Terrible store experience. Manager Damari refused open the fitting rooms. Overall poor customer service and messy store.

I'm so o the fence about these places sometimes I hate um cause I can't find anything like forever! But then "BAM" they have 3 pack of under armour underwear for $20 bucks! It's like Damn you Scuba Steve!

So first of all I would like to say I usually have had a good experience shopping at this location and so I decided to apply well I did and I got an interview and everything with the hiring manager Kathy , She told me that I was a good candidate and that I should hear back from her in a week so that’s what I did I waited a week or so and I called back and I told her that is there anyway I could start after my trip because I’m visiting my dad because he is having surgery and she was like of course yeah just reapply when you get back, after my trip that’s what I tried to do and I had some trouble with it and so I tried calling the store to speak with her and was unable to get a hold of her left her my number and I even spoke to the GM of the store twice and she didn’t help me at all. They literally had me go through a roller coaster trying to figure out if I had the job or not . Do not apply here at this store at all I would recommend going to either TJ max or marshals for a job

You can find some pretty cool things here. It's a good place to find small furniture and unique decoration and home goods. There is usually something for everyone where it comes to clothes too.

Poor customer service from the store lead. I mentioned that they were out of my size in some things and she didn't offer to have it shipped to me, which I saw on a sign while I was leaving. Also very frustrating that a lot of the tag sizes didn't match the size on the hangers so you have to dig and dig through mountains of clothes/tags to find your size. Might as well just shop on line.

The employee didn’t give me one of the bags with my items in it. I kept calling their number, nobody ever picks up! I don’t live near the store, & going to get it back or refund was a hassle, but I will never visit the store again.

Was in there only 4 hours! I need an assistant 😕 🙄 . I hate shopping, but I had a great shopping experience here. They needed to put on a/c or fan or some type of moving air. I thought I'd pass out waiting to check out. The ppl working here are simply fabulous. Merry Christmas!

I usually don’t write reviews but today was the worst experience with Lexi I’m pretty sure was her name she wears glasses extremely rude I don’t need her to say hi but first she didn’t even look up when she started checking us out which okay she might be having a bad day but then she rings up in item that comes in a 5 pack and we didn’t know since we doing it single with a tag and I come back 5 min later to ask her when I realized and nicely just asked why it was a different price and I guess that bothered her and gave me attitude saying i don’t know others return it I was like oh okay can I just get the refund and then she looked over at her coworker and have her a look and I said there’s no need to give attitude and she answered back giving more attitude and throwing back the money that’s extremely unprofessional I never thought a simple question would bother her for her to act the way she did and manager seemed to not care and didn’t want to give me her name when she walked away it’s upsetting I was with my niece and she had to see all that

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO RETURN NEW ITEMS WITH TAGS EVEN IF YOU BOUGHT THEM AT A DIFFERENT LILY LOCATION AND DON’T HAVE THE RECEIPT. It is sooooo disappointing that even Months after experiencing TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location, their associates continue to lie to anyone who has walked in without a receipt about not being able to return an item. This is a luxury brand that deserves better customer service at this location. Because I had sucha terrible experience I will not go back into that location.

During my negative experience I learned that all the associates have to do is type in the stores code where the customer bought the item followed by their receipt number which they CAN ACCESS by your phone number and or name or they can through calling customer service.

Lily associates at old town location: Stop denying customers the ability to return an item without a receipt because your “system can’t do that”. It makes you look BAD. Do better. Please.

We met several kind and helpful employees. That's the exception to the rule in most Marshalls, Ross and TJ Maxx stores. The clothes were more organized than I have seen at other locations. We found great shoes and clothes for my daughter to wear to work. She's petite and has small feet and can be hard to shop for. The dressing room attendant was fantastic. I also found really high end bedding for both of us at great prices. The cashier was nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend shopping at this location.

Had issues with the person working the checkout not emailing me the receipt for my purchase. Called the store after I left and was informed there is nothing they can do. Would recommend just buying your Lilly online and not from this store. I'm Worried now that since this was a gift it cannot be return if there is an issue.

I’m starting to wonder why anyone would go to a store anymore. There had to be seven employees, all working at the back. No one to help myself or another woman who literally went to drag an employee to the front to check out. Didn’t really have my size, which is not super uncommon. I definitely wondered at what point I should just give up or just leave without paying for my item, which I definitely could have. Online is just way easier.

Carter was absolutely amazing! He was able to help me with my return, exchange, and show me new items I was interested in so efficiently! Great customer service, in addition the store was fully stocked and clean. Great location!

Store closed 30 minutes early and I was unable to pick up my online order at curbside. We parked and notified the store via the app. When. No one came out I walked up to go in just in case they were busy. The door was locked at 840 when I tried to open it. That was after waiting almost 10 minutes in the parking lot. All the lights were on, to include the register 1 light, but no one would answer the phone or respond. Very disappointed. The shopping items were for a birthday. I rushed to get there before closing only to find they close early. Online schedule hours are listed as open until 9pm. We arrived around 8:35pm.

Lilly Pulitzer, is a high end store with good prices for everyone. Love the customer service in the store & online. When you e-mail them with questions they response on time & are true professionals. I highly recommend this store!

Brought item with the tags, in new condition back to the store because it didn’t fit but since it was a gift I didn’t have the receipt. I was told “so sorry nothing we can do”. Pretty poor customer service.

Needed summer wear. I believe I caught a sale 30 and 20 percent off on selected items. Trying to do my part to keep businesses open! Purchasing online is great but going into the store provided a feeling of getting back to the good old days before March of 2020. Everyone had on a face mask inside the store!🙂
