Visiting here for the first time today, I was taken aback to find that despite the mall's opening hours at 10 am, 95% of the stores were still closed at 10:45 am. The food court on the second floor had only one restaurant and a few tables, all of which were unoccupied. The place appeared mostly vacant, even though most stores were occupied, none were open except for the convenience store in the lobby. Though the mall has potential, it seems neglected by management. It has a boxy layout reminiscent of Pacific Mall next door. There is ample free parking available.

A charming park, nestled in a nice and pristine neighborhood. Abundant benches and a paved trail surround the park, leading to both the beaches and offers a sizeable playground. Additionally, numerous cafes and restaurants are conveniently located nearby.

Free parking on the side of the building, a few tables and seats inside, great pizza, pizza has forever been great here throughout recent years and then some, friendly staff.

My claim of this being the best pizza in town still holds true after many years. Nova's pepperoni pizza is unbeatable, period! Free parking is available outside, the store provides restroom facilities, ample seating, and it's frequently bustling with activity. The service is consistently good.
