Las dependientas muy amables. Sin embargo, para ser una tienda de vestidos y con unos precios bastante altos, esperaba encontrar mucha más variedad de diseños y tallas. Había unos siete diseños en diferentes colores y poco más.

Hem rebut un tracte immillorable i la dependenta va tenir molta paciència i és molt bona amb la seva feina.

Las dependientas muy atentas. Después de hacer una hora de cola y le decimos qué vestidos queremos probarnos nos dicen que solo se puede probar cuatro. Más de la mitad de los que se quiere probar no les queda. No saben cuándo traerán. Política de devolución incorrecta. No devuelven el dinero. Te dan vale que dura 4 meses. Nunca mais. Poneros las pilas
Trato muy amable, relación calidad /precio correcta. Al tener tanta demanda entiendo el sistema que tienen dentro de la tienda. Llegamos 9:40 y a las 11 estábamos fuera con el vestido de graduación. Abren 10:30. Personal super amable.

Desagradables i maleducats del primer a l'últim. Hem sortit de la botiga deu minuts, les nostres filles s'han quedat a la cua i en tornar a entrar ens diuen que no podem fer-ho per l'aforament, hem respost que les nostres filles estaven dintre i encara ens torna a repetir la qüestió de l'aforament. Li he respost al senyor en qüestió que les nenes no es quedarien soles i ell a bufar i amb males cares. El somriure i el bon tracte als clients no saben què és... Apa maco, ja pots quedar-te amb tota la teva roba (amb teixits i confecció de qualitat dubtosa), m'estimo més gastar-me més diners a un altre lloc que donar-te a guanyar un euro meu. ANTIPÀTICS!
Ropa de mala calidad, ceden muchísimo, se crean bolas tras uno o dos lavados y no duran lo que tienen que durar en cuanto a calidad/precio. Trato lamentable a empleadas por parte de la encargada pelirroja que tenían a mitad de noviembre (no sé si sigue ahí ahora porque fui en esa fecha): miradas de arriba a abajo, las empleadas preguntaban algo y las ignoraba o contestaba mal... sin duda no vuelvo más.

No recomano en absolut comprar-hi. Jo ho vaig fer a través de la botiga online, i un mes després no tinc cap notificació ni rastre del meu ingrés. He trucat un parell de cops i et diuen que et localitzaran la comanda. Però encara espero.
A més, penses que pel preu la roba de qualitat, però la roba no és res més enllà que la d’altres cadenes “low cost”.

I would like to especially mention the kind and charming lady who served me, although, unfortunately, I do not know her name. Her genuine helpfulness and expertise even further elevated the value of my time spent in the store. The quality of the products and the diversity of the selection are excellent, each piece being unique and distinctive. The helpfulness and expertise of the staff contributed to me returning on two consecutive days to purchase another item. I am delighted to have discovered this brand, and although I regret that they do not have a store in Hungary, I am sure that I will be a loyal follower. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for unique and quality clothing.
the old lady that works there is quite rude. i’ve made a return in store for an online purchase. they took the product and said ok thanks, i had to ask for a proof of return 4 times and finally got one. and i asked when should i expect the return in my bank account like every normal person. the old lady answered saying “havent you bought anything online in your life and returned it? that’s how long it takes” in the crowd lol even the biggest retail stores have a disclaimer in their websites and everywhere about return policy. it can depend on many factors. i really didnt understand the need for sass and i would definitely not go anywhere that im treated so poorly and rudely, its not my fault that the product i bought online was bad quality and i wanted to return it.

Siempre que vamos está llena, ropa ideal adolescentes, gran variedad no es ropa barata, pero ropa de calidad y variada. La atención es impecable, las chicas muy amables y siempre predisposición a facilitar tallas.
bambas de muy muy muy mala calidad, me han durado 3 dias , ya se me ha agrietado el "cuero" se me a despegado una cosa de las bambas todo mal la vd , eso si, si quieres buen trato es hay en la mito nunca me habian tratado tan bien rn uns tienda

Staff is really uninterested to help you. They don’t even greet you when you enter, and when you politely ask if they have other sizes, they just limit themselves by saying it’s unique size and that’s it. Not even one smile or kind word or offering other options.
Love this store, visited for the first time and it was amaizing. Thanks to Chris who where very kind to me. If you please tell him to contact me that will be helpfull.
I had the worst experience at this store. It is a pity because it is nice brand but the customer service is really bad! The girls at the store don't care about clients.
Pésima la calidad de la ropa. Antes compraba mucho pero después de varias decepciones, chaquetas de punto con agujeros, cadenas de bolsos que se rompen el primer día, pendientes que se doblan, bolas en los jerseis, dejé de comprar. Este fin de semana me puse una falda de piel sintética de brownie que compré hace unos 4 años y solamente la habia usado 1 o 2 veces.
Solo ponérmela, se empezaron a hacer grietas y en las fotografías que adjunto se puede apreciar como quedó después de 2 horas puesta.
De verdad que esta tienda es horrible, carísima y la calidad es pésima. Fui muchas veces a reclamar pero después de los sucedido con la falda este fin de semana se merecen este comentario en google.

Asked for a price of an item was told an amount when they scanned it they asked for 40eur more. I challenged them and asked why they gave me a different amount and said I’m sorry but I don’t wish to complete the purchase anymore (I have the right to change my mind don’t I??) to which the shop assistant answered: go back to where you came from then (and an insult word in his language)! 😳😳😳 shocking.

When my wife and I were in Spain we stopped in at Aragaza. I ended up getting a few nice button ups, a vest, pants, and shoes. I have received many compliments on the clothes and the pants are my favorite that I own. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Highly Recommend.

Love this place! We stopped in twice, got some great clothing and boots made in Barcelona. Perfect way to remember this amazing city. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, highly recommend.
Best shopping experience ever...did my shopping in Barcelona and arranged for my purchase to be shipped to me in USA...my order got here before I did...the Aragaza quality is unbelievable...the attention of the staff is phenomenal. Definitely will be a return customer.
