What a beautiful building! The front desk people are very accommodating. The views are amazing. I was lucky enough to get a tour of the rooftop. I think I could see Old Rag Mountain! Had a great visit. Made the meeting I went to even more fun because of the spectacular views.

Eh. This place could be better - the restaurant choices are limited and they're all expensive. Mosaic still beats them out in terms of ambiance and choice. Id love at least 2 top notch quality food spots at a reasonable price- the ramen place is almost there. An outdoor monthly movie would also be super cool - a place for kids and fun. I hope they keep adding to make this a go-to spot.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The apartment itself was great. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I recently had the pleasure of working with Kubra from leasing office, i must say that i was amazed with her professionalism!

Great restaurants, movie theatre cafe, ice cream all in one- parking garages are paid or if watching a movie can be validated at icon, or free parallel parking along the vicinity of boro… but sometimes not available on the weekend.

Great place for shopping and food. Paid Parking garage available on site.
Live music and taco trucks and beautiful lawn are highlights. Also had mini golf.

It's a great area with lots of restaurants and shops. One star off for the parking situation. It's got a paid parking garage, but the directions about the tickets, how to get validation, where the ticket payment kiosk is, all that was very confusing. I was to wander around the garage for a while to find the kiosk. While I was wandering I saw the most American thing I've ever seen, a giant pick up truck parked across two compact car spaces. That's not necessarily their fault I just thought it's funny.

Beautiful, spacious building. Great venue. Helpful/pleasant staff all around from the outside/inside security, parking garage, the ushers, etc. Opened Oct 2021.

Attended opening night of Capital Pne Hall with Josh Groban. Beautiful theater with amazing acoustics. They do need to find a way to allow better access to the parking garage after the show, but I understand the troubles since it was the first day. Just 2 elevators up to the parking levels and the stairs were locked. But other than parking, it was a great experience!!!

Awesome customer service! I am new to the area and Nohemi one of the leasing consultants for the property did an amazing job giving me information on things to do in the area. She was very nice and did a great job giving me lots of information about the property. The property is beautiful and smelled amazing as soon as you walked in. Definitely looking forward to making it my new home.

Please ask for her when visiting, you won’t regret it. The apartments are beautiful! I can’t wait to move in next month.
