Busy area,good shops, good to grab a coffee
Clean and tidy, has some useful shops when you need something quickly.
Bella Italia - Food wasn't great the Spaghetti Bolognese was mediocre and the garlic bread was so over laden with melted butter it felt greasy & not nice to eat.
Waiting staff were lovely & really friendly, my colleague enjoyed her Gluten Free meal I guess I am getting fussy in my old age!

Love Clayton Square, great shops, friendly staff, a great place to shop
Great little shopping centre was very busy last time we came before lockdown but now most of market stalls Ave shut down which is a shame
Literally didn't know it was called Clayton Square until I wrote this, it's central to me and it's a sound place to go, cex, games workshop or get a train, would recommend
It would be good apart from the floor surface which could be very slippy in wet weather.
As you arrive Liverpool Central Station there is an atmosphere unlike any other place.
This mall is just below average, with classic stores that give it the appearance of a 90s-style shopping center. It's a decent place to hang out on cold and rainy days. Some parts of the mall are abandoned, and you'll need to pay to use the restrooms. However, the mall's management should take appropriate action to revitalize the business rather than letting it decline.
Parking was a chore as we had to park near the top. There were plenty of spaces on 3A, though.
Parking is much cheaper using the app, and it registers your car on entry, and payment is taken automatically on exit with a receipt emailed. Makes parking so much easier!
There are plenty of shops to choose from inside the shopping centre, and the city centre is right outside.

Just a few shops but can be handy when in a rush through the city centre!
Not bad, basic high Street shops! Where's fat face, joules, white stuff, mistral, wool and craft shops? Etc.. only drove past the docks which looked great, needed more time really than an afternoon, fantastic little cafe on cook Street though, lovely food/drink.
It was clean and plenty of shops but I think maybe an escalator next to the stairs at st John's centre that go down,, there's a ramp at the side but it's dark and long & wouldn't want to have to push a wheelchair up it , even with crutches b a long slog but apart from that it was very nice area and plenty of shoppes around.
Utterly shocking when a dog friendly train station has a pub inside that's not dog 🐕 friendly.

Great place to roam around, eat and shop.

My stars are not for the actual Metquarter, but the food court upstairs. Lots of different choices plus a bar. We chose Indian food which the stars are for. The food was exceptional and the onion bhajis and samosas were the best I've tasted. Will definitely be going back👍
Love this place. Have been coming here for many years. Good cheap shops, plenty bargains and places to eat too. The shops and market haven’t changed much in 20 years and it hope they never do. The only thing that changed a bit was the food court. There used to be a lot of independent food stalls like ‘Spud U Like’ and in recent years these are being slowly replaced with big American chains. I hope we can keep St Johns a little bit real as that’s the vibe of this city!

Lovely place to shop, so many choices all kept nice. It's very sad to see the amount t of people in need though, and be ready to see it a lot. Help needs to be given to those in need, and a homeless shelter nearby made with their profits could surely be a great thing!
Wondering experiences so far as it was my first visit to Liverpool to attend an office party, and the venue was clubhouse one restaurant. Extremely good food, Scandinavian vibe inside the restaurant, and a great location, too. Strongly recommended.
Love it. Great place for music tshirts, an amazing selection. There's a great record shop upstairs. Great for rare vinyl. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice station, it was easy to navigate.
Love the variety of food and there is a decent bar inside as well, some of the food places were closed at the time we went which was a shame but nice to have a decent bit of variety, had katsu chicken donburi from the Korean place and there were some ridiculously tasty noodles right next door, a pizza place that looked delicious, and had some small bits from a Greek place on the corner and everything was delicious and the people were all friendly quite a social place to eat which was a nice change as we do not have anything like it where we are from.
Great shopping centre, lovely people, as usual the Liverpudlian people always ready to help and greet you with a smile, the food court is a must, thank you to the Scousers for a great 4 day break. Good tip put you comfy clogs on 👍🏻😁

In Williamson Square there is a theatre, shops and pubs it's ok especially at Christmas time
Have not been to the metquater, for years, it's lovely clean and well looked after,flower sellers stall just inside the entrance, if you are looking for a bouquet of flowers, there is amazing selection, Costa coffee, lots of sitting,as well, range of really lovely shops, a children's clothing shop,at the far end,
Pleasure beach slightly over priced particularly if your a local. I feel there definitely should be a more discounted rate and also the old rule that if it rained you could come back the next day for free. When we visited Valhalla was still closed have since seen it has been opened for rehearsals but with a lot still not working within the ride. The grand National and big dipper were also closed again some sort of discount would suffice particularly as some of the older favourited rides were closed. The other issue is opening at 10am but none of the rides opening until 10.30+ seems abit silly. Glad we didn’t fork out £150 for the fast passes. We did get some great help from a lady in the admissions dept via email. We managed to go on all of the rides as it was pouring down so most people seem to leave and the weather got slightly better towards closing time. This seemed to be when things went wrong. The big one closed and icon wasn’t working properly and had to be closed. Glad we didn’t get trapped on any rides. Food is overpriced and every man and their dog were in Burger King so not worth waiting over an hour for food particularly when there is no where to sit. You may be worth going from the park and the 5 min walk to McDonald’s then returning. There are better theme parks out there for a better price with more to offer.

I went up the Radio Tower in February this year The staff were very welcoming and informative on my arrival we went up in the lift to yhe viewing platform The view was absolutely amazing you can see the whole of Liverpool from different directions It was an amazing experience I highly recommend this to others it only cost £7.50 and i was up there for an hour i hope to go back one day and get a snowy view
Nice place to shop.. Has all kinds of things in it.. Great place for sight seeing too.. It has the one pound shop, McDonald's, KFC, aldi and others.. it has a paid car park, also the train station by the side that connects you to many cities.. Manchester, Newcastle etc..

Where it has an advantage over most shopping centres is that it has a large grassed area, called Chavasse Park, which it hosts many events on and has some great pop-up events on throughout the summer and a Winter Wonderland with small ice-skating rink in the winter.
All the bar/restaurants on the top floor have outdoor terraces that each get the sun all afternoon and evening in the summer. Unfortunately, as with most shopping centres, these are nearly all chains with average menus.
I think where it could improve is having some of the top shops and department stores in it.

Beautiful on the inside. Forget what you see on the outside, just take your time, go inside. It's a work of art for a building housing art projects from drama, dancing and singing.
The building is well planned, it houses Everyman Cinema, a good restaurants, boutiques, coffee shop and a lot more.
The surrounding is very neat, and it's worth a day out with the family.

It's is looking it's age and a bit taterd at the edges but I think it's worth a look
This was such a brilliant find. The selection of beers are excellent and the food halls are excellent too.
We chose Indian, Greek, US and Korean and all the food was excellent. Be aware that after the shops close, the entrance is via Victoria St, next to the Everyman theatre, as we thought it was closed, but it's upon until around 9 PM.
Nathan our server was super friendly and chatty and made us all feel so welcome.

Awesome atmosphere...Superb decorations...
Only passed through here briefly, it's has a giant Boots store,Costa,eye brow threading and a few other stores which I can't recall.
Went to Playhouse on Saturday, excellent performance of Christmas Carol, different. Williamson Square buzzing with people, very festive. Christmas tree and decorations amazing. Just a pity the lights can't be there all year, but not the tree
Nice quiet area at most times I passed through In the late evenings. The Playhouse Theater with Radio city Tower in the background and with its foggy surrounds makes it a pretty picture.
