A good and decent mall. Mainly it has only PVR and Dominos. It also has a small open cafe types and nothing else. All the shops are closed except the ones I have mentioned above. The cafe also doesn't have anything to eat. There are just 2-3 types of coffees and cold drink. Nothing else. This is a good place if you wanna watch a movie or eat at Dominos, except these there is no other use of this mall.

It is a very small mall. There are not many options to eat or shop from. When I went there one of the restaurants was even booked for someone's birthday. It has a gaming arena with games like an arcade, bowling etc. In my opinion, the only good thing here is the movie Hall. It has amazing audio and video quality and even the seats are comfortable.

This theatre is not at all fit for elders, ladies and children. Humble request to all of you not to go to this theatre. All hooligans and anti social elements come to watch movie. They spoil the environment inside. Mostly people are drunk, talking rubbish. No security inside.

It’s in the vicinity of Nishatganj and Badshahnagar. Most of the shops in Umrao Mall have been winded up. Only substantial part of Umrao Mall is Reliance Smart Bazaar and INOX. - Reliance Smart Bazaar has good amount of floor space and accompanies lot of products, one can get good deals for Household and Grocery items. - Inox Umrao is one of the best in Lucknow, they have 4 Audi’s and all are quite spacious and all new movies are available in Inox Umrao.

The river side mall popularly known as inox mall was famous for Zero degree but now it has been closed but still their are few restaurants one can go nd chill with frnds nd family enjoy movies can do family shoping as the mall having reliance mart on its ground floor so its a decent outing for family goers

Why Srs cinemas have been closed as it was the main source of income for this mall usually we used to go their for watching movies but now it has also been closed so no need of going there as there are much better and luxurious malls in the city

Most of the shops are closed now. I think only domino’s works here. And the cinema. Rest others remains closed. Just an average mall. I think because of phoenix pallasio and lulu mall many such malls have an impact. It’s not their problem. But still if they can regain the shops then it’s nice. As the location of the mall is pretty good.

Me and My kids Enjoy over there a Lot, Especially at Pizza Hut.. All the tore people are well mannered, friendly and understanding. The best part they don't get annoyed by the kids at all. They love to interact and play with kids..

Must say' that the owner has placed first Class staff in the entire Mall and it's Shops...

Great mart and chai shop outside. There is no other store except few other empty food joints. I was there during lunch time and not sure about the night crowd

This place is good as there is a reliance smart grocery store where we can do shopping like big bazaar and moreover if u buy for 500 from here u get free parking also we have many buffet and movie hall too but there is nothing to enjoy or sit here plus the parking charges of 40 per 3 hours is a bit expensive

Sahara Plaza is Gomti Nagar's most beautiful market which is airy in environment since it is not enclosed from any side.
It has quite large space for parking of 2 & 4 wheelers.
Restrooms are clean.
It houses high end shops for almost all needs of this locality.

One of the oldest and based in the heart of the city mall. The mall is basically good for all the foodies as it has good numbers of restaurants and pubs like Barbeque Nation, Molecule and more. Inox multiplex is also good for moviegoers. A good place to have fun in Lucknow.

Worst PVR ever visited, no PVR facility was satisfying at all.

Can mark three issues-

1. AC was not on or the temperature was just like what a fan can work.

2. Food quantity was bad, the taste of coffee was local.

3. Only PVR was in use the entire mall is just useless no shops were open, neither the food court area.

Commendable ambience where you will get all the major brands to shop. Also the food court is excellent

I can say that now nothing much is left in the mall. It usually remains empty and not much stores are opened here. No AC , elevator running, all is quite stable. Although tr mal has been built big, spacious and comfortable but there is nothing . There is only one smart bazar and a shop that runs in the whole mall, there is no parking also available, the staff is rude. There is no checking of bags and even security check at the entrance.

When I visited around 26 June 2023 it's all shops were closed citing the loss.
However, underground grocery and hypermarket were open. Products were at reasonable price. It's just a grocery shop nothing more to explore.

It is also one the most beautiful malls in Lucknow . And for cinema purposes it is one the most beautiful malls. You can visit here anytime easily. Location is also good means easily findable. I think it's only 200 to 300 metres from Indira Metro station. Means from the polytechnic Chauraha. Parking and other places or space is enough and sufficient. Hundreds of vehicles can be parked here. Thousands of people visit here every day and night. The show of every day goes two to three . If you want to come here you must visit.

Had an amazing experience in this mall . Although it was quite expensive but the quality of service and ambiance of the place made worth of spending such Money. I had gone there sepcially to see the movie in of the multiplexs. The ticket prices were reasonable and movie experience was also really amazing.

Sahara Plaza is located in Patrakarpuram Market area on the main road. There are various shops in this plaza. There are banks, tailoring shops, garment shops, computer and electronic equipment shops, book stores and all.

In the mood for a little venture, my family and I came here one evening. It was a great experience. There were tons of shops to choose from, and it was impressive how beautiful the sights were.

We took some brilliant photos and bought a lot of things. The washrooms were sparkling clean and very hygienic, but it took some time for us to find them.

The food court was rather small but that was okay, the pros of this mall outweigh the cons.

Overall, we had a great time. It's extremely large and my only regret is that I couldn't explore it completely, as our trip to Lucknow wasn't meant to be too long. We will definitely come here again.

It's amazing to visit a mall of this level. Absolutely gorgeous. Right from outside what an epic building. Dancing fountains when you view in front of it. Loads of lighting all along building. Inside very impressive too. All classy brands inside the mall. It's not crowded as huge space. Branded eating and coffee place at floors and food court on top. Only thing is difficult to find washrooms as label is too small to read and locate. It's lovely and lively place for family. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Wave happened to be the centre of attraction a few years ago, but it has been unable to keep up with the growth of the city, most of the shops are closed, not much options are available. Wave is unable to attract much crowd but Movie theatre is still up and working.

Good restaurant at Riverside Mall, Gomti nagar, Lucknow. It's palak chat is very good. Food is also good.

It was nice experience but counter person should be more active it was too much time consuming while standing in line ..there were the counters but they were off so pls kindly open all the counters for the ease and comfort of customers

We went to MamaGoto. Food, ambience and service were good, but the air pressure inside the restaurant was quite high and all the time, my ears kept ringing and tingling. This needs to be worked out else the restaurant would end up in a disaster.

I visited the Wave Mall in Lucknow today and was a bit disappointed to see that it wasn't as lively as it used to be. With new competitors like Lulu Mall emerging, it seems that the Wave Mall has fallen a bit behind the times. However, there was one aspect of the mall that stood out to me - the theatre screen.

The screen was impressively large, and the sound quality was better than what I've experienced at other theatres nearby. It was definitely the highlight of my visit. Unfortunately, the mall lacked free space and a proper food court, which made the overall experience a bit boring.

It's my hope that Wave Mall refreshes itself with new attractions and amenities to keep visitors coming. While the theatre screen was great, there's definitely room for improvement in other areas. If they want to remain competitive, they'll need to step up their game and offer more to customers.

Ambience - I would rate ambience 4 out of 5 because it is spacious and has a good atmosphere. They have pool tables where you can drink and enjoy.

Service - I would rate 4 out of 5 for service as they have polite and well mannered staff.

Food Quality - I would rate 4 out of 5 for their food. Their taste is superb and nice.

All over I would rate this sports bar 4 out of 5.

The city mall is an awesome mall of gomti nagar with good and big area of parking for cars and bike.with good and perfect atmosphere of the mall the many types of store and with the good range of product . food court is not available right now...only Burger king Is Open. SRS cinema is also temporary closed..!!
Most of the brand store was closed..Onlyn Pantaloons and Reliance Smart store is open. Spencer is also open in this mall. If u want shopping like grocery from Spencer & Reliance smart store then u go in the city mall.
If u like the Burger king then go & enjoy your meals.

6. The clothing are not very price hiked in comparison to other big malls
7. There is a discount stall of clothing outside the mall which gives good things with great discounts

9. The mall has lift which is useful for special peoples.

Things i don't like: 👎🏿

1. Food items are somewhat expensive
2. Too much air-conditioning not according to the weather
3. Not so secure, i didn't see guards anywhere except entrance
4. In kids section you cannot pay through cash or nfc, you have to buy a card for 600-700 rupees which gives 500 rupees
5. There should be nets on floor so if someone accidentally fell from higher floor he can survive

Overall the mall is supercool and best for visiting once. My niece really enjoyed and played alot like monkey 🐒

Good haircut salon for mens.

Very bad place. All the shops are closed. No security. PVR cinemas was even not safe which is the only place to visit in this mall. The mall was mostly occupied with goons who were misbehaving with the crowd which came for the movie. There was no security at the cinemas also. No one to attend to the concerns of the customers.

Not at all a place to visit with family. Nor with friends.

Nightmare for shopping center owner. More than half store is unsold and rarely you can see people there. If you are introvert than that's best palace to hangout other wise avoid

Small but decent mall. Easily approachable. Host SRS cinema and several branded shops. Reliance Trends, Spenser's, Game zone etc. Good mall for shopping. But I did not like the parking arrangements. Very congested, narrow. If you are not expert driver, then for sure, you will get scratch.
