best button down White shirt that I've ever owned in my life. Spill food on it, no problem. I know because in my date that night I wore the first bite of my steak at dinner right down the jacket and shirt. Unbelievable. I love this shirt. And it was Priced at 98.00, I got it for 49.00 and they ironed it for me. Great Stuff, great staff
