Had a very bad experience yesterday. Had an option to review experience with a QR code in their invoice, Did the review got a call today from arrogant man asking "what was your problem; I can't ask all the staffs here because there are many".
Man ! I have no idea how did he get my phone number. Any way if anyone you want to reach the store on call, the number mentioned in the invoice doesn't work. Not down this number +971559678737 this is the number I got a call from them.

Only one fitting room. Waited and then just walked out without purchase.

Nice collection and friendly staffs
I'm regular customer of smart baby . But i like to shopping / buying in Century mall because of the staff its verry kind specially to ms. Rose marie who always help me for the size and design of my two kids for boy and girl .its easy for me to choose & to deside And also to ms. katherine in cashier . . Thankyou for kindness .

Pricing was not clear. Different on tag and different of what they charged me which was entered in the system manually by the staff.
Not even clear if purchasing from duty free is worth it. Prices seem to be similar or more than regular stores.
They didn't ask me to update the purchase to my email. When I returned and requested, their response was not clear and the purchase is not updated to my account.

Small branch with limited items. This is the smallest store I've visited so far, and I've visited plenty as this is my favourite place to get great clothes with great price.
Lots of their items are stained and old, and not many collections are available. Located on the first floor of City Center Al Shindagha, just across VOX Cinema. This is literally the only store on that floor. I wouldn't recommend visiting this branch.

Bought my pair of shoes and a gym bag last year in June. They also gave me free Adidas face masks. Best prices here.

I went there for my kids shoe order and after searching all the stores for half a day . This store has kept all my expectations from variety to the sales person politeness and the offer of buying one and getting another free ( without my knowledge) .

Supportive staff
Really fantastic customer service! Ice Cream went above and beyond to help my husband and I find a certain jersey we were looking for and then even assisted in getting a name printed on it. 10/10 would recommend this store! Whoever’s in charge should give Ice Cream a raise!

The collection was good for both men & women. There were multiple options to choose from within the party wear to daily wear, night wear & professional dresses. The night wear I purchased was very soft and comfy. Also you can get further more discounted products on sale.
This store has the largest selection in the area. Well equipped to handle all of your needs. The staff here are beautiful works of art and create great stories to each product they introduce you to! #MrAdidas

Very expensive, no sizes, and also some of the items are damages, you will never find items for your sizes, beter go to burjuman or oud metha brach of brand for less.

We visited Clarks in Dubai Mall twice to purchase shoes for our 5year old daughter. Their 'buy 1 get 1 free' offer is an excellent bargain, especially when you need to purchase school shoes!
On both occasions we were served by Mary. She was superb in her approach. She showed very good knowledge of the stock available.
Her customer service was 5 star. She understood my daughter's foot size and fit and found the best shoes to suit our requirements.
All the while, remaining calm, patient and responsive to all our questions and queries.

The store was nice, but expensive!
I love this place. It's one of the places I always put on my list to go to when I'm in the city. Everything here is affordable. Only downfall is that this place is always packed with people but I can see why with everything being inexpensive and there's a million things to choose from. I love to buy their scarfs here. You can spend hours here and buy so many things. The queues are a pain but they move relatively fast.
