Loved this place... great food choices & great staff😊
Very cute community area, could use more independent shop owners, to add to the unique feel. Mostly has box, large corporate stores, so has what you would expect at any shopping area. Clean, well maintained and inviting.
Trying to get your groceries to your vehicle is awful in sections of this mall. Anyone with any difficulty in mobility should use another mall, especially if parking near the safeway or save on and trying to get your cart near your car with all the curbs, a true public safety hazard.
Good enough for north Vancouver, with everything you need and shop.

It's okay, Safeway is not the biggest, but useful. The Esso is expensive since it's on the highway.
Good selection of stores, lunch places, liquor, pet store, groceries, Starbucks... Mountain bikers love this mall
Good place for grocery shopping and getting other small items. Also has a haircutting shop which can be great in a pinch
For many years I have been happy going to House of Knives. However, 2 months ago, I went to replace my car key battery. What a disaster!! He complained about my key (it's a relatively new vehicle) replaced the battery and then could not clip the fob together. He then sold me a $20 cover to now protect the fob.
At the same time, he advised that another customer needed attention (they had gone to do other shopping) Finally he completed the task, which took over an hour...
The cost....$40.82
The fob DOES NOT WORK!!
I returned the following day and was advised....
NO REFUND.....
My vehicle does not lock.
Something has changed within this store.....
I WILL NEVER RETURN
At the same time, he advised that another customer needed attention (they had gone to do other shopping) Finally he completed the task, which took over an hour...

They really took away a nice area for children near the ice cream counter. Too open an area there. Have more sitting and maybe another food place.
It's a good mall that you can spend a time with family but I think the biggest problem is working hours. They close at 5pm.
It is a small outdoor market that caters to many needs of people living in the area. There's also a SafetWay shop which basically expensive
Nice small shopping mall. Good parking and friendly people. Has Supermarket and BC Liquor store.
I couldn't even enjoy this place even if I tried. This mall is wack, full of old folks and slow walkers. There's no food court, the largest tenant is the booze store and seems to be the last waspy stronghold, as they are pushed further into the boondocks. This mall literally the edge of City and beginning of a logging town. And theres some weirdo guy named Paul who lives right by this mall:who thirsts for my bf. Cuz wack people go to wack malls.
Stuck in the 80's and it's doubtful if it will ever leave. Even the Walmart seemed sadder than usual. Fun also included being followed around the BC Liquor store. Not a return customer!
Great strip mall has everything you need. Grocery store, fast food, smoothies, coffee shop what more do you want?
Unsafe part of town at night. My 63-year-old boyfriend was attacked by a gang of youths who tried to steal his groceries and beer while he was waiting for a bus, at night, outside the Westview Shopping Centre. Where the heck are the RCMP?
Great little shopping mall with a cheap gas station, liqour store, McDonald's and Safeway. Pretty handy location for me. I frequent often
such an underutilized mall. I hope that with new stores and the bike park this mall can liven up a bit again. tons of parking outside and underground, good food options and stores. usually pretty quiet. great potential tho.
Nice little shopping mall on the main street. Was not at all busy Sunday evening. A good selection of groceries in the store i visited and helpful staff. Plenty of parking.
Amazing service, super professional, and really up-to-date with their work and technology! on top of all that, the friendly staff create a very calming vibe.

Safeway liquor store haircut coffee is all great but why in the world would you park at dentistry in that big building? Obviously it's all about the rent not the people in the area we don't need another dentist we need places for people to shop ! Everyone that I've spoken with was disappointed that a dentist office is going in.
Has a fresh feel. Lots of new or renovating stores. Part of a large shopping complex. Food court could use a few more choices. Food court attendees were so nice!
Good selection of stores, decent amount of parking. Some EV chargers as well which is a bonus.
Not as pedestrian oriented as some other “village” shopping centres. It’s more of a strip mall but at least it looks well put together.

Bougie strip mall with a few good standard shops/services and along with a couple of odd balls - swimsuit shop and a clothing boutique. Parking lot is the worst. Extremely tight. Avoid bringing in large trucks.
Visited the Starbucks in the safeway and they were very friendly and professional.Would definitely recommend a visit.

Here I went to Lynn Valley Center to spend time with my Auntie & cousin.
We went shopping @ a Dollarstore(more expensive than Dollarama!)& to Winners. We had lunch @ A&W & had fun taking pictures with the bear statues!

Love this place. I'm there everyday for something and they have lots of different stores. Good stores and restaurants also.
This place was great. I visited party city but the complex itself was roomy enough to find parking. There are a few different banks in this plaza.

They use the worst parking company ever. Hands down.
Really great apartment, modern kitchen/decor. The community is small and friendly. Pet friendly. Great location by Stongs, close to river, trails. The management is superb and any issues are dealt with really promptly. Highly recommend.
Would be great shopping mall if work after 18.00. Don't have time to get there after work to grab some food. Maybe that's one of the reasons why their food court is dying and actually every second food court restaurant place is vacant.
Aside from Wallmart and the BC Liquor store, which is almost enough to get the above rating, there are several other stores that are a pleasure to shop at such as the dollar store, several phone stores, Cobbs Bread, the food mall, the Source, an awesome produce store and so much more...
There are shops with everything. It’s convenient. The community center and library are welcome people, so nice!
Disappointed about parking restrictions regarding parking there while we also bike and use the trails.
We always use the shops too and I don't think they want our business anymore since they issued a parking ticket.

Nice little "village". I love Buddah Full vegetarian restaurant and Stongs Market. But you also have a Starbucks (Buddah Full lattés are yummier in my opinion as well as their filled big cookies), a sports bar, chicken restaurants and a few boutiques. And very important for me EV charger.
Was pretty Good. Service alittle slow. Took a while to get a beer. Looks nice inside.
This is a wonderful little mall, the little mall that has everything including including grocery stores, Liquor store, butcher, restaurants And even doctor's offices. I am a little biased because I live about a 5 minute walk from here but take that with a grain of salt!🤣
The Capilano mall is mostly wireless stores such as fido, rogers and others. If Walmart leave this mall, the walking traffic will be less than 30%.
Energy is pretty down, lights is dark, everything is half closed, middle path way get closed early. The mall need a renovation.

This review is for Safeway at WESTVIEW MALL, NOT CAPILANO SQUARE as title shows. No wifi, so you can't check your Airmiles offers. Frustrating. Also, not much in the way of low carb offerings in the bakery which many people subscribe to. Produce department has been updated. Meat offerings are poor. Wanted a beef brisket under 5 lbs and they had one weighing in at 16 lbs. However good deals on whole chicken when they offer 2 for 1.
Cute complex, I go to physio at North Shore sports med then pick up flowers at Willow florist after. New hip bar restaurant opened up too and ppl at nesters are always friendly
I often pass by and wonder why they ever did any special trees or plants in the glass enclosure area.
There's a weed store here now behind Jacks. If you're looking to get boozed up and stoned, this place is a great one-stop shop. It also has an elevator for access to the upper level and a China shop in the corner that's been there since I was a kid.

Doctor's offices, highly competent and respected dentist Dr James Tjorhom, Hatz hair salon, and the recently added Blunt retail cannabis shop. Right by beer 'n wine shop and pub too.
Lonsdale Court is clean and well maintained. Just so you know, there is a flight stairs to the second floor.

Sad mall with many vacant spots. Lots of parking and a limited food court. I come mainly for Walmart and the Liquorstore. They have Cobbs bread and a Purdys chocolates which I come for only 2x a year.
Lovely little merchant village. Always well maintained. Ample parking. Great shops. Various options for a coffee date or grabbing a bite to eat. Our faves are Buddhafull & Colony.
Stongs is a well organized local grocery store. So very clean & well stocked.

The mall is really doing some great things to upgrade and keep a good mix of tenants and offering some unique tenants like the recent addition of the Jeep Store. Really cool idea 💡 nice 👍
Great spot for shopping. Anchored by a Safeway, there's a produce store, butcher shop, bakery, stationery store and liquor store. It also has a few options for fast food, dining, insurance, and lots of other convenient businesses.
Sapporo Kitchen is my favorite place to take my family ,my friends when they come to visit me. Everyone that I bring to eat their ,seems to bring friends also. The food is excellent.The presentation is wonderful. The price is very reasonable for the quantity of food that is served .YOU ALL MUST GO ONCE TO THIS PLACE AND LIKE ME I GUARANTEE YOU’LL BE BACK. Congratulations to all the wonderful owners ,cook’s and their lovely friendly staff.
Great strip mall! Good physiotherapist and dental here. Also BC Liquor Store has a great selection of alcohol. Good florist and Nestors always has great fresh meat and baking. Also great to buy your Christmas Tree from the Scouts here.

❗️No big brands are inside the mall and its mostly like a local market with a ceiling. The stores are not well lit and many unsuccessful small businesses reside there.
🍱There are some almost good restaurants in the mall and some offices ok floors 2 to 4 with lots of parking available.
Last hope in the mall was Starbucks that shut down in 2020. There is also a Walmart inside the mall.
Hope this mall improves, at least for their local people. 🤞

Great location with lots of shopping options to get errands done! Liquor store and pet store open at 9am which is very convenient! There is also an anytime fitness here. Lots of parking spots but can get busy on weekend afternoons.
Very clean and organized place. It has a table tennis, and Areas for kids to play. In the summer, the area can be used as water park. Some tables have a fireplace in the middle, thet makes it very romantic. There are restaurants and brewery just a few stops away.
The hall area is roofed with skylight which it makes it unique. It is located in the center of Lonsdale Ave. where most businesses are operating from accounting to food industry to law firms to many more. It has an enterance from back alley for parking and then elevator or stairs will take you to main or second level floor from-to parking.
Cute little area has a few restaurants starbucks, BC liquor store with cold zone. Nesters grocery store which is great for a quick pick up (fresh meat and produce along with fresh baked goods) has a bank and barber. Other things in the village as well has a good variety to keep the consumer happy. All in all good little area to keep the neighborhood happy.
A very nice place to shop. A very good attitude is available through their great customer service. Prices are a bit more, but it makes sense in the area. Fresh grocery, dairy alongside with all their other products.
