I love that mall it is definitely my favourite mall in all of PEI
I like shopping here. Most of the employees are nice. There are a few cranky ones and I am told its because of the bad customers that shop there sometimes that put them in a bad mood but if a customer is polite and nice then we shouldn't get the bad attitudes directed at us, direct them where they belong because you will create bad customers. Thank you 🙂
Relatively small mall
The place was clean, spacious but there are very few retail shops and not much foot traffic and I was there on a Saturday noon...
I got Lost at this mall, not because it was busy but because my parents were so bored.....I am now an orphan thanks to this mall

It's a good place to visit some store outlets and buy some stuff.
I like the variety of shops in the plaza. Stuff to fit most budgets, and some stuff for those who don’t need to budget. Parking lot can be a bit crazy, but aside from that, it’s a nice little spot.
It has reasonable prices and there are discounts on clothes
This mall is close to the port and includes a variety of shops and eateries, such as small art galleries, souvenirs, and milk tea. It contains an upper story, which provides a quiet space to enjoy a moment's time, open a laptop, or eat lunch. There's a Scotiabank nearby where you can trade currency, as well as public bathrooms available for use.
This place is for anyone and everyone. It caters to everyone needs regardless of what financial status you possess there is something there for you. Stop by and you might just be surprised.
Fine place to stop to browse the Bookmark, Luna, and Shoppers. Not many other attractions, there is a coffee shop on the second floor.
Always like going to the strip malls as the stores there offer a variety of things to shop for in order to fulfill one's needs. Also having fast food and other restaurants nearby, is a huge plus especially when on the go for a long period.
Some pretty good deals especially on vegetables. There are times though that items are not in stock due to delivery delays. Easy to get through and the cashiers are very prompt at getting you through the lines
I bought a special gift of Single Malt Scotch for a friend who has been sick and had not long to live. It was an easy choice. He deserves the best. Excellent service, and when I told the clerk my story, she empathasized with me. Thank you.
Combining two cheap stores and many service companies together, University plaza is not somewhere you skip
I hardly come here anymore. Might pop into Winners occasionally. Sure miss Towers and the water fountains ('70's heyday) :) ...... it somehow needs to draw people away from their online shopping and bring them here. Maybe bring back Towers and the fountains? ⛲️ 🤷♀️
I love this store. It seems to have everything I need!
Basically the most pathetic excuse for a mall I've ever seen. Mostly fake PNP businesses only opened in order to obtain a Canadian passport. Don't even waste your time trying to buy a coffee in there.

Oh my goodness, I have a daughter who is 19 with down syndrome and ADHD so mentally she is 5. This place is her favorite because she goes through like a queen purchasing night clothes, socks, panties and Halloween themes clothes. Not only are the clothes at a good price point but so is the fruit and vegetables....you know exactly how much your getting at a particular price point.
Wide variety of shopping, lots of parking. Be sure to check out MR Seafoods, just outside the big box store area.

Giant tiger is giant tiger. You can't really order online especially when it comes to delivery and grocery orders. I made my first online order from them this evening and will let you know more about my experience. I baught what I woul call a breakfast table (for using for breakfast in bed) but baugh one for my father using a walker and HOPE the tray will fit onto of his walker, also some clothes but I've purchased from the store prior and can be a hit and miss. Love some stuff and others ya gotta thing what the.
Was disappointed, the item I went in to purchase was not there even though they had a special shelf dedicated to this item it was just an empty space
Everything in one place to shop... winner soprtschek H&m urban planet and many more... shops .... but which is not good... there is only washroom in food court.... you have to go there only open washroom.. all other not in use or.closed....
Can buy many gifts here especially at Tiger something at second floor, cutest potato and oyster crochet! Will go there again

Typical of book stores but I did have some good conversations with people of liked genres.
Royalty Crossing is the Mall, but I’m doing the dollar store in the mall since that is the picture. This particular store is always changing up its stock, but it has so many useful things. From home decor, to kitchen items, bathroom needs, tools, electronic accessories, and more! It’s a great way to decorate your home or for any occasion, without breaking the bank! I shop here often. But it is a dollar store so it’s not all top notch, but it all works great if you treat it right.
Great shopping mall with 3 floors with a fun and relaxing atmosphere. 3 amazing paintings on the side exit.
It's impossible as a pedestrian to get down to the Smart Centre safely. It's for car traffic only. I've seen people slip and slide down the hill in winter and spring. I feel bad for those that work their without a car. watch out for pedestrians please.
The Chinese gala show to celebrate the lunar new year was hold at the food area on the second floor of the mall on Jan 21. A wonderful place for party!
Always very friendly staff members! I don't go there often however when I do I've always received great customer service and if not being able to find a certain item, there always seem to be ppl on the floor that are always more than happy to help with any questions and to take you to the exact spot where an item you may be looking for is at.

everything is renovated nicely, like their update on the mall, and gonna be very good place to hang out for local islanders and visitors. like they have more business going into the mall. have done a very good job.
The University Avenue Charlottetown Prince Edward Island Spring Park Plaza is a great and fantastic place with the different stores that sell the different products and the staff is friendly and helpful in all of the stores too
Great shops around here, a bank, a delicious Chinese takeout restaurant and a gym. It's sandwiched between Superstore and another strip mall with Giant Tiger.
Nice enough store, selection could be better. I think the person who helped me didn't quite understand what I was looking for though and ultimately had to look for it on my own.

Always find something interesting to read and lots of exceptional deals. Discounts from Plum and using Christmas and birthday cards.
Went to Indigo, where the staff are always polite and friendly. They didn't have the game I was looking for, but were helpful in tracking it down. Always a good experience.
Indigo and Bulk Barn are at this location. Both are favorite places to go and get books and snacks! Fantastic staff were helpful and friendly!!
Since Covid the line ups & carelessness of people walking thru parking lot has been ridiculous. Mainly around the gym Goodlife. So keep eyes open for stragglers walkin...
Indigo Staff very rude, and bossy when it came to mask wearing.. way over priced products, can get the books at a fraction of the cost on Amazon.
Can't find that dress of the special occasion, your little one can't sleep at night with out a teddy bear, need a new board game to play with the family or need more dish but don't have the money for brand new. Value village is the place to get it all for a fraction of the price. New stock everyday.
Absolutely love Value Village! It always is clean and tons of things to choose from and deals galore! If you take the time to really go through the racks and shelves, I guarantee you'll find something you'll love, at a really great price!
Love heading to value village to see what treasures I can find, but their prices are wayyyy to high, the stuff they are selling now is junk. The staff have first dibs on anything that is dropped off, and once they pick through it they then put the left overs out on the racks. They charge more than indigo does for books, and these are used books. Overall just not a good experience anymore!!
Great stores.....good variety but the parking lot is a zoo!!! Be careful driving in and out......and you will find some great products!
The place looks slightly run down. There are also a few vacant places, and the parking isn't always great except for at Value Village. One perk to it though, is they have three stores that sell a lot of stuff. They are Value Village, the Great Canadian dollar store, and Murphy's grocery store / Pharmacy.
