MLD studio designed a cohesive, functional and intelligent extension to our heritage listed property. The team was resourceful and responsive throughout the design and build process. After discussions with several architects, we felt most comfortable in engaging Ammon and the team at Here Studio to design our complex home extension project. Ammon’s approach to participatory design and sustainability appealed to us. The Here Studio team collaborated with us and have distilled our collective ideas into a final design centered around the theme of the “Tree Clad House”. The design delivers on all the flexibility that we are looking for and yet is full of character, visually engaging and harmonizes with our current home and surrounds. We highly recommend Ammon and his excellent team.
My wife and I asked Ammon Beyerle of here studio to come to our house and give us some advice and a quote of extending our house. We had a number of other Architects do the same. We immediately connected with him because he showed connection and empathy and provided some very intuitive advice that no other Architect did. Once we engaged with here studio the work and service was seamless and high quality.
The team at MLD Studio designed a ground breaking modular aged care facility in regional VIC for Equisent. It was a great experience and a most successful project. We would not hesitate to use MLD again, a great group of architects and designers.

We have had the pleasure of working with Nick Wheeler from MLD studios for the past 4 months now. MLD Studios lead architectural design and development for a planning project application in Bayside Council. We could not be happier with the architectural merit and plans. Nick always took on the needs of the project and cleverly morphed this with his learned skill, alongside taking a lead hand amongst all the consultants. Rarely do you get smart liveable floor plans, alongside sophisticated and stylish facades.
MLD Studio have been providing architectural services on a diverse variety of projects that we have worked with them on for a number of years. I have worked closely with them on these projects and have found them to be great architects. They are responsive and adept at finding creative, flexible and appropriate solutions for specific challenges.
Ammon and the team are amazing. They listened to our requirements and equally our concerns and really took the time to help us define what we really wanted. Really different approach to most architects.
They were also the only ones who were interested in going up to see the land to understand exactly what we wanted.

We had the pleasure of using MLD Studio across a 14 townhouse project in Heidelberg which challenged conventional design leaving a statement for future generations to follow. We’d recommend Nick & Co. at MLD Studio.
If you are considering engaging MLD Studio services for your next development project. All I can say is "Do it" The team designed a large Townhouse develepment for us that set new standards within our area. The Design concept and attention to detail was incredible which maximised the yeild for a very favourable result. MLD also took care of organising a successful planning permit to make the dream a reality. Nick and the team went above and beyond to support the project with a level of professionalism not often found these days. We are very happy we partnered with MLD Studio and cannot recommend their services enough.
