Good shopping. But no arrangements for taking the puchase to car. Most neglected is customer after they have paid.
Even when car is driven in front of shop no place to park . Although there is no rikshaw stand they occupy entire front and mostly adamant look at other direction when they see struggling senior citizens or ladies.
If by chance rikshaws are not there two wheelers do not leave inch of space to pass.
Suggestion: keep at least four car park space in front for customer loading.

If I wanted to buy a watch, I visited Kothrud lifestyle which had a great collection. I wanted to see a watch up to 15k and Rohit, the Titan staff there, suggested the watch in a very good way. Showed me all the brand watches and gave me Tommy Hilfiger watch which fits in my budget. Very good service from lifestyle. Thank you very much team and Rohit.

Reliance Mall is one stop for all cause they have multiple reliance brands stores inside the mall.
Trends, Trends footwear are at ground floor , while Reliance Digital , Reliance smart at first floor.
The mall is well maintained and Clean with a high air conditioning system.

At ground floor multiple stalls are available including food and other necessary things.

1 difficult tobaccess for the senior citizens as store is located on FIRST floor.
Reason 1 escalator is always in slope configuration NOT STEPS which can be climbed upon.
2 sloping escalator gives problem in balancing and remaining standing erect while going up or down
3 lift access seems to be non existing
4 Fire escape steps entrance kept closed/locked STEPS are not accessible which are COMPULSORY and which should be readily usable in case of fire for customers and employees to ESCAPE
5 INTERNET IS occasionally not functioning this discourages buyers

Good place for shopping at Reliance Trends..affordable price, it's really nice, I regularly go there for shopping. I have visited at Reliance mall, Erandawane, near nal stop. The staff was very helpful. Good service; the conversation was very polite. I highly recommend it to others!

However, my shopping experience took an unexpected turn at the checkout.Despite making a significant purchase — clothes worth 25,000 — I was surprised to find that the store does not provide complimentary paper bags for carrying the purchased items. Instead, they expected me to buy a paper bag separately. This felt quite unreasonable given the amount spent and the nature of the products purchased. It's common practice, especially in premium retail environments, to offer basic customer conveniences like this at no additional cost.The situation was made more uncomfortable by the demeanor of the staff at the cash counter. While he remained cool and composed, it did not make up for the lack of basic service elements which one would expect as part of a premium shopping experience. Consequently, I decided to cancel my purchase.I believe management should reconsider this policy. Providing a paper bag at no extra charge for substantial purchases should be a standard practice, not an optional add-on. This small gesture of customer care can significantly enhance the shopping experience and customer satisfaction.

Good to have all the reliance stores right at the same place - reliance digital, reliance trends, reliance fresh etc. We often visit the reliance fresh mart here. Plenty of items to choose from and a few grocery items that are not found elsewhere. We also get vegetables and at a good rate yet not very fresh. Fruits are priced almost at the market price.

One of my favorite ro shop. All products under one roof. Everyday low prices and huge variety.

Had great experience. Don't go for one or two cloths. If you buy dresses in extra quantity you will get the great deals

Not at all instrested to attend costumers staff always chit chat on floor as well on cash counter also in group if costumer comes to them the diveret to other counter every time I visit the offer is diffrent which is shown on signage spend an 2hrs to select the products but at cash counter the offers are diffrent priced staff is least bothered even don't change sinange .....

Been to Lenskart shop. The mall is accessible with plenty of parking.

Under development. Constr activity is on. Star bazar, Zudio and 1 restaurant are functional. Be alert while exiting parking, though security is there to guide you. Washrooms are available on 1st floor n functional.

Nice experience as staff was very polite and co-operative, doctor is helpful and good.

Earlier it was big bazar, reliance took over and not its reliance digital, also this place has jym offices inside.

A very good range of products available at reasonable rates. The complex has reliance digital, reliance trends, smart bazaar.. almost all that we need. Good place to visit for our monthly groceries including fresh fruits and vegetables.

Mall having good location but customer's are not there due to failed to get customers demand.

All essentials are available here. Small pizza cafe is also available if you get tired after shopping. Instant mehndi applying guy is also available there. The store is very spacious that's why I prefer shopping from here. Staff is very helpful if you can't find any products one can ask them. Coconut water seller is also present. Electronic items, clothing, footwear, makeup, creams, edible items, etc everything is available. Parking for two wheeler and four wheelers is available. Also you can deduct the paid parking amount during billing (you need to keep the receipt).

It's an old time shopping complex with some offices . So it's basically not a mall at all. It has shabby washrooms . No brands . It's basically a working area

Good variety of products with reasonable pricing but there system has errors and printers as well. It results into qrong generated bill. You will have to spend your time and energy on discussing this. Pathetic

Visited this establishment a few days back. A well laid out store with large varieties, especially in readymade garments. Wide choice in pricing, the staff though during low occupancy wasn't appearing forthcoming to engage with the customers. Parking appeared to be inadequate.

The mall features coaching center and a clinic with limited parking area (but appropriate to sustain the traffic at the mall itself). If you want a mall experience, the CRU Mall might not be the best choice due to limited entertainment and food options, alongside a contained shopping experience and the vibe of a commercial complex.

It has some good shops, escalator is almost not working whenever I go.

Very spacious. All goods placed systematically. Staff remains attentive and helps clients willingly. Prices and offers displayed clearly. Transparency and straight forward transactions top it all. On bulk purchase get additional discount and points get added to your running account- usable as discount in future purchase.

It's a new spacious multistorey store opposite City pride in Kothrud. You can choose your clothing from multiple brands. They have casual as well as formal men, women and kids clothing. Also you can shop for accessories like footwear, makeup accessories, perfumes and decorative drawing room items like wall hanging, cutlery, waterfall, idols etc
You will get range in pricing, from economical to classy brands.
Parking is available of their own as well as street parking with p1, p2 odd even date wise options. Parking slot is still undergoing construction finishing.

Store is nice and well decorated. There were two sections. In Ground floor you can get clothes of women ,children and makeup. In 1st floor you can get clothes for Men and Homedecor. Missing item here is the Shoes.

One of the best Lifestyle department store in Pune opposite City pride Kothrud. The store is spread across 2 floors with wide collection of brands under one roof . Variety of choices to choose in Apparels , watches , perfumes . Home centre is located on first floor. Staff is polite and helpful. Car and bike parking available in store premises and on street.

Neatly arranged stuff, all grocery available. However doesn't match the quality in fashion clothing section. Big Bazar had a great variety and elegance.

The Reliance Mall is located in Aundh.

And is one of the fascinating destinations in aundh.

Many people can be seen coming to shop with family here.

Parking is well equipped.

Outdoor seating area is also well maintained.

Cleanliness is also taken care of.

Security guards are everywhere and that's the good part.

Located opposite to deccan bus stop
It contains various food places(KFC, domino's), utilities shops(Mehnadi place) and a movie theater. It's 3 floor building with lift facility.

I visited this shopping mall complex twice for Star Bazar. Construction work is still going on.

As of now, it is not fully occupied with brands. So it used to be little crowd. You can visit for specific brands as per your requirements quickly.

Decent parking space for 2/4 wheelers vehicles as of now, but this complex is on busy road so parking will be an issue in future. Parking is free for 2 wheeler as of now, not sure for 4 wheelers vehicles.

I go to the mall as Star bazaar is opened. The place is big with loaded items but the staff is less. You have to wait at the vegetable counter for the weights of the items. Or you have to search for the representative all over and bring him/her to the counter. Same at the time of billing. Always I saw one counter is functional. I will request the authorities to close the shop. It is just harassment of the customers.

A very descent mall with a standard architecture. Very good car parking. A descent mall with many options for kids play train, car, bus etc.

Nice special reliance mall with reliance trends, reliance mart, रिलायन्स footprint and रिलायन्स डिजिटल. The mall is very spacious and clean. The toilets have been kept very clean and there is two level basement parking. There are stalls of cheap useful items soar from the Mentioned stores having great deals for saving money

The place is still under construction and majority of the place es are still yet to come.But there is a Kfc and dominos pizza outlet around here and mochi shoes which are good.There is a lounge bar and frozen monkey and little Hungary.The stores that are there are good.This place will be good once the whole place is setup.And it's in the fc road area making it easily accessible.

Famous for Shree Supremo Veg Treat. & Nandu paratha

Excellent space management. Aisles are spread out and nearly labeled. No jostling for space in peak hours also. A good collection of brands and strong variety. You may be disappointed by the fresh vegetable and fruits collection but it's still better than most other marts. Overall a good place to shop. Billing counters are slow... Need a lot of improvement there.
