At R Deccan Mall, there's a store with cool covers for your mobile, and another one with lots of stylish things at Hong Kong Lane. You can also find pretty accessories! When you get hungry, there's a place called KFC with yummy chicken and Domino's with tasty pizza. Plus, there are shops with bags! It's like a big, fun place where you can get everything you need! 🛍️🍕👜

This lifestyle has become horrible. Would suggest you go to another store in Phoenix or in camp somewhere.
1. Lift not working both times I visited in this month. You have to park car and go up walking (my senior citizen mother had a hard time)
2. The store counters are so slow. We stood in the line for 10 mins and we did not move even one ahead. The people and the machines , both are slow, lagging and extremely inefficient.
3. The billing counter people will talk for long time to each customer about the offer etc and for so long that every other person is getting frustrated. So this is not only my personal opinion.
I rarely put up negative reviews ever. But my experience was so horrible. If you’re not interested in serving customers please shut down . :)

Great place for shopping household things. Many items are at discounted price. Most of the fruits are of pretty good quality and at a lower price rate. The store is very big and there is free Street parking. You get almost all items you need like grains, masalas, veggies, soaps, helments and so on
Went for a movie there (citypride) good seating arrangement, decent sound system, screen size is not so large but it's good considering the small size of the theatre, overall nice experience
This place has a good collection of footwear and clothes. I personally loved their variety of brands from cheap to costly e.g Label Ritu Kumar, Madame, etc.

Reliance Mart's return policy is not correct. I didn't like it. If the bill is paid and any other items are returned then coins are not received and there is no money. Yes, this policy is not right.

Nice ambience. Just like the other malls in Pune, there are so many necessary shops all at one place. Feasible for college students, bachelors and even for family members. If you love crowded places or a place where you want to spend quality time with your friends or family and if you're at the very heart of the city then this mall is a must visit one (people staying far can also hangout here once in a month).
I purchased 2 liters of frooti today. It had already expired. I was in a hurry and did not check the expiration date. Why are expired products placed in front of the display? Not every time customers see the expiration date. Please check the products and don't trust them blindly. Worst Experience.

Never visit Vi store very poor service as they cheating customer by forcing customer to convert blocked prepaid card to postpaid which I experienced at Center point by Ms. Gauri Vi staff. Everything done verbally keeping customer unnoticed about what is done on Vi system. Also postpaid plan offered as Combo 601 but later one mobile number bill received as approximately Rs.600/- and other with heavy bill amount Vi forcing customer to pay. Even after calling visiting and email to Vi there is no improvement and same mistake by staff purposely done suspected staff personal information miss use.

Usually jiomart shopping has been pretty much hassle-free, but recently I had a bad experience with the store near City pride Kothrud. After shopping there, while billing I was charged for an item that I had not bought. I realised this after coming back home. Since it was almost 9:30 PM, I decided to take this up the next day. When I went there and told them the problem, there was a lack of trust from the security person Mr. Magar. He said he will have to check the CCTV footage first and that he'd call me the next day. When I did not receive the call, I once again went over there and met with the store manager Ms. Deepali. She once again gave me the same response and promised she'd call me the next day. It's been a few weeks and am still waiting for that call. This unprofessionalism was not expected from a person who calls herself a manager.

Good place for all things required day to day basis at reasonable price
Earlier the variety of clothes were good but now it disappointed. They need to bring fresh Stock of clothes.
Parking is a huge problem here. The money makers allow the out station buses to park but no space for two wheelers.
Store is okayish.. No staff was present to help.. Staff was busy arranging their stuff. Also When I have got three pairs of shoes.. Atleast dust bag or shoe bag or any box could have been provided as I got white sneakers.. Plus I had to travel far.. I can understand U all charge 10₹ for a bag but cud have charged for the box also wid be okay. But atleast keep packing options handy for the customers.. Also sizes of all stuff.. Literally all stuff was not arranged in proper order or sequences... All Shoes section was messed up.. White and light blue shoes were soiled n dusty.. Customers did trails n left hete n there.. It was a hassle to search good pairs among that mess. Kindly tidy up the store. Rest prices are pretty reasonable and some products are really value for money.

I really happy with the quick service given by Tulsi Shop. I urgently needed some specific kitchen containers and was not having the time to go to the shop. I just messaged them and within minutes I got the tings delivered. Super happy with their service.
I purchased 150 five star chocolate bars. Of these 40 were in default packed box and remaining 110 were loose. At the bill counter, their representative counted the loose ones to be 110 and remaining 40 as a packed box. However he still had to scan the barcode 150 times, which delayed the entire line for some 10-15min. A simple screen to scan first item and take it's multiples could have saved everyone's time. Hope that gets fixed soon.

In the older version of this mall it was working well , managed well. But it's like at its worst. Parking spaces are not well managed , only charge pay and park. Very few shops left mostly food joints. But this place is very poorly managed. Elevators do not work properly , escalators work occasionally. It still does contain CITY PRIDE , BBQ Nation , Octaint pizza , newly opened DE DANA DAN and KFC at ground floor etc. As people come here to eat this place should be managed much better than this. This place is located in heart of city and mostly populated area of DECCAN so parking management should be there. Frankly this place needs new management to get back to the old days. Overall change is needed. Then only this place will thrive for long time. Otherwise the prominent food brands that operated in this complex have to move out.
The ambience is so dull and not clean at all. A bad odour was coming while entering the mall itself. The elevator was not working. Lift was working at one side but while returning it was not working. Overall a very bad experience though the restaurant like De Dana Dan or KFC is good at Deccan Mall but the surrounding ambience is too bad.
The price is great, the products are also good but the staff is so bad, I'd rather go anywhere else. There are lots of offers going on but the billing staff is so bad at knowing/scanning them that they need forever to get the right quantity. But that's not even the worst part. After waiting in line and then waiting for the cashier to get a hang of the system you then have to go thru a security that is stricter than the airport security. That man made me take out almost every item from my bag so that he could check then called the cashier because he thought that the cashier had put wrong price for one of the items. Honestly what is wrong with them.

It's a market place and in the heart of city. You can shop here utensils, plastic items, papad, chakli, mango and many more. Parking for four wheel not available, 2wheeler paid parking is available at basement.
Good place for limited shopping for essentials, when one is waiting for med reports at the command hospital. Toilets are dirty and locked. One needs to search for key from among shopkeepers. A nearby cafe coffee day kiosk is good. Good coffee. CSD exists for members. SBI exists in same complex.

I personally didn't like the shopping here. I had purchased one carrot fit jeans but the threads removed out of it after a single use only and also there were some tear away points on that jeans. Moreover, the staff members moves around you always like bugs without even ask for the help. Lack of professionalism and manners. One more thing is that you won't get shopping bag from for free even if you do heavy shopping. These people charge for shopping bags also that's ridiculous.

I personally didn't like the shopping here. I had purchased one carrot fit jeans but the threads removed out of it after a single use only and also there were some tear away points on that jeans. More then 100 small stores having varieties of clothes at the affordable price if you are good at bargaining. Mens, women, kids, and all types of accessories are available here. All the trendy clothing can be purchased over here.

Though maximum shops are not opened except a parlour and fruit/vegetable shop, but has been built for multipurpose and sometimes will be crowded in future

This is such a lovely place to shop for. Staff here are really good with customers. Exchange is easy. There is parking available. Show the receipt while billing and get parking charges waived off. Tooo much to shop for clothing. Large number of varieties available in clothing for all age group. This place won't disappoint you at all.
Such a lovely place. This mall is big and spacious. It has a lot of variety of clothes. They also provide discounts on many clothing. I loved their quality of dresses. You will get a variety of dresses in women section. They have great purses and also footwear. I loved all of their products 😇 they often have new arrivals which are great . I think if they reduce prices a bit then it will be better. Because almost all one piece are of 1299 and above , I'm taking about the amazing one's. Anyways overall everything was good. They so have variety of watches and perfumes as well.

Westend mall at Aundh pune is one of the biggest mall close to the Aundh and Baner area. They have a wide variety of options for shopping and food. They have a good imax theatre. The food court has a lot of options. They have a time zone and lot of options for kids. Most of the shopping brands are available here. They have a 3m car cleaning option at the parking. Parking gets a bit cramped and is challenging at times with no parking. Overall a good place or visit.
