Great shopping center with CVS, Lia's Pizza, Jersey Mike's, Moe's Southwest, Carvel, Five Guys, Temporary Oceanside Library and many more great shops.
Pretty much got ignored trying to order at Jersey Mike's & they seem like a rip off for the price. Glad I walked out. I was in a hurry and it was a waste of time.
Stop & Shop is better stock here than the one on Atlantic Avenue in Oceanside in my opinion

Nice shopping center with a lot of good places just very crowded. I recommend Stop n Shop and Nike.

Very good place it has a few good restaurants and shops. My personal favorite is pizziola.

It isn’t huge but big enough for me. They have some brands like Express, Banana Republic Factory, Nike Factory, Bath & Body Works, VC, American Eagles, Loft, Gap, Old Navy, Sephora and more.
This is a convenient shopping center, has a CVS, pizzeria, Japanese restaurant, Moe's, Carvel, toy and sports store and enough parking. A library is here for now. I'd give it more stars if not for the empty storefronts that are also here.
Love our Plaza. My credit union is there, new Thrifty card store looks great. Pizziaola, TJ Maxx. Plenty of parking!
This theater is rather comfortable and kept very clean. From the lobby, to the bathrooms, and the theaters themselves everything is maintained quite well. My only "real issue" with the theater itself is that it is a bit small, but its still not really congested at least. It does also however sell out of tickets faster than most theaters dur to its size. But if you are looking for a smaller, more intimate, venue and you are local to this area this is the spot for you
Lots of great places to eat and get a snack. Lots of parking and easy to get into from Long Beach Rd.
Seems alright the mall anyways the surrounding are too cold, supposed to be more fun and entertainment to bring more costumers here not only in/out mall.
