Your employee at the self check out line was absolutely hostile with me. You have a very strange system of exit. The receipt must be scanned in order to leave. My receipt wouldn’t scan. I threw the receipt in the trash and I was unable to walk out so I pushed the door. I did try to ask for help. She walked away from me. She was nowhere to be seen. Then she screamed at me when I pushed through the door.
Yo let me get this straight. You think it’s socially acceptable to scream at confused foreigner rather than help him.
Where I come from, if you yell at someone like that, you might as well get punched in the face. Perhaps someone needs to punch your employee in the face, and that will address her bad attitude. Hopefully someone will in the future.
I will never return to this place.

Very long queues for check out...I gave up waiting!
I live near by and i have to use this supermarket regularly , however i have decided to go somewhere else , since the Staff is too unfriendly , no Customer oriented educated or trained .. just go to Carrefour in France and check the difference .. for a cheaper bill .. may be Rewe in Germany is too dominant with no new products .. it needs more competition
Porc meam are not good quality here. always smell bad and go rotten in 1 day. I never come back

Rewe has all the best cheeses and vegetables I like and a great spice collection. I have not had any luck getting their scan and pay system to work for me.
Great selection of food etc. but at the end of the day (after 7-8pm), a lot of vegetables and fruits are gone.
We were here the second of April. We had 1 1/2 carts and the “baggers” were ready. Unfortunately we didn’t had cash and I know they just work for tips so we said “No thank you we don’t want baggers we wanna bag our stuff ourselves”. One of em (was a boy with glasses and cap) was getting pissed off and throw the bag on the counter. That’s not a good and understandable behaviour. Yes you wanna make money I get it but if I can’t pay you cause I don’t carry cash it ain’t helping you to get pissed.
The store was okay but didn’t had everything cause it was sold out. Employees were nice besides that bagging kid.
Huge plus was that the toilets are clean.

I'm retired and visiting my sister, went to commacery to get a couple things, no where I could find out you need special papers to buy anything there, drove a long distance to get their. Having to go to a nother place to fill out paperwork, not everyone is capable of doing that. At least have some options to fill out paperwork at the commissary, very disappointing!
There's more food at a soup kitchen.

Das Personal ist sehr nett, das war's dann aber auch. Ich habe jetzt wiederholt abgelaufene Ware bekommen. Toast, Eier, Wurst, Milch, Kinderschokolade (ganz aktuell MHD 8.12.23). Das war früher nicht, und ist sehr schade, da das eigentlich ein schöner Laden ist.

Fleischabteilung und Wurstabteilung: absolute Ausländerdiskriminierung. Ich lebe und arbeite seit 8 Jahren in Deutschland und habe noch nie eine solche Diskriminierung erlebt. Der deutsche Verkäufer versteht nicht nur zwei Wörter: Salami mit Pfeffer. Entweder muss ich es dem ganzen Laden zurufen, oder der Verkäufer ist taub, dann muss der Verkäufer ein Hörgerät benutzen. Warum muss ich 50 Mal wiederholen – was soll ich kaufen??? Ich bin gerade in einen anderen Laden gegangen.

Always will love Nahkauf. It was the first grocery store that we visited when our family first came to Germany. The Ja brand is cheap and good, a welcomed change from the overpriced processed American foods. The staff has always been friendly and food is always fresh.
Super zuvorkommendes Team, immer sehr hilfsbereit. Insbesondere Frau Oefele kann ich hervorheben, steht für jede Frage bereit und zeigt sich jedes Mal aufs Neue als vorbildliche Kollegin für Ihr Team. Danke für den Service an das Nahkauf Team der Biebricher Allee!
Has lots of essentials and well known USA brands. Good pricing IMO.
Massives Hygieneproblem. Regale dreckig und Getränke voller Schimmel. Haben es bei einer Mitarbeiterin angesprochen und sie hat und dann einfach ignoriert.

A nice, small neighborhood market. Not a huge selection, but all the basics, for sure. Staff was friendly, too.

I like the choice of foods there, you can get things you doing get on other shops.
A small grocer's store in the basement with more assortment compare to other city center grocer's. Checkout should be faster.
Finally opened up! I was waiting for it for so long! It was worth the wait though because this place is so big and clean. It has so many stuff you’ll find everything here. Location is amazing too. Deffo my favourite REWE.
It's a commissary. Great prices for being overseas and offering home style foods. It is a limited selection, but decent. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and delicious and are great prices compared to the economy. Hours for The location are great; love the early bird hours and they are open everyday. The (all) food is usually within week of expiration.
