Reviews

The mall is located at the best spot where residential from nearest can get the all common as well as new stuff from it.

Even the mall has many stores that are closed, but it is still running and providing services to consumers.

Apart from that, the service from the staff like cleaning & security has no complaints and questions about it.

That's it, I have written all about which I have observed!

Thank you for reading

This is an underrated mall in Scarborough, there is a descent food court and quite a few useful stores, the mall is well maintained too
The place was empty with lots of closed shops. few good stores. The mall was well maintained and clean. There is not much of a reason to make you go out of your way to go there. If you live nearby it's convenient.

Not the fanciest mall in town. But it’s a lovely little mall in the neighbourhood where you can find many essential places such as barber shops, children’s extracurricular classes, food courts, etc. One big plus is that it is usually not crowded (it is super relaxing to grab a coffee or milk tea and stay on a seat on the second floor enjoying some chill time alone)

This mall has come a long way since I first visited. The stores are all slowly improving in variety and it has all the necessities of a small size mall.

The best place to eat is food court, as I drive about 15 minutes to eat here for lunch often. Great prices for high quality food. Dresses also great price.

Few discount stores and mom & pop shops, lots of empty space, not many patrons. Has the vibe of a mall frozen in time for 30 years. Kind of cool in that way, but needs to be spruced up or an anchor store of some sort to bring it back to life.

Went after 11pm limited doughnuts and muffins
Very clean but garbage cans were full
It's ok, not really anything but the Doller store.
Amazing place and has alot to do as things are there for all ages good food and ikea also there
There is a large Walmart store located in this plaza which has a hot deli counter with rotisserie chickens, fried chicken pieces and taters. There is also a large grocery section, including fruits, vegetables, baked goods, meat, dairy, canned goods and a section for beer and wine. There are 2 areas for self-checkout but lineups are often long as not all machines are working and there are very few other checkouts open. More cashiers are definitely needed and they definitely need more associates available at Customer service

Be careful when entering the plaza when heading from Huntingwood. Lots of people don't brake early enough after the light then enter abruptly. This can also be bad if someone is turning right or left from Warden onto Huntingwood. The entrance should have been a little further down Huntingwood.

I was going to write a review for this mall’s securities. They are the best securities ever. Yesterday I went to fido to take the money that they owed me and they didn’t want to give me and instead they called security to take me out of the mall but the securities asked him to solve the problem and finally after two hours waiting there with the help of these dear gentlemen I could take my money back. I really appreciate you Mr Ali and Bradly. God bless you.

Last year the mall put on a permanent dinosaur theme all around the inside and outside of the mall. Dinosaur facts, dinosaur sculptures, dinosaur benches etc. And they also added live birds (Parakeets? Budgies? Pet Birds!) In these huge cages in different parts of the mall.

Seems like Baker Duck (Chinese bakery) moved itself to a larger location within the food court and is closed (closed on Tuesdays or closed forever?). New shops have popped up, and old shops have faded away.

Some stores/restaurants within the mall are: Dollarama, Shoppers Drug Mart, LCBO, Halidao, Magic Noodle, One's, Freedom Mobile, Regal Photo, Toronto Public Library, and various bubble tea shops, etc.

The mall is slowly being taken over by Chinese shops/restaurants. I assume the the permanent dinosaur theme is there to revive the mall.

Good CF Mall that has gotten better over the years with more Asian food options, and now an Ikea City has been added. Anchor stores also include Walmart, Bay and Decathlon.

They had a cool dragon on display for chinese new year.

They have a bunch of Chargepoint chargers next to Walmart, but more enforcement is needed. There's usually ICE vehicles or non-charging EVs that park here.
Feels like you're wandering inside a dream - lost, confused, and a little afraid. Nothing makes sense, yet everything does.
Very good idea of children. Good to seeing park typed design for children. Already not here this development. So many shops, restaurants, clinics n banks. Food basics too. Space for food court. Nice to view n visited.
Nice circular construction makes it easy to navigate around and get to all parts of the mall without having to back track. There are many store fronts that seem to be renovating or "coming soon" including Uniqlo. It'll be a better location for shopping once all these store fronts also open up.
They had a very nice Lunar New Year display!

Very nice mall. Quiter version of Pacific Mall. I like the general store.
This plaza has everything but especially if you're looking for things for your home, room, kitchen, bathroom etc go to Home Essentials they have pretty much everything you are looking for and the prices are extremely fair. Good quality and very affordable prices. This store is my go to for everything I want for my home. Bonus there's a Dollarama, a doctor's office and a few places to get food in that plaza as well.

Only LBCO and Walmart Superstore, Cinemax and one pet store inside
Great mall overall with good stores but the food court (imo) needs some new additions, most of the food places there are not halal (there are some that are) but the variety for halal restaurants is quite limited. That is not really the problem I have with this mall, its just a nitpick. The halal places are great, the real issue with this mall is definitely the parking and how overcrowded it is (which obviously the mall cant control) but they can definitely improve the parking, Overall the mall is great and is getting some convenient places like the new IKEA. Nice mall all around.

Multi level enclosed shopping mall with underground parkings. Elevator accessible.
With an open area at centre and all stores surrounding the central stage/ open area.
Retail stores are mostly travel agencies and some traditional medicine.
My community store! They keep everything where they know I will find it lol. Love my in and out runs. Good customer service. Could use a better structure in the early morning because they open the express isles late. They are short staff but they make it work.

Small plaza, Tim Horton,Shoppers Drug Mart
, convenient store are there
Visiting here for the first time today, I was taken aback to find that despite the mall's opening hours at 10 am, 95% of the stores were still closed at 10:45 am. The food court on the second floor had only one restaurant and a few tables, all of which were unoccupied. The place appeared mostly vacant, even though most stores were occupied, none were open except for the convenience store in the lobby. Though the mall has potential, it seems neglected by management. It has a boxy layout reminiscent of Pacific Mall next door. There is ample free parking available.
It has all essential items. But place some chairs in some places. Because everyone hasn't car. When we move around all malls it getting tired. So to take some rest I am requesting some places to sit.
Losers who hang out there took my bag with cold ones for the bullet club man dem so I left to go on patrol.

I visited service Canada here, there is a dollar store too which has a lot of stuff from variety of balloons to kitchen equipment to small carpets
Scarborough Town Centre (STC) is a shopping mall in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Central to the Scarborough City Centre district, it is adjacent to Scarborough Centre station, the Scarborough Centre Bus Terminal and the CTV Toronto studios (9 Channel Nine Court).[2] Opened in 1973, the mall is the fourth largest shopping mall in Canada and third in Toronto by retail space.
My friend always purchased everything in STC mall only. I heard about from 21 years. Now I came here and she brought me to the mall. It’s amazing to see n spent my time whole day with her. So many brands retail stores. Very big food court place. Now x-mas time… it’s lot of decoration in the middle part. I was attracted with chocolate shop and bath n body shop.
A very small plaza with a very few general options. The shops are pretty ill managed, and look under-maintained. Plus there's construction work going on that makes the traffic pretty busy and distracting. The Sri Lankan sweet shop has good options for the price they charge. The Dollarama doesn't have everything that you'll find at a standard one.

People buy one cup of coffee and sit here all day very hard to find a place to sit for your coffee
Too many people turning it into a social community center
A strip mall that continues to increase the calibre of stores and restaurants. The Kingston Rd/Lawrence Ave/Morningside Ave neighbourhood continues to build infrastructure and Morningside Crossing is in the middle of the metamorphisis.
With banks, grocery, LCBO, Dollarama, Bulk Barn, Shoppers Drug Mart and a FIT 4 Less (just to name a few places), you can pretty much find everything you need.
Home essentials, all you need for the home, good prices too, friendly helpful associates
The place has no public washroom, even the stores in the plaza if they have not worked. I normally buy food on the store and use their but no washroom for customers. If I go to this place, I'll grab immediately the things I need.
I went here on the way home. There’s lots of parking. The store is big and clean. Fully stocked areas. I found what i was looking for. Only thing is there was only one cashier. There’s should be at least 3. I don’t like the self checkout.

A dead like state of a mall. More than half of the stores are closed and closed for good. There are 2 floors of pure silence, and barely any people inside of the mall. Inside of the mall looks like how Pacific mall was designed, but Splendid China mall didn't gain the popularity that Pacific mall had. The lighting in some places of the mall is kind of dim. There is a map of the mall at the entrance of the mall.

The food court is small with like... What seems to be 3 kind of working/open restaurants?

The only restaurant that is doing well is the Thai restaurant.

My family is registered with physician in this plaza, so i have to go there quite often….this plaza has a very homely vibe…..i am pakistani and this place is full of indian shops, still it looks like home…..the grocery store here is amazing….Gunaam’s supermarket…..their veggies are the freshest i have ever seen anywhere in canada, their packed green chillis are in my fridge for more than two weeks and are still fresh as day one
Not the most well-stocked Walmart, but it gets the job done for general groceries. There are a variety of ther products as well. Definitely okay if you're strapped for time and just need a few random things. Staff look pretty tired and not happy to be working. The greeter doesn't usually acknowledge us when we ealk in.

This mall still feels new even though it's been around for over a decade. But unfortunately it has turned into a ghost town. Many vacant shops, and shops that are closed even on weekends. There's a pharmacy, herbal shops, salons, convenience shop, and Thai restaurant, to name a few. Essentially you can find similar stores in the much larger Pacific Mall next door.

Parking can be a challenge
Be sure to check out Mr. Puffs when you are here, well worth it! There are plenty of other stores and places to go here all within walking distance of the plaza. You can grab groceries, eat fast food, cash out at TD Bank and grab some alcohol at LCBO all within a couple minutes.
Good shopping complex with ample parking and lot of variety shops including snacks, restaurants and lcbo as well dollaramq and groceries. Just beware of people who runs around asking for money.
Gunaams has great quality snapper fish

Almost everything is here that you'd need: Dollorama, Food Basics, Shoppers Drug Mart, LCBO, Bulk Barn and some nice food places. Huge parking lot, TTC right beside it. Three banks too! Never a wasted trip.
Just did groceries.... nothing special. Not my usual store, but they had everything we were looking for. Parking is always good. Clean store.
Went to the Home Essentials store here. I was surprised by the reasonable price of all the products. Bought a kettle on sale last year and it is working perfectly till now. So, the quality of the products are also good. This plaza also has a dollar store and a walk-in clinic. I visited the dollar store couple of times. It is like any other dollar store with items $5 and less
Visited food basics. Another great place to get affordable food items

Indoor 3 story Chinese shopping mall located at the northeast corner of Brimley Road and Shepperd Ave East. Patrons mostly use indoor underground parking lot as there's limited above ground outdoor parking. There are a few Chinese dried seafood stores, travel agencies and small independent clothing stores. A small food court is located on the 2nd floor. 3rd floor is mostly accounting offices, immigration offices and other miscellaneous small business offices.
Damaged parking lot with lots of potholes that needs to be filled soon in order to avoid legal expenses related to damage to vehicles for failure to adequately and properly maintain the safety of the parking lot.

Terrible driving with poor parking spac3s.. Everything is cramped and it feels like if you aren't careful someone's going to hit you. Some good stores but maybe making the lanes one way or something because right now everyone just drives however they want barely avoiding collisions.
Needs better parking and better lanes I'm that parking lot.
My first mall I visited in Canada arrival. How can I forget this mall. In 23 years slight changes occured. No frills moved one block from mall separated. Mall has lots of small business owners. Still beautiful 23 years after. Very close to Malvern recreational center and Malvern church. Love it

Nice Asian shops. There are various Chinese herbal store and also Filipino products... Lots of parking.. very close to 401 and the Scarborough Town Center. I think due to pandemic lots of stores are still close. I love the milk tea shops at lower cost compared to others.
There are multiple businesses at the site. I went to Gunams super market. They have Indian and srilankan grocery items that are fresh and organized well. Customer service is good. Thank you:)

Tiny strip plaza. Lots of cars driving in and out because people using TD Bank, going to bakery, convenience store, swimming pool, and hotpot restaurant. The bakery and hotpot buffet is okay. The swimming pool is usually warm... Lots of different classes before the pandemic. There's also a dentist office and haircut place here.

It’s one of the smaller plazas around here, but the M plaza still does it’s job in providing many services and shops. There’s a spa and salon here, a Swimming shop/classes here that I had taken pre-pandemic, as well as a computer store that I always go to whenever I have problems or damages on my laptop and other computer devices. There’s a convenience store here for lottery tickets, dentist office, TD bank and a bakery that I always go to for their amazing egg-tarts and great prices on other Asian buns! All the businesses here are outside, within walking distance from each other, with ample space for parking. The “M” plaza bulletin sign is also up-to-date with the current shops and services that are open here, and the place is very easy to see when driving on Warden street. No obstacles, constructions, or other conditions blocking the area. There’s 4 ways (2 on Warden street, 2 on Bridletowne street) to enter the plaza via car, so it’s quite easy to enter/exit without causing traffic. I often choose this location for pick-ups/drop-offs as well for being a good walking distance from my actual address. Anyone living in this neighborhood will know the place and can also agree on the ample parking and ease of entering and exiting!

Nice little Chinese mall jewel in Scarborough.
I had been here many years ago. Once Pacific Mall was opened I haven't come back until I found the Pacific way too crowded and overrated. So I came back in 2021 (last time in October Thanksgiving). This place may not have the diversity of other Asian malls but I felt comfortable with the friendly merchants and the public in general. My wife and daughter enjoyed their time together shopping. I tagged along. I even found a shop where one can still find VCRs (second-hand of course). Will certainly come back once I visit Toronto. Reviewer from Ottawa.

The food is great quality and the broths are delicious. I would of given it 5 stars but they forgot to send out half of our item requests. I would come back here but make note of what you're ordering.
A small plaza in a great stratagic location. Pizza Pizza is a recent addition with existing Home Essentials, Dolarama, and others. But the dry cleaning is gone, which is a big miss. Seasonal rides and fares in its parking lot are another feature of this plaza.

the food court was so quiet. and not much variety, still a lot of empty stores
But if you know a particular store you want to go and it's good because it's easier to find parking. There's a big open space Auditorium with a big screen TV. Sometimes they do events there. hopefully they attract more stores to come and open the business, it would be a good attraction place
Great stores low prices.

They have breathed life into this run down plaza and transformed it into a busy little plaza. They have a swimming pool and a dentist office. Many little restaurants dot the plaza. Frozen dumplings and a surprisingly delicious bakery as well. A TD bank on the corner of the lot with drive thru banking. Not too much space to park but most people are in and out on the banking side.

Recent reno has refreshed this old plaza, but it's still just another plaza in 'Scarberia'. Not a bad mix of food establishments for families sending their kids to the swimming school there. Wish there were more parking spots.
