Our family's go-to mall! The mall is spacious and has tons of stores to choose from. Parking is free and spacious as well (can get very crowded on weekends and holidays though).
I like their HyperMarket as well. It's not cramped and there's lots of selections for grocery. It can get more pricey though.

The place was OK if I get everything you need, but there is still a lack of niche shops if you needed a specific stuff. There’s a grocery that fairy meets my needs. Some fast food, chains and restaurants. If you’re traveling and you want to stop by to get everything you needed. This is a definite place to go.
Pros: wide perimeter parking (which is also free), lots of stores and the natural lighting inside is also good. there's also a bus terminal going in and out of the province so it's very accessible
Cons: interior is quite old and the stores are more like for your needs (not a lot of variety).
this is definitely one, if not the largest mall in the province. it's nice but hopefully they would be able to attract more business to open here

What I love about SM City Rosales is its free perimeter parking and natural light inside the mall. Most of the tenants here only cater to your needs and barely to your wants. Plus, I think it's time to update its interiors since the mall is operating for 15 years now. Hoping to see exciting shopping & dining experience here soon!
When SM Urdaneta was still not around,
We always go to SM Rosales because it's the only SM in this area.
They have a lot of stores here compared to SM Urdaneta, but it's more crowded here and the floor layout is a little bit of a challenge to newcomers.
Since this is the only SM in this area of Pangasinan, the store is full of decorations with regards to the Christmas season that day we visited. I am not sure about this time if they decorated similarly, but considering the pandemic it might be less extravagant than the previous pandemic period. But I hope this time they are able to cope up because the economy is going uphill so I am expecting that there will be a lot of shows and decorations for the children and expectators to enjoy. I hope that the management will build SM as big or bigger than this in Anonas Urdaneta because the area there is wider and more accessible to other Pangasinan towns like Binalonan, Pozzorubio, Asingan, Sn Manuel, Sison, Manaoag, Sta. Barbara etc., am sure there will be a lot of customers waiting for that to happen. And if that happens the economy on that part of Urdaneta will boom and business will prosper. So I am hoping that this will be considered seriously, because the SM Inside Urdaneta City is quite small and traffic in the city is aggravated by its presence there. Love and Peace shall prevail.

Sm mall that caters to Rosario, Carmen, tayug. Pretty much basic mall but always crowded with people. Ample parking space outside which tend to get really hot during afternoon. Typical restaurant and fastfood chains inside.
The only mall in Rosales pangasinan. Clean and lots of choices. Walk through the main entrance, there are lots of dinning restaurants. To the right. They offer jolibee, McDonald’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and etc. All the way in the back is the supermarket carrying lots of groceries. To the back left corner is the BDO bank and services. They provide good service. For money exchange, it’s around the corner. They have an special office for the exchange. One trouble for doing exchange with BDO is they require you to sign and fill up a form for every bill. Very troublesome. Between the bank corner and the supermarket are appliances zone and food court. Lots of food, but more pricy than the street. But it’s right to pay higher prices to dine inside SM than on the street during scorching summer time.
Lots of shops and ample parking space. The building only has one level except for the cinema area.
