Nice place! Friendly staff! Good to learn arts and crafts. Nice to explore except the former location was a bit untidy and sometimes people put things in the wrong places. The paint set was dirty. But this reminds me when I first got into painting! Went here for two years with my friend. Wish they would accept high school students.
I wish I could give more than five stars. My children adore this place and the freedom and creativity that it provides. It's not summer without parts and crafts camp.

My son attended from 2014 and 2018 and only left because he aged out. I wish that I had discovered P & C earlier. We had enjoyed the summer camps and then, after, a worsening public school experience, I ended up registering him for full time 'unschooling'. It was a great fit for my son and what he needed to feel happy and engaged. I was sad that they don't have a teen program. If they did, he would still be there!
Our kid, now nearly 13, has attended - LOVED - this place since our north shore town's kindegarten experience underwhelmed our whole family - I mean, he learned a "song" featuring, let's see, I think it's indelibly stamped in me brain:
"Pizza Hut, Pizza Hut
McDonald's and Something and
Pizza Hut!"
Well, maybe it IS fading from memory - finally, thank the gods!

Digression alert! I must mention that when he came home from like, day 2 of kindergarten excited to share this little rhyming advert with mom and dad, eyes shining feverishly - literally - he asked, reverently, "Those places - do they REALLY exist? Can we go there?!"
After we'd labored long & hard to shield him from such...
Enough!
Back to P&C ~ which is how those-in-the-know shorthand it - Suffice it to say, we (I, largely - no friend of traffic and traffic lights) drove him back and forth, thru rush hour traffic both ways (Marblehead-Somerville) for just about 5 years before Covid-19 drove them online instead.
And we're still faithful followers. Boosters, even - as perhaps is obvious.
Better yet our son still loves every minute he gets to spend interacting with the crew AND the other kids AND the subject matter AND writing movie reviews (Oops, my bad ~ make that, FILM reviews) nearly every day. And that's his own, self-motivated "requirement."
Need I say more?

@Katie: I did the SAME THING! This person with pink hair handed me a coin battery and an LED instead. So weird, but I want to go back!
