Loved it. The entire Disney experience was great. However it's not cheap. $$$$
My daugther & I visited this particular location and found great deals and most important, I loved the attention that many associates give us the entire time. Every outlet store needs a team like this and have a star player at the register counter like Rema. For a busy store, everyone asked to help us with questions and very friendly. We felt comfortable asking questions compared to other stores in which the associates ignored us during our visit.

Is always crowded, over stuffed with clothes on the racks, and super messy. Weekends are the worst. Look for another Ross, recommended the one on Turkey Lake Road
Every store we were looking for was located at this location. We ended up buying another suitcase to bring back all the items during our vacation. Many of the stores accept military discounts which add to deep discounts at the outlets.

This is massive and very well organized. You can find almost anything you want. Prices are affordable and safety is paramount. Parking is available. Highly recommended.
Outlet was good, and a lot of good stores. I am visiting after a lot of years and many things have changed or I perceived the change. Earlier a lot of items were a bargain buy but this time I saw that the bargain buys were not there ... Maybe due to high inflation or something else ...
Great deals and loads of choice. Under armour had some of the best reductions. Sunglasses hut had super helpful staff and good deals.
The villa is large and beautiful, has two swimming pools and even has places to eat and clothing and perfume shops. I really liked it.

The coffee kiosk outside near the food court was extremely disappointing. Poor customer service skills and no cream or sweetener for the coffee. Don't remember the name but it was disgraceful. The mall was okay and the food court was extremely clean. Be proud because it is not this way usually
Great mall! Wear your walking shoes. A lot of great stores and nice variety at the food court. It is an all day experience!

I visited the place on a Sunday morning, before 11 am, excited to explore the shops and have a pleasant shopping experience. However, the parking situation was a complete disaster. Despite arriving early before everything opened, it took us a frustrating 20 minutes to find a parking spot due to the extremely limited availability.
To make matters worse, the garage now charges an outrageous $10 for parking, which used to be free! It's disheartening to see such a steep charge for a service that was once complimentary. Additionally, the valet option is priced at $15, making it even more unaffordable for visitors who just wanted to explore the shops.
This exorbitant parking fee left a sour taste in our mouths and overshadowed the entire experience. Instead of enjoying our day shopping and exploring, we found ourselves constantly worrying about the cost of parking.
I urge the management to reconsider their parking charges and provide a more reasonable and customer-friendly solution. Charging such high fees for parking in a place that's meant to be enjoyable for visitors is a surefire way to drive customers away.

I definitely love this location. Always stocked with merchandise. When I'm looking for a particular item, I stop here first. Tourists can be a little rude,but I deal with it respectfully.
I got so many new clothes. I feel good about what I bought. More options to go somewhere now.
There's always a lot to choose from and a way to get out of the house and window shop or buy anything that you afford that catches your eyes.
And it always has a awesome food court to sample food and eat subway subs and any other dinners or lunches that treats your taste buds nice. Or you can sit on the inside couches and watch TV news until you regain your walk energy.

There are so many great stores. There is a lot of shade as well, so it's comfortable temp wise even on a hot day. We got good deals. We will visit again. Only negative is the availability of free parking is limited. We had to hunt for a spot. Took about 10 mins.
Amazing, just like an outdoor mall. Complete with tons of things to do, restaurants, and snack places. Very well made, and I like that it is the hub for the 2 theme parks. Free parking after 6pm, just so you know.

It's a pretty good Outlet Mall. They have a huge selection of stores to cover most of ones needs. It's mostly outdoors which sucks in the Florida heat but... I'd recommend this over the Premium Outlets closer to Disney simply for the ease of parking here.

This is the shopping place for all tourists but I've got to say that the bargains are very hard to come by now. Used to be such a brilliant shopping place to get great deals and now you've really got to search. Most stuff probably cheaper in the UK now and it's probably not worth going to. Especially Nike and Adidas as the prices were not that cheap and it was actually quite disappointing.
Great selection of stores, but I probably won't be back. Too many stores with different and extremely strong scents. Some of them made my eyes and nose burn. It's like the stores are competing to have the strongest smell and try to overpower the scents of others. You could barely breathe in some areas.

We had a good time at Florida Mall. There's a play pen near Crayola n my grandson just loved playing around. With that rush of energy we shopped around and bought tshirts, pants from Old Navy, perfumes from Macy's, had coffee, and strolled around for a long time. I revisited the mall after a few days though items are a tad pricey.
This place was a great visit. I mean, it's packed but so nice. Of course the price of eventful is marked up to get the most out of us tourists. I wish I planned more time to see everything. Great views and a nice place for family pictures. If you go after 6p the parking is free. If you have littler kids who get tired quickly, definitely bring their strollers.
Pleasant patrons. It is not the large outlet mall located in Orlando. It was not crowded, so you may receive more assistance if needed. It offers a food court. The Brazilian hot dog station was actually good.
Nice upscale Mall with all the normal shops and food court. Large parking lot with a Tesla Supercharger near the Food Pavillion enterance.

Plan to spend the entire day in each park to get the full experience without trying to rush through everything. This is truly a place for all ages! I enjoyed the kid friendly rides just as much as the rides for older folks. There's plenty of dining and shopping options, and the City Walk comes alive at night.
This mall is great and horrible at the same time. It has an amazing selection of stores. That is what a great mall has to have! However, layout is confusing and the parking is an absolute nightmare. Bring your patience with you. Try to arrive early in the day. There is valet parking but on my visit there were over 20 cars lined upto use valet. Food options limited.
Nice set of shops was ready to get in and out of plus not jammed packed like the premium outlets up the road that Disney even having parking.
Ross is located on international Drive I’m very in the tourist area if you go in there and you don’t mind waiting to pay for the products you get you’re going to get some great deals. I have problem standing in line for 20 minutes to pay for something so I center not go there that often I tend to go to TJ Maxx. It’s a lot less crowded and the line is a lot shorter

I’m not sure why all of the reviews discussing parking are positive reviews. Let me give you the reality of the situation— rest assured, if you come here seeking parking you will NOT find it. Good LUCK trying to actually visit the mall, because you can spend up to an hour searching for free parking. Otherwise, they’ve blocked off half of each parking area for valet/paid parking. Pathetic cash grab. I’m shocked anyone has managed to review the mall itself, since it seems hard enough to just park your car to get in in the first place.
Excellent experience to have visit the Florida Mall. It is the best Mall in Florida and Avenue Shops are very good. Plenty of variety of daily usage is available there. Men and women garments are the speciality is the shops. Watch shops, sunglasses 😎 are available in the shops. In short the avenue shops are a good place to shop in. I like that 🤠🥳
Great variety of retailers and price points. One of the best outlets I've visited because of all it offers. Love that I could take a break from shopping and have a Margherita, while the kids had a Boba Tea.
This is the best ross I been to they always have what you looking for or even more just hate the long lines but it seem like it has gotten better and the loss prevention security guys they need to loosen up and stop following people and stareing so hard all black people don't still I did security before at retail store.
If you have to pick one, Disney Springs is way better. Universal has a smaller area to walk and fewer options to eat and hang out. If you have time, explore both. However you won't miss much.
The thing I loved the most was the universal earth rotating. Felt nostalgic seeing it since childhood. The voodoo donuts were good. We enjoyed those and walked along the path.

Best water park in the area
It was great there were a lot of items in stock and had great prices. It was busy. But, the cashiers were moving really fast.
Was able to get what we needed. But was sad to see how amazon and online shopping has destroyed malls. Sears was such an abandoned store. Not sure why they are still open as the selctions were so limited and looked like a ghost town. As for the stores throughout the mall, it was very nice that employees throughout were helpful and pointed us in the direction we needed to go. Bought a party dress, shoes, and also a massage gun (which that wasn't what we were looking for), but the employee selling it really made a great sell by being well spoken. Didnt get a name, but he recently moved to the States, and it was his first week here. It's gonna be very sad when malls and stores all become online. I prefer seeing clothes on me rather than waiting for delivery just to see it not fit or not be the look i was hoping for.
My family and I visit this Outlet when we visit. Our first experience was a lot better than this last one. Our first visit back in 2014 was great. Unfortunately, our latter visits were less impressive.

Upon entering GAP my family and I were not greeted or acknowledged until one of the associates (guy with glasses) rudely interrupted our shopping experience not to see if we needed help but to ask us to watch our children who were standing beside us. Other than asking did we have any trouble finding anything at checkout, we were not assisted at all. The only help we needed was better customer service.
On to NIKE. The NIKE store left me also underwhelmed with the selection of shoes and clothes. The other Outlets in the area had more to choose from. I was followed in this store again not to get any help or assistance, nevertheless i continue to shop. Finally an associate stopped to help me and I wish I knew her name because she was the only thing good about this experience. She took the time to answer my question, explain the promotion and even look to see if the item I was interested in was in stock in the size I needed. Unfortunately the item I wanted was not in stock.
The Crocs store was a pleasant experience and the staff was helpful. We ended up buying the entire family a pair because associates took time to explain promotions and helped us shop.
Lastly, I stopped by to get coffee from the world coffee store. Its a cool little shop with cute decor. The outside has a sitting area and also a pet bird that my kids were interested in. The staff didn't speak English well so communication was a little struggle. I didn't mind repeating myself and they attempted to get my order correct but the language barrier was a bit of a struggle. The staff was pleasant and the coffee was decent, prices for pastries were shocking but overall it was pleasant. I say all this to say, skip this outlet and go to the other outlets. Press through the traffic and save yourself some headache unless your in a crunch for time.

It’s fun to walk around even if you don’t go into the park. You can walk in all the buildings and around the lake. Lots of fun nights at light and pretty at sunset. Lots of places to eat and free parking in the evening. Lots of live music. Very busy every day of the week but fun for adults or kids.
Food court is pricey. The stores are good. And they have a really cute pond and seating area next to the food court but it is Filthy! Garbage everywhere! It's sad. The ducks are laying on spoons straws and random garbage. I'm sure they can afford to clean up the place

A nice place to shop. Always pleasant during the weekdays, however, can be hectic on weekends and holidays with parking and crowds. Variety of nice stores to shop at. If you have never shopped here, it's a nice place to try.
Highly recommended place for the entire family. It's free entry, and one can easily spend half or full day here. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the city walk. No matter the time of the day, the place will be crowded, so be ready for that. Have good walking shoes. I would definitely go back, if in the local area.
Excellent shopping mall! Clean, safe, and lots of stores, and places to eat. Great parking too. Make a stop when you’re in Orlando, it’s fun.
Went to the American Eagle shop, the first vist was lovely and the young assistant was so helpful to me, I think her name was Kayleigh? However the next day I went in the staff were dreadful, the young man was rude and not helpful.
First time here, very big mall, felt safe, nice and clean, love the decor and atmosphere , shopping was great so many stores to see

The fossil store at the Factory Outlet is one of the best. They are always kind and helpful. Every time we go the staff is excellent. Today was no exception. The clerk could not replace the battery in the watch but she offered two solutions and was apologetic more than once.

1/27/2023—was dropped off by my husband here . Spent about two hours in the mall. Went there Mainly to get in some exercise. Tried some of the organic fruit stands and coconut stand . Really great and healthy .
Tried the oxygen bar . Ended up buying a massage gun that is operated and owned by a veteran . Really cool device .
Bought a jacket at Pumas. Went into the big expensive stores la Gucci and looked at prices . Wouldn’t pay so much money just because of the name . It has to be really at a bargain .

This mall has everything one expects from any big mall in North America and more.
There is a huge hotel attached to the mall as well.
Having said that, there is no uniqueness in this mall. Everything as you see at any other big mall.

We visited Universal City Walk to take in a movie at the Universal Cinemark theater and to enjoy dinner afterwards.
The theater was great. We saw a movie in the XD theater and it was worth the ticket price. Amazing screen and audio pushed the movie viewing experience over the top. Seat selection prior to movie start is available with the Fandango app.
Afterwards we ate the Bob Marley restaurant located a short walk from the theater. The food was authentically Jamaican. The service was impeccable and we were lucky enough to take in the sounds of a live band performing while we dined.
I highly recommend Universal City Walk for a fun date night. Parking in the garage is free if you purchase matinée tickets and visit the ticket window. They refund your parking fee in cash.

Plenty of shopping options including food court with many dining options. Including Italian, Spanish and American food options.
Nice experience, lively food court with great variety of not so well-known brands, or at least not by me. Great tasty, crisp pizzas (Patroni). Fried hotdog was too salty, I guess they use brined hotdogs which is just salty enough, but when you fry it on top of that, it enhance the saltiness even more. But overall, great ambient atmosphere, clean place and various choice of food styles and types. Outlets are represented by a diversity of brands, prices are competitive but still pricey.
A must visit in Orlando. Full of stores and attractions. Cant be missed.

Very nice options to choose from . This location has alot of different stores around it also that made my shopping trip so much easier. We ended up getting shoes for the whole family (the shoe dept had bad customer service which is the reason for the 3 stars) We enjoyed the store selection at this location and the fact that everything was well stocked and in the proper season.

Nice setting. There are a lot of empty spaces. It's easy to walk around. Nice parking lot. Small food court. Still has some good shopping.
You can walk with your dog. The restroom are cleaning, but at 8:40 p.m. they start to be disabled. It's easy find parking. You can make your purchases with great comfortable.
