Visited in April 2015. It’s a massive gift shop where you’re likely to find the souvenirs you’re looking for. Bonanza Gift Shop proudly claims to be one of the world’s largest gift shops, with a history dating back to 1980.
It’s a pretty cool gift shop. It is huge with an impressive selection of merch for every taste. They have basic tourist souvenirs with the Las Vegas name printed on them, but if you go further into the store you’ll also find western collectibles and other unique imports. Tons upon tons of knick knacks, children’s clothes and toys, memorabilia, hilarious signage, 4/20 supplies, and some raunchy items as well. Some items are overpriced, others are dirt cheap. It’s located at the very north end of the strip which is a bit of seedy area, but they have some security around the store. Give it a look through and you may find something you’ll like.
Some are pricey some are cheap quality but it’s a good place to find souvenirs and gifts, we found cool t-shirts and other items
Excellent selection no long lines at the register I got some really nice souvenirs for great prices and I am very pleased. It's also nice because even though I'm 55 years old now I remember as a child coming to visit my grandmother every summer in Las Vegas going to the store. Vegas is constantly giving herself a facelift but as someone who appreciates the familiar it's really nice to be able to come back here year after year.
Tiffany did a wonderful job helping my husband and I. It was honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Her energy makes me want to go back to the store even more.
Did you know that Lacoste was the first clothing brand to have a logo? That's an actual fact. I'm not just making it up, here. Rene' Lacoste had the utmost class, and started a brand that has been insanely successful for nearly a century at this point. But I'm not here to speak on the Lacoste company (which I would give 5 stars), I'm here to speak on the particular Lacoste storefront located inside the Caesars Forum mall on the Vegas Strip.
If you are a fan of the Lacoste brand AT ALL, and find yourself in the fun city of Las Vegas for any reason AT ALL, then I urge you to consider taking a stroll through the Caesars Forum mall until you stumble upon the quaint little rectangular storefront that is the Lacoste Store. Before I moved here to Vegas, when I would pack for a visit, I would purposely leave space in my luggage to take back whatever I ended up purchasing at the Lacoste store, because I literally went each and every time. Protip: I find that it's better to go shopping in Vegas BEFORE you gamble. That way, if you lose, you can at least be happy about the new stuff you bought, and if you win, you can just go back and get more!
The employees at the Lacoste Store are knowledgeable to a crazy degree and can answer just about anything Lacoste related. Ryan and Hugo are a couple of the many staff members that have helped me over the years. They created a repour with me BEFORE I was a local here in Vegas, and that meant a lot to me. In a tourist driven town like Vegas, for ANYONE out here to remember you by name on visits that are months/years apart is wildly impressive. It's nice to know that the Lacoste store in the Caesars Forum mall employs people that care to that high of a degree. It should come as no surprise that I've continued my patronage there since moving to Las Vegas.
Lastly, let me say that there is absolutely no shortage of places in Vegas to get clothes from. Obviously. It's sickening, honestly. In an industry that contains pretentious brands that you've never heard of, to popular brands that you wouldn't be caught dead wearing, if you're looking for a time-tested and respected brand that oozes class, without you having to hit a jackpot on a slot machine or take out a loan from the bank, look no further than the Lacoste Store in the Caesars Forum mall. In the thick soup of top shelf commerce that are the stores located within the walls of the Caesars Forum mall, the Lacoste store is the perfectly refreshing spoonful of chicken noodles for the consumers soul. Lots of Las Vegas souvenirs, much of the same thing (like shot glasses) decorated in quite a variety of ways. Prices are decent.

Just a note - this is NOT the biggest gift shop in the USA. You'll find that in Myrtle Beach, SC, the Gay Dolphin, which has 26,000 Sq ft. spread over 7 levels.

1 stars for the range of products but the store is so big that it’s all gets a bit much. Everything is scattered around and not grouped together. I was after an Elvis keyring, the purpose of my visit but I’m amongst the thousands of key rings no Elvis one was to be found. The quality of the products is pretty low budget and it’s reflected in the prices. The are is super dodgy as well.

The sales prices in the outlet have never disappointed me! I can easily get a nice pair of joggers for $40-$90 depending on the sales in the store! I enjoy going here whenever I’m in town to stock up on my leggings, joggers, hoodies, and sports bras for 30%-60% off regular price and they also have a military discount to allow military to enjoy an additional discount! I love getting my Lulu on a budget.

Where ever I travel I look for the stores and spend around 2000 dlls every time at leaste twice a year

King Lemonade was here! 🤭 Anytime we are abroad he has to locate some good shopping. And you will get that here at the Nike store. The sales associates were nice and accommodating. If you had questions, they were very knowledgeable and gave you the answers and the direction of where to find it.

King Lemonade found the perfect sneakers for a track suit he purchased in our earlier travels. They always have sales going on, and what makes this store even more perfect is that you can still use COUPONS!!!! Now, how fantastic is that? Had to drop by the World's Largest Souvenir Store. It was exactly as advertised: they had souvenirs of all kinds. From mugs to magnets, it's a one-stop shop for those looking to buy cheap souvenirs. Aside from that, it's a great place to kill time.

The Polo / Ralph Lauren brand speaks for itself. However if you love fashion and exceptional service that exceeds expectation, go to the Forum Shops and introduce yourself to Yuchi Jiang. She is Amazing.
In less than a year she has memorized my size, favorite line (purple label), color pallet, taste, my kids style preferences, girl friends likes and dislikes, nephews purchases, birthdays and other special events.
I am also in the know on sales, new arrivals, on line returns that fit my profile and anything else cool going on in store or online.
Yuchi has demonstrated, if Ralph makes it, she can get it for me.
I am blown away. She is like a personal shopper. She also has no issue telling me if something looks bad, fits poorly or is so off base for me, I would regret buying it.

It's just way too crowded. Super long wait line, way past the ropes. Service was good considering. Why do LMP officers have to be inside every Nike store I go to here in Vegas? IDK !!!! Other hi end shops don't have cops for security!!!!! SMH.

You need to let them harvest your data through the app to not pay extra in the store. Also, app is broken and they want you to install it on multiple phones to not pay extra

I love this store, the staff is very friendly it can get very crowdy .. the only thing that i found negative is the limit sizes they have.; if i had found more i had boughed more, but i could only find 1 workout bra, 1 legging and 1 sport top in my size.; do something about the sizes, not everyone wears size 2 and we all want to wear the legging from lululemon.;

extremely horrible. I was changing cloth in the fitting room. The male server did not ask for my permission, but open the curtain, until I stopped him. The male server even did not apologize!!!!
Massively overpriced. I thought Ralph Lauren was meant to be cheaper in the USA than the UK but it was even more expensive to the point it's become overpriced compared to rivals like Tommy Hilfiger etc. No good sales or promotions available in store either unlike other outlets in the centre.

This place has large SALE signs, but they make it difficult for you to find out the price of the shoe that doesn't have a sale tag on it. In the kids section, I saw 1 shoe that had a sale tag. However, that isn't even thenmain issue. There was a Latina employee today who was the worse I have ever encountered in a retail shop. When I needed to ask for a shoe size, she ran straight to the back, and I know she saw me hilding up the shoe trying to get her attention. When I finally got her attention because she kept dodging me, she wasn't friendly at all. When she came back after several minutes and helped another customer first even though I had been waiting patiently for her help, she said there was no shoe for the size I was looking for. When I asked her if I can get the same shoes size that was on display, she gave me an attitude. When she came with the shoe, she walked pass me and wouldn't give me the shoe box. I asked asked her for the box. She said in a rude manner that she couldn't give me the box. I tried to look at the box since the display shoe had no price, she pulled the box away and said she could not give me the box. I was flabbergasted at her behavior. I told her I just wanted to see the price. Then, she said she would look it up. At that point, I asked my son to try both shoes and tell me if it was way too big or just a little bit because I was going to buy them and hang onto it when his feet grew a bit. However, the lady never came to tell me the price. I put the shoes on the counter and left. The only one who was nice was an African American employee who asked if we were being helped. He was at the register taking care of costumers and even ran to the back to get shoes when asked for a size. The lady was so lazy and rude. I have never been in a store where they won't let me see the box of the shoe or tell me the price. Maybe she wanted it for herself. I don't know, but I used to work in retail and never treated a customer that way. I would never set foot in that store or any Finish Line stores ever again.
I go here every year when visiting Vegas especially during the holidays. Excellent deals on all NIKE attire and shoes. This last visit I found Jordan “jump” shirts for $15 that would cost $45+ at the stores, latest shoes for $60 that cost $125! During this thanksgiving holiday they posted everything in the store whether marked down or not was an extra additional 30% off! I’ve never been disappointed and it’s well worth the trip.
I definitely will not be returning to this place of business. As a single parent with two kids being black I was discriminated by an associate working there. She made my experience come to a complete halt because she was following me, and pretending to recover some shirts which I seen her do about five times. It doesn’t take that much recovery at that point I realize she was watching me and basically following me around. As soon as I picked up some items that I saw in the middle of the floor which was on sale for two and three dollars she kept looking at me and trying to see what my every move was. I knew she was acting weird because as soon as I walked out the store, she hurry up and walk fast to another section of the store to make it appear like she wasn’t watching me when she really was. I talked to store manager, Miss K, who basically did not care about me as a customer and I told her I want her associate to apologize to me for discriminating against me due to my color and basically saying I was stealing when I was not. This happened recently about a few days ago. The store manager apologized on her behalf, but I wanted the apology to be from the person who actually did the discrimination, and then she refused to give me the associates name talking about it’s classified information. You work at rainbow when people come in to shop at rainbow, are you supposed to tell us what your name is because we will have to talk to you if we need a size or price match we can’t just call yo a lady or some weird stuff like That. That was the worst experience for me and I will no longer be going there. You can tell when you’re being discriminated, because when the Black people started walking in the people started trying to recover more so they can watch what you doing, but when other races started walking in, they were being more relaxed and not really observing as much.

I was looking for a newly released shoe so I called and spoke with Freddie who was very kind and attentive. He placed me on hold to check to see if they had the shoes I wanted in stock. Unfortunately they didn’t have the shoes in the size and color I was looking for. He suggested a few other stores that might have them, told me to have a good night and we ended our call. Much to my surprise about 20 minutes later I get a phone call from Freddie telling me he found one pair of the shoes I wanted in my size. This is what GREAT customer service looks like!! Freddie didn’t have to call me to tell me he found the shoes in my size! He had to take the time to go through the call history on the phone to find my number! Freddie has a loyal customer since he went above and beyond here!!!! Thanks again Freddie!!!

The lady who helped me was so rude, I wish I would have gotten her name. Not coming back to shop here because of her. Asked her to put my return on a gift card, and instead returned it to my mom’s credit card and then said she couldn’t do anything about it. Truly poor customer service and now I have to have my mom order everything online and it takes weeks to deliver a serious inconvenience and she couldn’t have cared less.
Smaller store. Not a very good selection. Prices were a lot higher than other lululemon outlets. They did have a board with sales listed.

Prices were good, found a great pair of off white boots to go with my new Coach purse that I won at a charity event, some great sunglasses too. The clothing was a little cheap looking, but the accessories were great.
If you're local to Vegas, you need to be shopping here. There are so many great stores. There is even a Lululemon outlet!

I walked from the other end of the mall, another family of 4 walked that far as well and 3 young men were there at the door at 6:53pm and the doors were locked. I knocked on the window and the girl shook her head at me. Not good business practice at all. I was ready to buy and quick and I know the other customers were too. Why close early when the rest of the mall closes at 7?

I prefer this location over the Premium Outlets South location. The store was busy but not mobbed. There was plenty of staff on hand to answer any questions or to ring your purchase up. They had 40% off all clothes this Holiday weekend & 25% off shoes, bed, accessories. I love a good sale!

This store is definitely different. I’ve been a regular here for about three years and in the last month, this place has done a complete 360. People actually greet you when you come in, they help you, etc. Brandon who’s one of the leaders is absolutely amazing! I spoke to Nicole who’s the store manager and told her how amazing she was but that wasn’t enough, I had to brag about my experience on Google.
BASH gave excellent retail service helping me track down my inconvenient size. Although I would’ve obviously preferred the reduced-price pair, BASH emailed me their rewards program sign-up. So earning 1,500 points toward perks like rushed shipping online ensured it wasn’t for nothing. Also, glad the crowds were at Foot Locker & Shoe Palace instead!

Checked them out. They had the usual we just saw at the other location. Pricing is a little high. Not to often will you catch a sale at their locations.
Honestly horrible. They made me walk out before I could even buy anything and I’ve never experienced that. “We can grab the clothes for you” umm no thanks. I’m sorry if you guys deal with A LOT of theft but wow. Very off putting, very aggressive about the mask policy. You should just close if you don’t want or need the extra business. Some of us need the business out there… we’ll take it. Just honestly appalled at the way I was treated AT RALPH LAUREN of all places! I love Ralph Lauren, but that’s so sad and such a downer.
They got good deals there they're lacking on the men cologne in there that they have but other than that they have good stuff for girls boys wives girlfriends best friends they have clothes there for them and they're not too bad on the BBW selection or plus selection they don't have too much of the BBW there but they do have a lot of the plus section plus size section and it's reasonable too not too expensive

Called earlier today to ask if they had a size in a specific make and model of shoe. I was told yes they were in stock. So I drive down there, ask for the size and am told they don’t have it. I wouldn’t recommend this store for the customer service unless you enjoy having your time wasted. The prices and products are normal and the store is clean, but the help/service is subpar.

Helpful staff at this location. Return policy is 60 days and the price point matches the quality. I just tried to exchange a pair of shorts at one of your top competitors (located in DTS) and was told I was 5 days past the 30 day return policy. Was bummed but I went ahead and put back the leggings and top that I was buying. Will be redirecting my purchase to Athleta.

This store deserves less than 1 star. I live in LA and a particular shoe I wanted was out of stock in the entire state. I’m working with a really tight timeline. I continued my search and found that this particular store in Vegas had the shoe in store I tried to place an order online but it was not allowed. I called the store the following morning to hold the shoe. The rep that assisted confirmed they had the shoe and she placed the shoe on hold for me. I hitched the car up and drove 4 hrs to this location for the shoe and I was told that they sold it for an online order. No other options were provided. The shift Supervisor said “we don’t really hold shoes” I said “well y’all shouldn’t tell people y’all will hold a shoe if you don’t hold shoes”. After I stood there a while, internally seething, the shift supervisor offered to call another shoe store in the mall to see if they had it. Thank god they did. I appreciate liz’s efforts but I despise the policy and the fact that if Liz wasn’t willing to go the extra mile, this trip would have been a bust.
Entered into the store and was treated warmly. Malcom is the man!! Super friendly helpful and energetic. He is the definition of an amazing employee. The store itself was clean and laid out well. Tons of selection. The only downside was there was no sale :-( however, I will be back!!
Very kind and helpful staff. The store isn’t as big as the Chicago store (and styled very differently also), but they still have lots of products available. Check with the staff members to see what the final price on an item is - sometimes there are sales or online specials that they can match in-store.
This Hurley Factory Store is located inside the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets Mall. This is an outdoor mall. The selection here is great. There are alotta good deals on Hurley hats, tanktops and tshirts. Most of the deals occur when you buy 2 or 3 of an item. Staff is friendly. Store is clean and well maintained.
Great staff and good prices!! Found some really nice shoes, T-Shirts and stiff for me and my girls....Tshirts 9.99...lots of shoes between 35 and 50 bucks. Very pleased. Thanks
Not a huge selection but solid still.... The discounts were very hard to believe especially for being right on the strip.... Staff was on point!!! Great job management!!

Went with my boyfriend to this store and he had a Lacoste hat on when we went to the store . And he bought another hat when we were living the store BRAYAN ask him if he had pay for the hat the he was wearing ! This was a really embaraces experience we will never shop their again just for the really bad customer services ! If we go to the store of course we have money to pay for what we get I Don’t recommend this store !!!!!!!

Walked in at around 12:30pm, on 1/30/19, and no one bothered to acknowledge that I was there. There were two workers on sight, both looked at me and didn't say a word, no smile, or anything! Others walked in separately, same thing, no acknowledgement. I walked around for maybe 20 minutes, looking for the shoes I came in for. I even walked passed some assossiates and all they did was stare at me. Anyways, I felt uncomfortable so I left and got my shoes downstairs at Footlocker instead.
I am a biased fan of puma. So do not believe all what I write go for yourself to find out why am I biased. The last time I paid a visit I bought two pair of amazing shoes in just 42$% so well....
Guys if you don’t want to be treated differently in a bad way, then don’t go to this store and try

I have always loved this store by Meadows Mall, but my experience today sucks so bad...you can only try on 3 clothes at a time and when you asked them for a size smaller they give you the look.. like they don't wanna do it ...and when they hand you the clothes they tell you to strip the clothes first in a rude tone ... other store let you try on more than 5 so you don't have to keep on putting back your clothes and grab what you want to try on. Its not convenient at all...And they are speaking Spanish in front of costumers...if I want a Spanish speaking saleslady then might as well, I moved to Mexico...please treat consumers better.
These are great products for people who are in to ath-leisure. The downside is that they are a little pricey. The store is in a nice part of town and very well kept. The employees are very friendly upon walking in and they are happy to assist if you have questions. The atmosphere is overall really good, even if you don't buy anything.
Pretty good prices for some nice outfits. I usually get my sun dresses here. Only problem is, because they tend to run small, you have to get at least one size up, sometimes two sizes, from your usual size.
Walked into the store around 1:30 today 2/24. Was not greeted, no hello, no how are you doing. Walked around for 15 min in the store while the employe's were "chatting" in the back. Had a pair of pants that I liked and put them down and left the store. I would completely understand not being greeted if the store was very busy, but I was the only on in the store. Apart of buying an high end product is a high end experience.
For some items, the same fabric and style could be found elsewhere for very much less, but without the brand name. In other words, you are actually supporting the poor man.
