Yesterday while visiting this store I had amazing experience….by a lovely staff member on the floor….she offered to assist me find stock out the back for my size request….which was successful.
The check out staff member Claudia was so lovely….cheery and helpful…..so many stores I visit hardly say boo let alone appear helpful. This great friendly service stood out….hence this review.

The best clothing store ever, I could go on able how amazing Meraki not sure of spelling, how professional her sales skills were, helped with a shopping experience that could have ended I'm tears for my granddaughter but those ripped jeans, t-shirts all sorted, granddaughters smiling after a week thankyou lovely sales assistant 💜⚘️
They helped me fine exactly what I wanted. Layout was cluttered but that’s my own personal preference
After our 5 family members spent 30mins in the store and with around $500 worth of items to purchase, we were told that as the store was about to close and I couldn't try on one pair of pants for sizing.

Big store, wide aisles, always clean & tidy. Friendly staff, easily located & finally found a nice tailored denim vest.
Sales were great and Maggie was absolutely amazing ! Great customer service and helped look for sizes !
Spacious store. Not too busy compared to other branches.
2 minutes after we entered we were greeted and asked if we needed any help which is great customer service.
The staff and store are great. Went above and beyond to help find my step daughter's iPhone. So disgusting that some thief took it, ruining her entire holiday experience.

One of my Go To places for affordable pieces. Has a great selection of hats and shoes, definitely you would find something suitable for most people. The clothing always feels a bit hit and miss with quality and sizing. Just try everything on! Some things you would have bought online look awful on and others you would skip on by, look great. 3.5 stars in my opinion. BTW, canvas shoes in the pic were awesome in summer.
Good store that always has stock on sale .. only downside is actually trying to find what you're looking for as stock of one item appeared to be in 3 different places within the store ..
I love the anime clothes. I always go by here every now and then and look if they have new stuff. Love it here! Even for normal clothes they got really cool stuff!

Great store, was there with my very small friend from the UK who was delighted to find clothes in her size. Helpful friendly staff.
Cotton on Manukau outlet. Service by the young lady at 2.15 Saturday while very busy was exceptional. I had to wait for my daughter try several outfit on over half an hour and the young lady looking after the changing rooms was so polite to every customer. She kept the space so tidy and clear. Well done.
Clothes from months ago are still on the racks. Who knows how many body’s have tried them on. The last 3 visits there I went to purchase clothes that were on the 30% discount racks but was informed that they’re still full priced when I went to pay. None of the workers are smiling but they do let me know what deals and specials they have.
Bought some shirts, t shirts & jeans. Friendly, smiling & very helpful staff. Informative about all they had in store. Shop was clean & tidy, & had a wide variety of clothing to my taste. This is definitely one of my favourite stores to shop at & constantly come again & again. Highly recommended to others.
