Not the place it used to be but worth supporting the local businesses.
This place is good if you are familiar with the stores there. The shops are not connected in a mall-type centre. They are independent shops built around a carpark.

The biggest drawback to this centre is in fact the car park.
It is very busy, has a tight layout so it’s often really hard to navigate and especially when reversing out of a spot.
It could benefit from a one-way road around the carpark as it’s not wide enough for cars going in opposite directions, especially larger vehicles.
The power centre fantastic all the facilities you need are here, you could spend a whole day shopping here without realising, heaps of parking as well can't go wrong.
Gonna miss the little things store! But lovely bakery and lovely people!! Always have a smile on their faces
Fantastic range of hardware and products for the garden.
Most of the staff have a really good knowledge of what they are selling and prices are usually quite reasonable.
If you like hardware or anything for the outdoors then this place is kind of like walking through Disneyland.
Used to be a fantastic place with supermarket has been closed for several years and now other than a few small stores like a bakery and a pizza shop under cigarette shop and a Nile shop there is little reason to visit here.
If they brought back Another Coles or another supermarket It would probably turn to the fantastic little shopping centre it is to be.
5 STARS - Great green grocer/deli, super fresh and very good prices. Aldi and Woolies right next door so easy to do weekly shopping
MINUS 1STAR - should not pay for short stay parking :((. Parking should be free for the first 2 hours. I just visited the bank and still had to pay parking. If centre want to ensure only shoppers are using car park perhaps implement a “free first 2 hours” or a ticket validation for free parking when proven to be shopping at the centre.
They keep a shop who steal money from customers - Sunrise mobile!!

We paid by card. We taped on two terminals. They told us that first terminal didn’t work so we used second one but the money was taken twice. We went to complain straight away nobody listen to us and we were told the money will be returned but it wasn’t! We don’t go there to often so we went to complain again one month later and the customer service is so bad!!!

The second time we went there we spoke to the store manager. I really don't understand how she could keep her job! So arrogant and rude person!!

She didn't even look at the store's bank account to see what happened on their end, but wanted to see our full statement to see that the transaction was not refunded (our personal stuff!!) after we went for the full bank statement to a bank the money was finally returned to us with arrogant faces and really rude behaviour!

I hope you don't want to keep a business that is taking away your customers!!

The highlights: we were called mate, bro, it’s only $20 why you care? (It wasn’t about the money all), they even called security on us (the security guard was so nice to us, on our side and told us where to complain)

I reported them to customer affairs, if you have similar experience please do the same to get rid of this dodgy shop!!

Purchased year old scotch fillet steak from the Buther Club - at $54 a kilo (paid $16-+) . It was very tough - bbq’d at medium. The steak was tough & chewy.
Very disappointed.

Sprawling dump of a shopping centre with horrid parking, I visited today for the first time in a long time. Upon entering the car park, I proceeded to drive around for a while not seeing a single free car park and dodging all of the oversized vehicles that this carpark is definitely not designed for. I had to honk at a couple of people who were blocking traffic by both trying to reverse into the same parking bay at the same time, neither one was going to give up until I honked at them, thankfully one of them scarpered as soon as I did, then someone else drove straight into the parking spot. I ended up near the top of the parking area, after driving around many a far too tight corner and still not seeing a single free car park. Once I exited the parking area, I entered a small foyer which led to a stairwell that smelt of urine, after exiting that I found myself somehow close to Woolworths. After shopping at Woolworths, I returned to the urine stairwell and then to my car to drop off my shopping. I then returned to the urine stairwell and followed the signs towards Coles, including the sign that appears to tell you to go up, when you need to go down. Coles is a long, long, way from where I parked, basically in another shopping centre altogether. After shopping at Coles, I returned to the urine stairwell and then to my car, where I had to wait a few minutes for traffic to clear, before hearing someone hit something with their car very close to me, no surprise there, the accident stats for this place would be amazing. I backed out, drove forward and spent the next 10 minutes in a traffic jam due to the ridiculously poor design of the parking lot. Then I paid for the privilege, which is like paying to use the southern end of Eastlink even though you are driving at 40kph in stop/start traffic.
Bunnings is always a good browse but if you're looking for staff it may take a few minutes. Mostly helpful with customer service and I can wander around here for ages.

Im not usually a big fan of the Bayside shops, however i lost my parking ticket AFTER i had paid for it. I was 100% expecting to have to pay the $15 for a lost ticket. Howevercthe lady looked up my payment and it was not an issue. Very pleased with this experience.
The bakery here is great, nice fresh bread and rolls. Tasty pies and sausage rolls 😋 yummy treats for the kids

Very boring and dreary shopping centre, 95% of the shops are boring. The only good shop is kmart and maybe target, it needs upgrading badly and what a stupid idea that you have to pay for parking. Karingal hub and fountain gate shopping centres are a lot better
Love this shopping centre. Not too large to navigate. Great Cinema complex. I usually find I can get most of my food requirements here with no trouble, as well as clothing, household, and service related needs.

Clean and brightly lit.
This shopping centre is only small, but for the 13yrs we lived 1 street over it has been a life saver. There's always been a supermarket, however Coles shut up shop late last year and has made daily life more difficult for a lot of older people. All the other shops are run by very nice people and they are delightful to deal with. 5 stars ⭐ for all of those who have stayed.

New to the area and looked forward to shopping at the Myer store as per signage! Couldn’t find the store and rang centre management to be told it closed in January!!!!!! Asked why sign was still showing and received a not very helpful sorry! False advertising is against the LAW.
I have just moved to the area, enjoy a small shopping centre, love the bakery, cafe post office, and have had my nails done at summer nails a couple times and live my nails. however the supermarket has closed, they have left produce on shelves to go off and I think that is why the place has so many fruit flies around.
Really disappointing that they just left stuff on the shelves and shut up shop. Hope they can get a supermarket in soon.
As a former local shopper we are absolutely wrapped with the new crew Russells fruit&veg that have moved in. The quality of produce has been amazing so far. All chicken meats and fruits bought have been excellent.Large long lasting tasty vegetables very well priced. They've eggs milk yoghurt...and still big shoes to fill! Spread the word to help us get a good store back!
Great store ,helpful staff, well stocked 🔨🔐🪚🌻🌻🌻bunnings store review
