Very nice, I love coming here. However, the air conditioning services near the restaurant area don’t work well, and there is only one single ladies fitting room in the whole mall. Other than that I recommend coming to this place, it has an outdoor sitting area and a great variety of stores.

While the mall has a great selection of shopping, dining, and entertainment outlets the parking is absolutely terrible. Not enough parking spaces and access to the mall is from only one location off of the highway. On weekend evenings it can take 10-20 minutes just to get in to the parking and then good luck finding an actual spot. Otherwise you’ll have to park on the side of the street or the empty land across from the mall
Great mall but can use more enhancement to the children changing room. Right now it provides zero privacy for the mother and her child. There should be multiple private changing rooms that the mother or the father can use. (Example: city centre mall in Bahrain).
Definitely not the best mall on Dammam and with visible patched walls, which, from the aesthetics point of view, is not pleasant. During a few minutes, there was an annoying sound of an alarm and any announcement, not even in arabic. People remained relaxed, though.
Good place but parking area is bad. There was even someone who was desperate to take the parking I took first. I guess sick people lose their way to the hospital sometimes.

This is place is filled with shops for Children’s and Female clothing and nothing else. Few Fast Food Shops other than that nothing to explore. Children’s entertainment area is old and outdated rides.

There are many different types of stores in this market, including ones that Garments, mobile accessories, laptop services, etc. Most people prefer these types of places where they can buy everything in one location. There is a large, spacious parking lot for easily access to designated stores.

Only issue is parking on weekends. Great place to buy local stuff and fair prices. May have to bargain for small stores but prices overall are reasonable.

Very nice mall can buy gold jewellery, clothes, bags, footwear, essentials, perfumes, ouds bukhoor shops, abayas, many games for kids,food court , restaurants, cafes and many more very big and nice mall keep going...
Good place for calm environment, nice and spacious, Good for kids play and women clothings, Majority of shops are only for women and kids, so men have Chairs to sit until women go for shopping 😅.
It seem biggest Mall in Dammam, great layout..as visitor from Indonesia, the places equal with Grand Indonesia Jakarta, offering many world brand products.

Been living for 3 years in saudi but just visited hayat plaza, it's like another side of Saudi. For me as an expat, this market represents saudi local market. Many affordable things are sold there. Abayas, foods, drinks, toys, make ups etc. I as an expat who lives in Dhahran was impressed by this market, i bought things in very affordable price

Al Nakheel mall is nice and best place to spend the time in weekends and evenings. Lot of branded shops are in the malls. As it is new mall so the ambience and maintenance is good as expected. The only drawback I noticed is limited rest room and placed only one location and prayer room in another location it makes little uncomfortable for the shoppers. The food courts are available as usual it is difficult to find Asian cuisines. Expecting general gathering area in middle of the mall with sitting place will allow the elders to sit and view the mall to spent good time and others can do the shopping comfortably. The cinema experience comments will be added once I experience it. Due to space constraints Max and others shops found congested. As usual lot of perfume showrooms. As verdict it is a nice mall found in the outskirts of Dammam allow to reach the mall without any traffic but the parking is over crowded in the weekends and take more time to get the parking and also need to spent a quite time in the service roads, I suggest everyone to visit and have a nice weekend.

Not Marina Mall and has nothing to do with malls
Shopping centre almost everything available with a reasonable price. Timing is not good as all shops close after 1pm until 4pm.
Recommended to visit after 4pm as the shops will ve open until 11pm

Small in size when it comes to the word Mall. Normal shopping outlets. Nothing extraordinary. Nothing notable or attractive. The food court has 10-12 outlets. No Al BaiK and McDonald's though. The food court is clean. Hygiene wise it's good. Parking area is good.

You can find mostly Filipino products here from beauty products to foods 😂😂. You can find easily what you are looking for. Just needs to replenish some products. The service is good. Staffs are friendly. I highly recommend to people who Filipino foods, and those Filipinos who cannot live without bagoong 😅😅

Cool
Better mix of brands than you would expect. The mall looks solid with also a good offering of entertainment and F&B. The reason I rate it only 3 is the layout and architecture of the mall and the amount of very weak local tenants they have. If they’d work on improving the mix even more, would be a real good mall, even with the clear structural aging
