UAQ Mall is a hidden gem that deserves more recognition.The mall's elegant design and well-maintained surroundings create an atmosphere of sophistication. Plus, the lack of crowds makes for a relaxed shopping environment. The variety of food options available under one roof is impressive.
Small place for quick shopping you can find most of your needs
The place is like a newly built market warehouse since the interior has less dirt and has no design.
The inside is still clean-white as it's just got initially set up. Most of the rooms are empty as in no one leased the rooms yet. Even the center space in which prep up as a grocery market due to its gates and racks are still new.
Most of the outlets were selling apparels and bags.

Just fine before it used to b good now most of the Market is closed!
Ample space for parking and good point for food lovers

Only Lulu and a small pharmacy inside, it seems all other businesses have closed.
Very small area with basically three shops amongst which is a very well stocked lulu hypermarket and one of the friendliest most helpful pharmacy opposite it. Great for you daily grocery shopping as it is rarely crowded.
Only 2 shop open all shop closed very bad place only mini lulu there and one pharmacy big area but again 2 shop if you to pass there go to lulu

Its a Small Mall Near Khalifa hospital in um al quwain. Only lulu express and a pharmacy is opened inside the mall. all other shops are not in operation yet. Washroom facility and free parking available. Lulu express have grocery and house hold items, But in moderate level collections not vast like lulu malls.

Very small mall comparing ajman china mall. well organized little mall yet lacks the feel and product selection of other Chinese malls in other Emirates

This is a new opening mall in Uaq. Many stores are yet to open. The high light would be Lulu. It is an impressive layout in the store. Lots of parking space.
The mall is well maintained and superbly shelved. Large electronic sections and clothing line.

China Mall in UAQ ! - Thats a good sign of development in the region.
Eventhough small floor space comparing Ajman and Dubai china malls, it has got some variety stuffs in limited area. Moreover you neither gets lost somewhere nor gets tired of searching any outlet.
40%-50% of outlets of it is occupied with abaya shops which is a drawback i found.
