They might have most of the things you want but until they make the place customer friendly, I'll not rate it highly.

You can get quality products and affordable prices if you know how to bargain well. The shopping complex itself is structured and organised but the environment outside is very rowdy, noisy, dirty and smelly and filled with vendors and mallams that do not understand the concept of personal space. They're always touching and attempting to grope people. Especially Ladies. So be careful and no gree for them.
I was very hopeful and delighted when i visited the mall about 4years ago. I thought finally we are getting there in Lagos.
My visit today was very disappointing. The edifice is gradually running down. The stairs n every cranny of the mall had been turned into garbage dump or toilets. The stench around these places is unimaginable?
Who did this to Nigerians? Very dirty. N the traders don't care as they displayed their ware without care.
A section of the car park had water overflowing probably from one of the many unserviceable toilets.
The only thing still same as I recalled was the payment for car parking.

Adequate parking lot with security. The mall is gradually waking up with everything available for sale. It’s in a very good location too. Just a few things to touch up here and there and it can compete favorably with other malls.
I wonder why tissues couldn’t be logged into the sales machine as at the time of visit, so we couldn’t buy it even though it was available.
The entry and exit points should be specified and manned by security men. I noticed a gate opened but not accessible due to its height ad it could damage low vehicles.
You can have trees in the park to add to the aesthetics.

Large varieties to shop from. They have large fabrics, bedding and clothing sections.
Would recommend any day.
N.B: Beware of the sales canvassers, they'll rip you off your hard earned money.

Shoprite The palms is one of the oldest shoprite and have a lot of wonderful amenities, a good place to be with family and friends and you can get almost what ever fun you are looking for
Nice mall with lots shopping options. The location is slightly hard to get to though because you have to drive around the Streets first

It was a very big Plaza with different kind of business. Tailoring, Wigan making , Clothing materials and Spa shopping mall

Shopping at shop rite has its advantages to different people, I am just not o e of those people.

I bought a Porpo scientific calculator this evening and it doesn't work...All the contact numbers are not working, the email doesn't work, like there is no way for their customers to contact them.
Tejuosho Shopping Complex is the home of all textiles, this is one of the places I buy Fabrics. there is hardly no Fabric or accessories you will not find here. Also to be found here is shoes, bed sheets, home decor and all sorts.
I just recently acquired a shop@ Main Tejuosho shopping complex and I must say, I love it!
Affordable parking fees, annual rent(very affordable) one downside, the staircase,the wheelchair staircase in particular,(the level D,E, wing) it is not kept neat like the rest of the mall, humans do their business right there(a urinal of sorts) and the maintenance crew seems to skip it every time. I mentioned this to one of the management crew recently, I guess I have to write about it online, like am doing, other than that, it is a beautiful place, they try with Electricity too, for the most part we have steady light,it is refreshing to not hear the sounds of generators whilst at work, and oh! the extension of food and provisions market right outside the plaza, that is a bonus, basically, it needs to be discovered by other humans living in Lagos. there is no chaos in comparison to other markets I have been to in this Lagos, you have peace conducting your business... LOVE IT! Below is my shop in the plaza, I am still offloading, let me come back here to update in a few days, weeks, months, for now, that will be all

They use to have Genesis Deluxe Cinema in the mall but whatever happened that made them move maybe for space to do more or something
Puma shop with different lovely footwear and other sports accessories
Emeka Ilechukwu an artist extraordinaire with a touch of class is got some of his works displayed at the mall
They've got a game place you can engage with different games 🎯
Some good restaurants to eat nice goods with different cuisines
Other fashion brands are also in the mall with loads of stuff for both men, women and children
Stanbic IBTC bank also has their thingy at the mall with other banks
A very large parking area to accommodate as many as possible vehicles while you shop or the other things at the mall with security personnel on the ground to watch over your vehicle.

Biobaku Shopping Complex is close to Biobaku Hostel (University of Lagos). People go there to get food, make photocopies and print out documents at the business centres in the complex. You can also take passport and get really affordable food there. I got Spaghetti from Sir Chi's stall the last time I was here.
The night comes alive here. There are several chicken and turkey barbecue joints, cafe shops, games, cakes and lots more. Bring your ride along, there are no sitting spaces.
A lovely fully packed shopping mall with varieties of items to shop. Serves as groceries store, supermarket, restaurant, relaxation spot for a good time out with families and friends. Shopping mall is packed with lots of products both foreign and local made products, with ample space to explore entire mall. The mall has ample parking space and security for a wonderful and safe shopping experience for everyone.
It has a few good options for hangouts, e.g Opvine and Sir Chi, a few mini marts, a few hair salons and barber shops. The hangouts are only good when it's not rush hour, it's always better to order to go during the Rush hour.
The complex is next to the biobaku hostel. You can get drinks, food, make photocopies and do assignments there. They have a barbing saloon there. They also have a car wash, a nice place to chill at night and during the day. They make spaghetti and chicken or turkey, just the way you want it
The items here are reasonably priced. I love their cooking and kitchen utensils (casserole dishes, baking pans etc). The provisions and fragrance section is excellent.
Variety of items to choose from, wheel chair access and handicap parking. I would have rated them higher but one of the attendant made an insulting remark but the other ones were helpful and polite
This is another hostel that is one of the best, located towards the 1st gate, close to Faculty of education. The hostel is big, clean and it very close to the female hostel. In some side of the hostel, the female can see inside this hostel and also the male can see theirs
It has a good array of products, reasonably priced, staff are warm, helpful and friendly. The only reasons why I won't give it a five star review is it lacks
1. A good range of fresh fruits like shoprite does
2. It doesn't have a pharmacy
3. Car park entrance is weirdly placed so driving in and parking is stressful.
4. A small car park.
5. Just one toilet for customers (both male and female)
Please fix the car park entrance by making it wider and improving its position so its easier enter and park.

Biobaku is in university of Lagos,specifically the male hostel of the university.it boost of the biobaku shopping complex.this complex is located right behind the faculty of education.it is a solidarity ground " aluta continua"the shop receive both the lecturers,students,and outsiders as shoppers.this shop have good arrays of goods.no wheelchair accessibility.there is open parking space.this shop rely hugely on the university security.
Definitely good for the food, especially local cuisines. The restaurants here do justice to that. There are also business centers for photocopies and print works at affordable rates.

It's just in front of Biobaku hostel, so you don't have to go far to get personal items and food items too, there's even a standby dry cleaner
